Matsuya shrugged. "I cant smell it. If you had to live with them for two weeks, neither would you." He smirked. "I lived with the monkeys for two weeks. I had to earn Enma's trust. And when I did, it worked out for me. I got to summon any of them except Enma himself. He said it would be to risky for me to try it at my level. But, it was well worth it." Matsuya looked at Jima again. "And when I came home, I found Emiko following me. She said she wanted to leave the jungle she was from. I, being the generous guy I am, let her stay in one of my spare rooms." MAtsuya smiled, thinking about it. "She sleeps in a bed more than twice her size, and cooks on a counter she needs a chair to get to. But she's still the closest thing I have to a mother." Jima stirred in his sleep. "Mat-san. Take care of nee-chan. She's all I have." Jima had woken up for a fraction of a second, hearing Matsuya's words. "Emiko was the first one to call me Mat-san too. She thought Matsuya was to long, so she shortened it. Now that's what the monkeys call me." He laughed. "Mat-san. I kinda like it actually."

___[ ╫ ]H u n t u r [ N e a r - H a l o ][ ╫ ]___   The Amekage raised his hands for silence. Once everyone got quiet hey went on with his speach:
"Good day, and welcome to the 1st Annual Jounin Exams, I am Near Halo, the Amekage and the founder of these exams. I would like to thank everyone for being here and joining in on the excitement of this competition. This competition will be a one-round fight in the format of capture the flag. Once you leave here, a flag will drop in one of the areas that is controlled by a Alpha and Bravo team. Each team will consist of an even amount of members. We are trying to keep members from the same village on the same team. Basically, the first team to have both flags will be declared the winner and we will decide on who displays a great enough skill to advance from the Chuunin rank to the prestiged Jounin Rank. Each of you have been given an Emergency Flare that can be shot up if you wish to leave the exams, and we will get to you as quick as possible. We will have the teams posted up ASAP with which side you are on. Thank you and good luck to everyone."

A lone shinobi listened to the Amekage's speach outside the door. He prefered not to interrupt something so important. After a moment he took a deep, calming breath, and then kicked the door down, creating a loud bang. The young man, dressed all in black with a vest that exposed his muscular chest and dog tags, calmly entered and growled with a grin, "And then I huffed and puffed and blew the house down."

Matsuya nodded. "Good, maybe I can break some bones." He looked down at Jima, proding him with his foot. "Wake up." There was no response other than a loud snore. "WAKE UP!" Jima jumped onto all fours as Matsuya yelled. "What's up Mat-san? Where are we going?"Matsuya laughed at the monkey. "We're going to find our teams once you wake up and get ready. Get on my shoulder." Jima nodded and jumped up. Matsuya stood up, grabing Hocho as he did. "Oh. And Jima, never use that scroll unless we're in combat. Okay? I let you drink your heart out when we we're fighting, but outside of combat I expect you to be bahaved." Jima scratched the back of his head. "You got it Mat-san. Ill behave outside of combat, I promise." Matsuya nodded. "Good." He straped Hocho to his back again. "Well then, we wait again it seems."

"Well now, best of luck to you guys..." Rein muttered to the mist shinobi within the room before he turned around and exited the halls. Rein sighed softly as he stepped outside, whistling loudly seconds before a large blue bird descended from the sky, landing beside him in a flurry of cold air and snow. Rein simply climbed onto the bird's back before they rose into the sky, it was about time for Rein to return home as he had been absent for days now.

Ren came in just as the speech had started. "A good ol' CTF should be good for us, eh brother?" The hand would say. Airi lay dormant in Rin's body, until she was needed. Rin looked over at Fenrir, and walked over. "Are we ready to follow through with the plan?" The hand said. They had a plan, and they would stick to it. If Fenrir, Rin and Airi were the ones who would make their team win, they would be astonished. They were Rain's own little secret in the exams, being only genin.

Matsuya coughed, clearing his voice. "Listen well Jima. No one outside of you will here my voice during this. I dont trust foreigners. And our team is all foreigners. So I expect you to talk for me. You should know what I want to say, you've been my uncle for about a month now." Jima nodded, still sitting on Matsuya's shoulder. "No problem Mat-san. As long as you dont tell Nee-chan I was here. She'd hit me again." Matsuya nodded, becoming silent and emotionless. It was an easy role for him, he had played it for almost all his life. He flexed each of his fingers individualy. "Maybe we can break some bones. But Jima, dont touch either Ayame or Sana. I dont care what team they're on." Jima nodded again. "Ok Mat-san."

Namezan rushed into the room, having jumped directly over the village walls to get in as quickly as possible. After pausing for a moment to catch his breath, he projected his voice, using a simple Sound jutsu to make it ten times as loud. "Lord Otokage sends his apologies for his lateness. HE will be arriving within an hour."

A well-dressed man in a black top hat entered, walking towards the stadium. He paused for a moment as he heard the newly-arrived Sound shinobi give his proclamation, then continued, a bright blue butterfly lazily flapping its wings on his shoulder. "What an interesting event. And it seems that Fenrir is here as well. I only hope he does not do something... foolish... again. I am still cleaning up the mess from last time."
He continued on his way up to the box where the KAges sat.
