 ❄ Belle Ariene Renard ❄
❄ Been out here too long, and I've just been lookin' for somewhere to belong ❄  Dust poured down from the roof before Nam had even left the dungeon. "What's going on!" He yelled at the security guard, who was hurriedly trying to contact the other guards. "Nam! There was an explosion right outside of the forest entryway! One guard is incapacitated, but the entryway remains intact and unaffected. Someone's contacting the elders as we speak." the guard replied to Nam, holding a cupped hand over his ear. Nam knew he was using communication magic with the other guards, so he just waited till the man was finished talking. "I'm sorry Nam, but the elders want a group to investigate and take care of the problem. I think you were one of the people they wanted to check it out." Nam sighed heavily, speeding towards the entry way and jumping over people scurrying around. He quickly headed up to the entrance he used, but found a gruesome sight. "Hey… Hey! Hang in there! What happened here?!" He shouted, running to the side of one fallen guard. He only moaned, blood oozing out of his stab wound. "Tch." Nam grunted as he laid the man back down. "Nam here. There are several casualties in the southern east entrance. Requesting medics." He spoke, using what basic communication magic he could. Stepping out of the tree, he looked around in shock. "…It reeks of that human… damn him!" He growled, speeding back into the hideout. If his guess was right, that human was here for Belle."You can't find the key. Rather, it's not something physical a mere human can touch or see. Only us magical beings can use the "key". Besides, nothing can open these cells except magic. Not even your technology." Belle replied remorsefully. She sat in the far corner of her dark cell, looking out of her bars listlessly. "Go. If they find you here, you'll surely die. Up above, you at least have a chance of survival." She gave the human a half hearted smile. "It was fun with you while it lasted. Now go. Before someone finds you. Your device may be blocking our powers, but we can still tap into the magic within us, even if a little bit."❄ So can you save me now? ❄

 "Well unfortunatly I can't because one I am running out of ammo and need help making more, two you are the only I know that could help me get out of this damn forrest, three everyone and I mean everyone wants to kill me so without help even someone as armored up as me will die, and four why do you get the easyway out and leave me to take the hard route and have to fight to the death alone." Ace says looking around for another way out "Your magic may be holding you in and people are most likely heading this way so if I can force someone to open the cage we can leave. Besides inside here I have the advantage as anyone who tries to get in through those doors will be heard and easily spoted making them easy targets for my gun."

"Don't you see? There isn't a way out of this forest, at least, not for a while. Even the elders don't know just how big this forest is. It stretches for miles, maybe even hundreds of miles. And since I have magic flowing through me, we'll be easily tracked." Belle countered, finally looking at him with a hint of irritation. "As for opening the cell, they need to be alive in order for the magic to work. Not only that but all of the guards here have been trained to die before they release a prisoner without orders. You think I've given up just because I'm a… what do you call it, a lightweight? A slacker? I've given up because there is no other way out of this." She snapped, glaring up at Ace. Suddenly, her ears perked forward, towards the dungeon door. "Someone's coming."

((Will post pics when I can ^_^ )) Wait you said they are held by magic right? Then that means they should be weakened by the EMP. So can't you do something or tell me what to do?" Ace asks taking a shot just before the person enters the room so whoever it is will walk into the bullet.

She shook her head. "I'm only a minor being in the magical world; I guess what you would call a citizen. I've never learned of the inner workings of the HQ, and even if I did, we've never had someone incapacitate our magic before." Belle said quietly, still aware of the person on the other side of the door. "If you really want to try something, try see if you can open these doors by force. Like with that… boom-y thing." She offered, making hand gestures to emphasize the meaning. "And if anyone comes in, try not to kill them. Most likely they'll be able to open the cell with their magic, if they're a guard."Nam had rushed back, once again leaping over fallen bodies and dodging rushing people. Damn him. He thought, grinding his teeth together as he neared the dungeon door. Seeing it guarded by two dead creatures, he swore under his breath. "That b*****d…" he cursed, walking up to the door to try and listen. Inside he heard two familiar voices: the damned human and his Belle. Noting that Belle had heard him, he plotted a way for him to get in. He opened the door slowly, glad that it swung towards him rather than away. He jumped as a projectile was deflected by the door, pausing for a split second before continuing with his plan. As he let the door open fully by itself, he crept up to the ceiling, hoping that the burst of bright light would blind them for the precious seconds that he needed.Shielding her eyes at the sudden light, she blinked, trying to let her eyes adjust to the change. "I-I can't tell where they went." she said, a bit dazed. Looking around, it took some seconds before her eyes readjusted to the dark. "Wonder what that was about…" she said nervously, glancing all around the dungeon for whoever had opened the door.In. Out. In. Out. He controlled his breathing, making sure he gave nothing away as he hid in the shadows. Waiting for the right opportunity, he watched the pair as he plotted his next move.

Ace had backed into the cage as the light hit him and started shooting at the door as he did so almost hitting Nam square in the chest as he inadvertently dodged by climbing the ceiling. Ace reloads and the door falls off its hinges while he looks around "Well s**t that was a mess. Alright I don't think anyone came through so let me plant the C4." After a minute or so Ace had planted some of his C4 on the bars and told Belle to stand back as far as she could as he pressed the switch to detonate the C4 blowing the bars wide open and deafening everyone in the room for a couple seconds and creating a large explosion noise in the....tree? "Well that worked now lets get out of here."

Belle scrambled towards the open door, a bit off balanced since she had been so close to the explosion. There was a ringing in her ears and she was unsure if she'd popped an eardrum since everything seemed to be dulled. "We've got to go. The whole place will know what's happened now, and that's saying something." she said, taking a few steps out of the cell before tripping on the chain around her feet and hands. "Wait, I'm stuck!" she said, tugging at the seemingly old chains."Not so fast." Nam said quietly, dropping onto of Ace from the ceiling. Rolling him away from Belle, he pinned his opponent underneath him, sitting on his chest. "I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to kill you right here and now." he said in a low voice, choking Ace with both of his hands.Though she couldn't see the two men fighting, she could definitely hear them. "Nam! Wait! Don't kill him! Nam!" she screamed, fighting against the chains with all her might. The sound of rattling echoed, but they didn't give. Slumping down on the ground, she swore at Nam. "I won't forgive you if you kill him, Nam!"

Acepuls out his side knife and stabs it into Nam's side, then uses it to pry him off of him. Ace holds his throat coughing as he looks at Nam "You...can't stop me by yourself. You know that right?"
