yes it is a legit Jirachi, although like I said, I am not sure if it is the event one that you're looking for.
What else do you have that I'd be interested in?
Nasty Plot Misdreavious, Timid Moltres (lol), Timid/Bold Shaymin, anything interesting
and I would be willing to throw in something else decent if you have any of those others.
