Seth turned around as the three of them walked in. "I vote for it as well and so does Mahado," he said.
Amme blinked a few times. The Millennium Orb? She didn't even know of such an item. It was never mentioned to her. "Millenniuem.....Orb? Why?" she asked.
"Because you are considered a part of this court even if some in the consul don't believe the same," he said glaring at the remaining consul members.
The other priests agreed with Seth, Isis, and Mahado. As well as the consul members. All except one consul member who stood up and spoke his mind. "I'm sorry my Pharaoh, but I do not approve of this action. The other consul member who spoke out before may have been rash, but he had a point. How do we know she was meant for this item? How do we know it will not be abused? Millennium Items are not given to those outside of the royal bloodline," he said.
Seth turned to the man and questioned, "You speak as if we are giving this to some stranger. She is part of the court and the Pharaoh's healer. Such a role should prove her loyalty to you all. And if not her then who? Why keep the item locked away?"
"I suggest you judge her soul. Judge it now before it can not be done again," he suggested.
Seth looked at the other court members and then at Atem. "I will allow it, if it will ease your foolish souls," Seth snapped finding it ridiculous that these men question the one who actually did hold the Pharaoh's life in her hands. He looked at Atem and said, "Of course, you have the final say. Shall she be tested and receive the item? Or do we keep the item locked away without an owner?"
Amme listened to the conversations. Why did they question her so? Did the higher ups still question her because of her blood? How could they question when they depended on her so much to keep them and the Pharaoh alive? She did not argue though, she knew not to. At least the court agreed to let her have it. But she wasn't sure if she wanted it. What would it do to her? For her? If it could help then she would gladly accept it. "Judged?" she repeated. Did they mean like they did with criminals? She looked a little scared, not because she doubted her soul but because she was a little afraid of the process.
Bakura watched as she removed her cloak, revealing engraved markings on her arms and legs. He did not question, he couldn't question her now. They were on a mission, but they somehow bothered him. Was she..... tortured? He shook his head a bit, why did he care? Plenty of people in this world are tortured! He couldn't stop and care about them all. "We're going to walk into this town. When you see a vendor you like stop in front of it so I know. It's better when other people are there, but if there is no one then I will be your distraction. Move as quickly and as silently as you can when a vendor isn't looking. Also make sure nobody else is looking as well. People will rat on you the second they see the act," he explained as they walked into the town.

Eros nodded "I'll remember that." she said as they headed into the town together she felt around inside her cloak to memorize the pockets to stuff things in quickly. "I'll show you a few tricks i learned when I first started out." she whispered to him silently as she glanced around until she found a stand with a few spell scrolls and clothing she actually liked' things easy to move in to make her swifter as a thief and more agile and quick as a mage. she strolled over to the stand and looked at the different scrolls. a few she had never seen.. that was good that would me more runes to heighten the power of the spells. she then waited for Bakura, course there were some magical pendants she could use as well. She would steal riches later...
Atem nodded "let her soul be judged then. I trust her with my life.." he then looked at Amme "it's nothing like the criminal trials. it is painless." he told her reassuringly.
Isis nodded and looked at Amme "are you ready. as the pharaoh said it will not harm you. not in any way. and the item with help you and everyone else greatly." she said sweetly.

Amme gave a small smile and nodded. She trusted Atem, if he said it wouldn't hurt then it wouldn't. Plus Isis said it could help her and others. She didn't know what she meant by how it would help her, but that was fine. Seth walked her to the middle of the floor. Amme knelt down to sit on her knees. She waited for them to continue. Seth order the judgment to occur, however they were not punishing the ba so there were no need for certain part of the ritual. They ordered her ba to be shown to them and the Pharaoh.Amme held still as she listened to the others as they performed the judgment. She still looked a little scared, but she had to be brave. She closed her eyes, feeling as if she was sleepy. She was made unconscious so her ba could come out.
A swirl of gold appeared around the girl and then spiraled upwards. It began to unfold as it spun revealing wings to a creature. The creature was see through, iridescent and gold colored. It was whispy like air itself. It was very large but it seemed to be coming from Amme's back- so only it's upper half was revealed. It was covered in feathers and had the head of a cat but had a beak instead of a muzzle. It had very small cat like ears, much to small to be a cats. And large round eyes. It also had arms much like a cat but thinner and no paws, instead of paws they were talons. When it unfolded it's wings it gave out a loud squawk that made some of the consul members cower. However, it opened it's eyes and looked down at the Seth since he was the closets. It bent down toward him while making cooing noises much like a bird as it looked at the Priest that summoned it. It tried to nuzzle him but Seth moved away from it, obviously not wanting to be affectionate with the ba."Show me them. I want to see what you are capable of," he whispered back as they walked around. The town was very calm, not as busy as the streets of the kingdom, but still active enough. Clean too, so he didn't have to worry about running into trouble. They soon stopped at a certain table. He watched Eros closely, seeing what she would do. There weren't any other customers there, so he had to distract the man. "What are these runes here?" he asked pointing at some runes in the opposite direction of the items Eros was looking at. Eros rais her arm but as it came out of her cloak it was invisible she focused the spell on her hand and the items she wanted. and they soon vanished and went into her cloak. she then decided to play along and winked at him as she began to tug on his wrist "come on we both know when you try a spell it always backfires." she grumbled and had him follow her around as items vanished and she used an air spell to have them go under their cloaks. course this took less energy than most spell she preformed. she then smirked when they were alone "I got some things for you as well, compensation for the valuables you lost at the palace. take them out of your pockets to see for yourself." she said calmly.
Atem watched in amazement and made some clicking noises to get it's attention "now does her Ka seeming like a bloodthirsty and vengeful creature to you? it acts quite docile in my eyes." he said as he gently stroked one of it's wings.
Isis nodded in agreement "a beautiful and gentle creature. it's soul is pure." much more pure that eros's but she wouldn't say such a thing so Atem wouldn't get upset again.

