"Well, I'm going to try and stop them farther down the canyon. They can't just stay here forever; they know we're here. I still don't know what to do about that elf..." Shadow hated it when he didn't know things. He had spent all his life learning about everything he could. Now that he needed something he didn't know, he was frustrated. What have I been doing my entire life?

Ashie slowly clawed her way down the tree. Kiara and The Dragon had found a place to camp for the night. Ashie decided to tell Kiara she was going for a walk, and go look for the Raven. "Kiara! Ashie is going for a walk!" Then she went to all four paws and ran back down the way they came.

Shadow sighed. "Fine." He leaned against a tree, then heard something snap. He looked around. Then he knew; it was probably that elf and neko. He stepped to the side, and Ashie jumped into the tree. "Wow, you're not very smart."

"OWW!" That tree was hard. The Raven stared down at her for a second, then started talking. "Hm... Well, here's a better plan. We keep her as a hostage." Ashie slowly stood up, her head still throbbing. "You'll never catch me alive, Coppers!" She started running back, but hit her head on another tree. "Wow, you're not very smart."

Kiara opened her eyes and looked around, she was alone in the cave. "Ashie! Killer! Where are you guys!" Kiara felt uneasy, something was very wrong and she could tell. She leaped up and sprinted out of the cave to look for her friends. Dammit! I take a nap for ten minutes and they both disappear. What if Killer was just tricking me and he kidnapped Ashie while I was asleep? If he wanted to know more about us then what better way then to act like he joined us! "and I fell for it." Kiara murmured. She felt stupid, suddenly, she heard voices. Kiara raced towards the voices, praying that it was Ashie.

When she got there she stopped in her tracks, she saw Ashie staggering around, and both of the bird people closing in on her. "Ashie!" Kiara cried, then she was consumed by a blind rage that turned her vision red. "Damn you! Leave her alone!" Kiara screeched at the two. She whipped her sword out and raced directly at the them. Then she stood between Ashie and the bird-things "Just give me a reason and I'll slice you to bits, pigeons!" she said in a low, deadly voice.

"If you are smarter than pigeons, you should know that you better back off my friend if you value your wings." Kiara snarled at the girl, steping towards her threateningly.

Killer then decieded to act. He jumped down right behind the two birds and slammed their heads together. He had seen Ashie leave and followed. He was going to help earlier but Kiara came so he waited but he felt that there didnt need to be any unneccesary blood shed. He crossed his arms and sighed. "We might want to leave before they wake up."

Killer smiled and took off after her. "She's in that cave over there." He pointed to their right. "I hid the roses presence so no one could sence it. Now come on, we should get her and get out of here. Those birds will wake up anytime now."

Ashie was sleeping, happily dreaming of fish. Footsteps echoed in the cave, and she raised her head, half asleep. Kiara and Killer were coming. "Are you looking for Ashie?"
