Noktal paused at one of the portals. Glancing around, he could see the Greater Demons that had followed. No Devils, sadly, but he would be fine without them. "Alright, listen and listen well. This is both a scouting and assasination mission. I intend for us to get in, get an idea of the base of the half-lings and learn who their leaders are. We kill those that see us, but do not pursue any who have not seen us. Anyone incapable of supressing their demonic aura, or their bloodlust, leave now. I won't have you messing this up." Looking at Hikari, Noktal placed a name to her face. And her family. Attractive Demoness to say the least, but a weak family. Or very tough circumstances. Let's see which. "Hikari, today is your lucky day. You are to keep close to me, and prove if your family was as weak as some whisper, or in some very bad situations, as I suspect. You will obey my every command, but I also give you so command. Anyone you recommend to help lead I will listen to as well. Hopefully, your advice will let us into their stronghold undetected. Everyone else, you obey Hikari unless I say otherwise. Also, keep in mind, they are part human. They have some monitoring technology around. Stealth demons go first, followed by techno-demons. Disable their probes, and then let us know once done. Hikari, keep an open mind's eye for communications going on." They were standing before the portal that supposedly lead to the Regiment's headquarters. Noktal was wanting to kill something badly, but also, he wanted to know if the rumors were true, and a Half-Breed still lived.
((All who wish to fight with Noktal, look to the Garthora thread.))

"You are loyal and strong indeed Noktal." Grathrym strolled out of the courtyard and came back holding his massive scythe. He rarely showed it and it was invisible to anyone who worshiped the light. It was 8' in length and the blade was 6'. The hilt was made entirelly of bone with a purple and black flame around the sleek bone. The blade was pure black with the faces of many scared angels and other cratures. It had flame tentacles that wrapped aound Grathrym's arm. "Now go my general and all those strong enough to follow him." Grathrym walked up to the portal and slammed his scythe down. He raised his voice knowing that those of the Regiment could not hear him even through the portal.
"Go now with the unholy aura I gift unto you. May where ever you tread bodies fall. May whatever you say instill fear and panic into those who stand in your way. May you take the strength of the darkness from the deepest darkest edges of your hearts and of mine and allow it to feel your arms with enough strength to cut down those who would stand in the way of our ultimate goal. Soon our forces will be strong enough to put out the light. All scatter in fear of my Legions." He raised his scythe and from it came more black flame that slowly entered the portal. He could tell as it wrapped around the bodies of the demons and the Demonic general on the other side.

"My lord," Halgron reported, " Our last battle was won, our casualties were very minimal, only 300 of our lesser soldiers, where as the light's entire force was wiped from existance." Halgron said falling in behind the king of the horde. " What is your next task?"

Whoever was on the other side had it in for them. Noktal was quite attractive when he was enveloped in bloodlust. Pity she'd already passed on the opportunity to follow. It probably wasn't too late, and if there was a half breed there, it sparked her curiosity. She would await Grathym's orders, pursuant to Halgron's question.
Bagarth seemed to be the least formal with Grathym, not always calling him "lord." For the time, she seemed to be getting away with it too. She listened to Halgron and Grathym quietly.
If Grathym didn't have any orders and if there was anything left by the time Noktal was done, Bagarth would go to Earth as a nondemon. ... or maybe she'd visit this Shari toy of Noktal's, if she could find where he tucked the human away.

"My two generals report to my quarters at the end of the hour after Noktal returns." Grathrym turned around at them. He could sense that they wanted to go. "Halgron excellent job. Continue your fine work." Grathrym looked back at the portal. "Ill be right back."

Bagarth nodded. End of the hour wouldn't be too long in the future, she thought as she watched Grathyrm heading off to the Regiment's portal. Apparently, he wanted the excursion to end quicker, otherwise he wouldn't have left for the fields.
Was there enough time for a short visit to Earth? Bagarth sighed. Probably not. Being the carefree teenage Myra would probably attract more attention than necessary to leave at a blink of an eye. She headed toward the doorway that Hikari had been at earlier. "Hello, Araeno," she said. "And what are you doing now, hmm?"

