Haruko nodded at Akuma to show that she heard him, "Wow, that seems like a very tough shield to break. I wonder how it'll do in an actual fight?" Haruko asked with a knowing smile.

Haruko turned to look at her students before speaking, "Well, next is tatics, tell me guys, what do you usually do when facing an opponent. Do you plan out your next attack carefully or are you rushing into battle recklessly?"
{Alright, the next part of the lesson will be done in OOC so here goes. Tell me guys, what's your usual rountine before posting a reply? Do you use spell check? Consider how your character would react? etc. }

((Well normally I refer to my characters personality and then also look at his abilities. Usually it just flows right and is easy to respond. But sometimes I have to find a way to also challenge their writing too. I am competitive and I like to make things tough for them. I sometimes check spelling but 95% of the time it is right. I am a writer. Unofficially though :) ))
Akuma thinks...what do I do? "Most of the time I go for a quick and easy defeat. If I feel like being a challenge then I hold off on my trump card and use all my ranged attacks. It just depends on the opponent."

Haruko nodded, "Sounds good enough, by the way Akuma-san, have you considered entering into a cell with another after you graduate?
{Good work. Now I would like you to explain to me the details of God-Modding as well as providing me with an example of it.}

"I prefer to work alone. Its nothing against the other members, I just don't want to get in their way."
(( God-modding is when a character "cheats" to win. I like to think of it as overwhelming your opponent and allowing them no chance to hurt you. Having no weakness and a ton of power. An example would be, "Akuma was flying above his enemy. Dodging kunai left and right. Then Akuma sent lightning from his hand and fried the opponent. With a swoop to the ground, Akuma punched his foe in the gut multiple times. Without missing for a second, lightning formed again and Akuma sent it into his enemy and killed him. Leaving him no chance to attack." Is that a correct definition and example?))

Haruko nodded before speaking, "I see, but you know, the whole point of getting into cells is so that you can develop your skills around others who can assist you. Besides if you're in a cell, you can do a much more wide variety of missions. And you shouldn't doubt yourself like that. Don't think about holding them back and if you feel that way, then work harder and improve so that you can walk of even ground with them." Haruko gave Akuma a reasurring smile, "Besides, I have faith in you Akuma-san, I think you'll do great in a cell. So how about it? Changed your mind?"
{Good job with the explanation and example. Sry but I've g2g Cobra will most likely finish off this lesson with you. See you tomorrow.}

Rashir Fenrick Treyarch "Yes i can, sensei. Would it be okay for me use what you said in my bio?" Rashir asked his teacher. "Sure." kenji said with a nod as Rashir looked at the paper... "It's essentially your writing anyways, I just made it sound a little clearer."Kenji then flipped his head up to Akuma as he was caught only half hearing what he was saying. Taking a few seconds to process what was going on, Kenji's mind finally caught up to the situation... "Oh...what's next?...well, if Haruko here is done with you, all that is left is for you to take the practical. Tests on paper and interviews are all well and good, but i find that the best way to gauge whether someone is ready to become a Genin is to engage them in battle. Why don't we have a quick spar in one of the training grounds? You can choose the area, and as we go, I can provide assistance to your style as is needed. sound like a plan?"

"Sounds great!" Akuma was overjoyed. "I want to spar in the dojo. I figured it wouldn't give either one of us an element edge. I like having the playing field neutral." Akuma heads to the dojo [Exits to Dojo]

Kenji turned to Haruko as Akuma left the room excitedly... "Alright, well I guess while I train him, you can stay here with Rashir until he finishes, then maybe the two of you could join us in the dojo." Kenji flashed a smile, but exited quickly to catch up with Akuma, not waiting for a response to his plan from her... [Exits to the Dojo]

Haruko turned back to her other student and gave him a small smile, "Well, they're heading out to the dojo to complete their lesson. We'll meet up with them soon but first, I'll like to discuss with you your fighting style and routine. For example, like when battling do you usually think before you rush into a fight or are you the head first type of person? Or when faced with a difficult task, how would you go about solving it? Those sorts of things, just tell me a brief summery of how you go about battles." Haruko then took a seat on the teacher's desk as she waited for Rashir to reply.
{Okay, here's the next lesson. I would like you to tell me about God-modding as well as providing an example to go with your explaination.}

"Well my fighting style," Rashir told his sensei, "I mostly stick with taijutsu but will use ninjutsu and genjutsu if needed. Also, i normaly think before I act unless my head is really cloudy then I will just act. When Im put in a difficult situation," Rashir continued, "I will almost always interperet the situation, like the river for example, I look at what it is and how bad it is. If it is too bad to just go ahead and do it, I will probably use ninjutsu. If it too bad to be able to use ninjutsu, Iwill, if there is any, get more people, or i will make water clones."
{the whole God-Modding thing is just BLEH! Id understand if someone used it but wasnt aware, but if some one was like "so-and-so turns from you and throws a rock and gets you in the back of the head" thats bad. But yeah i dont like it.}
