Yume ran out of her house and down the street to Cherushi's house. "SORRYYYYYY CHERUSHIIIII!" She kept running, her heels smacking against the pavement, her face red from the running. She went up Cherushi's steps and hit her face into the door. "CHERUSHIIII!" Yume sobbed. "Are you theerrrreee?" She knocked on the door with her giant syringe and fell over on the steps.

"Ah! I'm so sorry!" She bowed to her.

Len walked outside of his home. 'Halloween!', he thought happily, awaiting all the candy he could grab. One last fix and 'Perfect.' Nothing was going to stop him from getting a lot of candy this year.

Len decided to keep walking, and he then noticed a house with a girl standing in front of it. 'Her name.... What's her name.... Yume!' Len thought. He smiled, for he had remembered her name. Len decided to walk up to the girl and maybe start a conversation. He didn't want to go trick-or-treating too early.

Yume turned around and saw Len. Now she looked like she was about to explode.
"Oh, h-hi Len! It's almost Halloween, huh?" Yume's mother had always warned her that small talk would lead to nowhere.
"Uhm, what are you doing here? I mean, I don't want to be mean or anything, I'm just wondering why you're here. Next to me. At Cherushi's house."
"No no no! Can you be anymore pathetic!?"
