I like the American Fullmetal Alchemist anime, and my friend is trying to get me into the Bleach anime. I really don't have a favorite manga yet.

Among my favorites are Sailor Moon (Japanese with English subs) and Death Note, but I'm sure there are some others I cannot recall just right now.
I am currently reading the Soul Eater manga online, and since I have read very little manga, it is thus my favorite although they haven't updated in forever.

Hm...My all time favorite anime is Zoids: Chaotic Century, but I have many other, more current favorites as well.

As for manga....I have a hole 7 ft bookcase full and then some, plus I've read about twice that amount. A couple of my favorites are...

Spirit Tracks airvortex I like Naruto... and that's pretty much it at the moment... You're gonna get over it. :3 Just wait. xD I have to agree. Naruto looses it's allure eventually. Hm. My favorite? I have so many... I suppose my favorite manga is Zombie Powder, even if it was discontinued. My favorite anime, that's harder. It's between Code Geass, and Shigofumi, letters from the dead.
