So where would he reside? In an actual village? Or somewhere remote with his guards only occaionsonally going out to enforce his ruling over the villages?

Arc 1: Rebellion
反逆
A dark fate has fallen over your world. War had wiped many out, destroying villages, wiping out clans and demon alike. Slowly, people began to resurface, first starting out in small clans. Still disorganize, things began to look brighter, until the Dictator arrived. Hailing from foreign lands, this person vied to take over everything, and actually succeeded. Things were okay at first, then a power hungry Dictator began killing people. The Dictator became known as the Dokusaisha, and gathered up a guard consisted of 6 strong warriors, and together their reign of terror stays strong. The Villages rise once again, striving for freedom from the Dokusaisha.
Rebellion
Rules:
• Dictator: The Dokusaisha can create their 'base' in whatever village they want. They cannot have a bijuu, but bloodlines, curse marks, and legendary swords are okay.
• Dictator: The Dokusaisha can only have 6 guards.
• Rebellion: What the Dictator says is supposed to be law. You can side with the Dictator, or rebel and fight for your freedom
• If the dictator sets up shop in your village, you have the choice to take him out! You don't have to put up with him
• You must kill the guards first, or catch the Dokusaisha alone.