[[I keep switching from ba and ka, sorry about that, my bad XP ]]
The ka blinked a few times hearing the clicking noises. It moved it's head away from Seth and over to the source of the noise which was Atem. It nuzzled it's large head against his body like it tried with Seth. It also brought it's wings closer liking the strokes.
"Does that all convince you now?" he said looking at the consul men who all nodded in agreement. She had a ka like the others in the Pharaoh's court. They were shocked as to why, why she had so much power. She may have a lot of power, but the ka itself wasn't powerful. It could not fight like the others could. They really had nothing to fear from it or her. Seth summoned the ka back into Amme's body.
Amme blinked a few times when her ka was back inside of her. She didn't even know that they already summoned it. She waited there as if nothing happened yet. She heard people talking in the background. She turned her head from side to side looking confused.
Bakura played along as well and followed her, knowing she was done. "Very nice, you played that very well," he said as they were alone in an alley. "I saw what you did, and you did it well," he said. However, he blinked a few times when she said that she got him something and to check his pockets. He did so to find golden treasures. He froze there for a moment, staring. He didn't even feel her..... how? He looked back up at her still in shock. "How did you...." he said wanting to know how.

(hmmmm idk yet Maybe like Anima off of FF10, she's my fave Aeon. ^-^ and tis ok :p)
Eros chuckled and merely said "the breeze." she then smiled "It doesn't take as much energy when I concentrate it into smaller portions. I hope you like them." she had to admit, taking thing from right under peoples noses was quite fun.
Atem smiled and gently pulled Amme out of the center "you passed, your Ka was quite remarkable and very sweet." he said with a bright smile. "so it is agreed then. that Ms. Ammeterasu can have the Orb?" he asked in a confident voice.
Isis watched the consulmen as each one slowly nodded their heads "then shall I get the Orb Seth?" she asked with a smile, happy that the trial was so successful.

She felt herself being lifted by Atem. Her eyes widened a little. She didn't even know that they summoned it. Did she pass out or anything? She then smiled when she heard about her Ka, she wondered what it looked like. She had no idea.
The consul members all nodded in agreement. Even if they wanted to disagree they couldn't. It was obvious that the girl's ka was pure.
Seth nodded to Isis for her to retrieve the orb. He was still shocked that such a creature came from the girl, it was pure, but had a lot of energy.
Bakura nodded his head. He did like them, a lot. But he liked it even more that this girl could do such things. "I feel like this is such a waste. I didn't realize how good you were at this," he said with a smirk. "Did you steal some clothes for yourself?" he asked.

Eros nodded "I did. comfortable and suiting, and it's ok I was kinda experimenting anyways. she pulled back her hood again "I have to admit that it was fun taking things from right under their noses" she chuckled as she twirled a pendant necklace around on finger before tossing it up, closing her eyes, and catching it expertly.
Isis scurried off into another room. went into another room that was well sealed and guarded she then came back with the millennium Orb and gently Put it in Amme's hands "I'm proud to present you with the Millennium orb."
Atem smiled happily as he watched Isis hand the Orb to Amme "so? what do you think?" he asked cheerfully.

[[AGAIN second time writing this. Gaia flipped a s**t on me last night and crashed firefox. I got pissed and shut my computer off XD ]]
Amme felt the Orb placed in her hands. It was emitting a warm energy. "It's warm...." she said smiling. She felt a collar connected to the orb so it could be worn. She unlatched it and put it around her neck. Once she latched it back on the orb glowed. Suddenly, Amme couldn't move her body. She tried to move her arms, but they wouldn't cooperate. A sensation went up and down her back. She could no longer hear anything around her, all she could hear is ringing in her ears. The last thing she remembered was the feeling of falling. She fell right there in front of the court and consul passed out.
Seth eyes widened. He then looked at Isis, "What happened?!"
"Yes, it is quite fun to steal right from under their noses," he agreed with her as he smirked. The girl was very impressive, perhaps stealing would be a lot more interesting now that she was with him. Somehow, the girl made him feel more alive. "Now for another lesson," he said bringing out to sabers he kept hidden with him. He handed one to Eros. "This lesson has to deal with what if. What if you are caught? When ever a dealer catches you, it normally causes a ruckus. You can only fight your way out. Also, what if you are in trouble? Or there are men you have to deal with to get out of a town? Not only that, but what if I bring you into a raid? Where we are taking over a village? I need to know that your capable of fighting. You can kill or not, it means nothing to me. The key point is to just stay alive no matter what," he explained. "Now, what are your skills with a blade?" he asked.

