Defined: Thanks for the advice, but i'm not going to ease up on people when it comes to bloodlines and clans, i've seen people abuse them far too many times, I'm not asking for a lot really, i just need to see that they understand not only what the bloodline or clan can do, but also what it can't do. There are too many people that don't understand what their clan or bloodline allows them to do and then they abuse the bloodline/clan.

Also thanks for helping with accepting bloodlines and clans and whatnot, and while I agree with the ones you accpeted I would appreciate it if you would let me make the final decision. I know I'm strict, and that is precisely why blue asked me to do this, so please stop telling people whether they are or are not accepted. I'm not trying to be rude, but I have a system going and I don't want people to be getting these powerful abilities and what not on a first come first serve basis

Alright, I won't accept them, but I will say whether I think they ought to be, if that's fair to you. Maybe I'm a little lenient, but my point is, that about 9/10 times people in this guild probably won't abuse. And if they do, it isn't out fault and we can't control those factors.

I have come to feel... a certain sense... of seriousness within this guild. I do appreciate it. But, I just think that with certain ones making them redo the entire application is just a bit much. You know, it frustrates people, and at times makes them not even want to do it. I'm just saying it might be nice to be slightly merciful. XD

First, copying abilities are not available until I achieve my second tomoe.
When copying Jutsu outside the users element, the techniques power is reduced to a fourth of it's usual power.
A user cannot copy any Bloodline Jutsu, techniques, etc.
While the Sharingan is activated, it consumes chakra, so it cannot be used constantly.
The user can determine Genjutsu from reality; first tomoe can only determine minor genjutsu.

What you know about the clan/bl: The Hatakes have unique white chakra reserves. While the color is mainly for show, the amount of chakra possessed by a Hatake is much greater than that of a normal nin. Certain Jutsu, like rasengan, take a white appearance instead of the usual color, which does absolutely nothing to the power of the jutsu or the affect it has on others, except MAYBE a very slight intimidation factor (People fear what they don’t understand, and most people would think “Wait a sec, how is that rasengan pure white?!?”). Hatakes can use their Chakra to lengthen and improve the quality of their weapons, to a degree. You couldn’t add two feet of length to a knife, or make it cut through steel, but you can increase the length by maybe 30% of the original weapons length and increase the durability. The Hatakes are also very quick, though not speed ninja. But they would be much faster than any regular ninja of the same rank.

Rp Sample (2 paragraphs of at least 10 lines using said BL or Clan): Yamatano was walking along the road, minding his own business, when suddenly he felt an arm grab the back of his neck and a blade at the front of it. “Old man, you know what to do.” Said the voice. “Drop your cash and walk away, and I don’t have to take it from you.” Yamatano sighed, this wasn’t the first time someone had mistaken his age because of his silver hair. Faster than a stupid bandit, especially on who thought he was dealing with an old guy, could perceive, Yamatano pulled out his daggers, pushing the blade off of his neck with one, and stabbed at the man’s thigh from behind with the other. Out of shock, the man recoiled and backed up, his thigh bleeding. “I-Impossible,” he said, “I saw the blade, you were short!” It was then that he noticed the glowing white chakra extending from the blade, soaked in his blood. Before he could say anything else Yamatano knocked the top of his head with the handle of his dagger, knocking the man out. He decided to drag the man back to the Mist village, hoping to get some kind of reward or at the very least, see this man thrown to the ANBU's mercy.

((Just wondering how much would this raise my chakra level? I mainly want this for the chakra boost; I'm a summon specialist and summons take a lot of chakra))
