He's saying Mizu is as active as he can be, they're close friends, and Mizu is watching a movie right now, and has dial-up. So right now he's not inactive, so much as pre-occupied with previous plans. Plus, it's like, the first day.

So right now he's not inactive, so much as pre-occupied with previous plans. Plus, it's like, the first day. The fact that they're close friends only makes it more likely that Mizu is Mafia. And it isn't his job to create alibis for other players in their stead.

That first statement doesn't make sense. I'm not gonna be bi-ased for anyone, and I used a Random Number Generator to decide everything. And don't yu think it'd be unfair if yu were voted off because yu were having fun offline? That's the only reason I said it.

I'm gonna say it again: Roles are determined at random in every mafia game. The fact that Hash and Mizu are close friends would not influence the hat draw/random number generator/whatever method he used. I should know, I got Rika. stare