"average, I'm sure I'm not as skilled as you. I wasn't allowed to have weapons in the palace so I pretty much gave up on such training." Eros said calmly "I just know the basics" she got in a fighting stance "but I'm sure I'll get better quickly with someone of your talents." she complimented with a playful smirk.
Isis sighed "this item has a different way bonding with its owner. She should be fine she just needs to rest." she said softly and nodded her head towards a guard.
The guard picked her up gently and headed outside.
"I'll watch over her while she rests in case anything comes up." Atem said as he followed after the guard.

The guard brought Amme up to her room and laid her on her bed. He then bowed to the Pharaoh and left the two of them.
Amme stayed still practically sleeping. She didn't dream, she didn't even know what was going on with her body at the moment. She wasn't in pain, she laid there peacefully.
He smiled a little when she said that they wouldn't let her use weapons. He could only image why. "Even if your blade fails, you have your magic. Don't forget about that. You'll learn, because you'll have to stay alive," he said. He then ran out of the alley with his blade in hand. He kicked a stand over and took the owner hostage. "ANYBODY MAKES A STUPID MOVE AND THIS MAN DIES!!!" he announced to everyone as he held the blade to his neck. "If you're smart you'll leave your stands and take your lives. Oppose me and you'll die!" he threatened. Most villagers ran away screaming, in fear of their lives. Same with some of the vendors. Other tried to oppose him. In which he threw the man down and ran past them. As he ran he stole items that were easy to snatch. Anything within his reach. Those who chance him and got close enough were slashed down. They weren't fatal wounds, but he would unleash such if he had to. He looked behind him to see where Eros was.

Eros knocked a few thing over as she snatched a few more things as well. a Man charged at her from the side and she used the blde she had to slice him in the face causing him to scream and collapse onto the floor in pain she then did a one handed backflip over a few more people and caught up to Bakura. "this definitely provides a nice workout." she chuckled as they neared the exit of the village.
Atem watched Amme rest and stroked a few strands from her face "I wish you could know how I truly feel about you Amme..." he whispered softly and sighed.

Amme started to come to. She thought she heard a voice but wasn't sure if she was dreaming or not. She couldn't make out what they said, but it was enough to bring her out of her sleeping state. She grumbled slightly as she went to open her eyes. When they cracked open, there was this bright light that she saw. She opened her eyes widely from shock. What the hell was this?! Was she..... actually able to see?! It was mainly light that turned into shapes, but everything was still really blurry. She gasped and practically jumped up and backed up to the back board of her bed. Her head flew from one direction to the other. It was obvious that she was very shocked and almost a little frightened. Things were coming in more clearer as she kept her eyes open. She looked over at Atem and paused, still breathing a little heavily. She's never actually 'seen' a person, but she could at least understand shapes from feeling, so she could at least guess this was a person. If she wasn't so confused and hysterical, she could probably guess it was Atem. But she didn't, she looked at him directly in the eyes, as if she could really see him.
"Glad to see your still here," he said as they exited the village. He whistled for his horse. Akhom came running toward him along with Shadow. He jumped onto his horse as Eros did with hers. "Let's go! We need to ride off quickly so nobody follows us!" he said snapping the reigns on the horse to make him run faster.

"Amme?" Atem asked softly as he reached out for her. "Amme it's me." he tried to convince her. "what's wrong?" he asked in a worried voice his eyes filling with worry.
Eros smirked as she snapped the reigns and caught up to him "can't get rid of me that easily." she teased. Eros enjoyed the exhilaration of the escape as well as dodging people.

Her heart felt frantic as she in took all this information from her sight. She only recognized Atem after he spoke. She recognized his voice. "A-Atem?" she repeated still frantic. She let him reach out for her arms, watching and looking at them and at her arms. For once her eyes looked focus rather then staring off into a direction. "I....." she said gulping and catching her breath, "I- I think I can see....." It was just a little hard for her at first. It wasn't like she had become blind, knowing what things used to look like, she was born this way. She's never taken in such things before.
Bakura looked at Eros as she rode next to him. He smirked, her spirit never seemed to dwindle at all. More importantly, she never questioned him, she did as he told her. In these days, that was hard to come by. But it wasn't because of his instruction, it seemed she did so because she wanted to. And not because he had to threaten her, but because she wanted to learn from him. "I saw you back there," he said slowing down since no one caught up to them, "you were excellent." He felt as if he should congratulate her. This time with out a smartass or badass comment following.