Grathrym emerged from the portal again. He snapped his neck and cracked his knuckles. "The message has been dilivered. I wish I could stay there and fight but I have much more important things to attend to. Halgron, Baragath you have your orders, however vauge I made them. All you have to do is follow my orders when you have to. I care not what you do with the rest fo your time." Grathrym walked to his chambers and sat down on his ebony throne. The throne was made of flame and black steel. He looked around the room. There was no other thing in the black circular room besides him, his throne and two doors. One had black steam surronding it. 'I wonder how everything is going in there.' Grathrym knew what was behind it but he couldnt reveal what it was just yet. He sat there waiting for the end of the battle.

((Hmm... didn't realize Araeno was at Garthora. Time to fix for discrepancy.))
Araneo was just about to leave for Garthora with Noktal when Bagarth asked him what he was doing. Bagarth watched the Greater Demon leave. Whether he heard her or not didn't matter. He was going with Noktal.
Now, she was bored. Bagarth went about to wander about the Netherworld. Earth... Noktal, hurry up and come back.

Halgron decided a little recon work was in order, so he changed to his human form and headed for the portal. He had been trying to locate a small sttlement of the Light that had been cut off from the main force, with no success. His fortune had changed with a new map one of his sentiels had aquired which described the location as being on the Earth continent of South Africa. Halgron plunged through the portal into the last bastion of humanity.

((Here's my post from the Grathora Thread, Namine.))
"I wouldn't dream of betraying one of the four great devils." Syd replied flatly. 'Great. Now he'll know to expect something from me.' she thought in annoyance. 'Now I'll have to wait for like weeks to gain their trust before doing anything...' She thought once again in irritation. However, nothing on her facial features suggested her irritation or annoyance because she didn't want to give herself away so quickly as she followed Noktal through the portal and into the Netherworld. "Just Sydney is fine." she finally answered Noktal's request for her name.

"Who is this that has entered my domain Noktal?" Grathrym has enveloped himself in black flame and reaperead next to the portal when his general and the Cambion had entered. He caught sight of the girl and walked close to her. "It is wise that you decided to live for us. However, do not try anything funny. Because I dont and never will trust you. I barely trus my own generals, let alone my own soldiers. Being born from darkness and knowing what lies in store for those who follow me. It truly is not easy for me. But I will do it if it means survival. You would do well to remember that. Sometimes you should never trust anyone if you want to live." Grathrym supressed his demonic aura to a point where it would not hurt the Cambion since he culdnt supress it all the way. He raised his index and middle finger and squeezed one under the other. He raied the compressed index finger to the Cambions forhead and let go. He flicked her in the head and turned around. A small drop of liquid came from his eye. It was not a tear but he did feel close to sadness, or as close to as he could get. The liquid however was not salty water. It was blood.

"Is that supposed to make me pity you?" Sydney asked Grathrym flatly, keeping the disdain she felt inside. She did not seem to care that she was talking like she was to the Demon Lord right now. Of course, she was afraid, but Syd was very good at hiding the fear she felt over anything.
However, she flinched slightly when Grathrym flicked her forehead with his index finger. "Hey! What the heck was that for!?" she demanded, slapping the demon's hand away from her face with a glare at Grathrym. She didn't seem to care that this type of reaction could get her killed.

"You are in my domain now Cambion. I do not wish to harm.... Yet. For now I see you as a potential ally. Oh and I am in the courtyard. You may wonder why you can hear what I am saying, well I will explain that anything that is in my domain I can contact easily through mental communication. However it is dificult for me to set up links from far away. Anyways I flicked your head because it is easy to tease you without well.... If i be to blunt I apologize, without killing you. And do not be scared about me killing you. Rarely do I actually like a small portion of disobedience, but in your case I do. Just do not push it. Tell the rest of them I will be there soon."

((Didn't see those posts when I made mine. So I've erased mine. Sorry about that.))
Noktal sensed Lord Grathrym's presence, then heard his message. Watching the events unfold, he silently wondered what he was up to. He knew Lord Grathrym was distrustful of all, and Noktal only gained his trust through many years, and even now, there was more of Noktal's trust than Grathrym's. Seeing her reaction to Grathrym's teasing, Noktal chuckled lightly. "Sydney, be at ease. Lord Grathrym is only playing with you. Come, let us go to your new home." Lifting a hand, he placed his palm out. A single black line appeared from the ground to up above his head. Widening into an oval, the courtyard of the Demonic Horde could be seen. Sweeping a hand towards it, he bowed slightly. "Ladies first." his smile was back, a calm smile that rarely slipped. His eyes were closed, and he gave off an aura of gentlemanliness and sincerity.
