I wear boots every day. Either my surplus US infantry boots, my motorcycle boots, or my logger boots.

Well, after watching my cousin's GF stroll about their appartment all day, I have to ask, who has combat boots, or boots really of any kind, and do you wear them often or enjoy wearing them? Does it make you feel different in any ways? More confident, more punk, or just generally feel comfortable? Share you thoughts and opinions on boots. ^_^

i still have my very first pair of combat boots. i bought them in grade 7 and they were like 2 sizes too big. they hold senitmental value to me....

-Ankle-heighth matte-leather TBM Boots
-Knee-heighth patent-leather strapped TUK combat-books

Sadly, I do NOT have any boots of any kind.

Yet, my friend/clone has a pair of Tank Boots I've fallen in love with.
They are actually the one's I've always wanted, and he got them.

They are EXTREMELY comofortable and I try to steal them from him often.

They are they same style they used in the newer Punisher movie, which just adds to their greatness.

I have always liked boots, especially tanker boots.
The one's I DREAM of are German from WWII. I'm going to see if I can find a place that will replicate them for pretty cheap.

i have knee high minnetonka moccasains.
they're black.
but they're for faire, so i don't wear them everyday.
and there's a hole in the toe

other than that, i've got some brown steel-toed
work boots that i wore up to the mountains this past summer.
oh yes, i also have a regular pair of doc martin shoes, not boots.

but they're very bootlike.

other than that, it's black hi-top chuck taylors for me.

I have a few pairs of knee highs, mainly lace ups because my calves are larger than most girls so I don't fit into most "regular" sized knee highs unless they are adjustable.

I have a pair that I bought on sale which are 7inches at the heel and 5 inches in the front. I cannot really wear them though because my ankles are weak and I am afraid of toppling down somewhere and looking stupid. sweatdrop

My other pair of knee highs, I wear all the time.

Heh, yes, I constantly wear my military-issue Marine boots. They are quite durable and actually pretty comfy.

Now are we talking military style combat boots for real combat usage or the stylized straps and platforms like the demonia reaper style? Anyway, I have both and I love them. I use my all leather combat boots for daily use because they are really beat up, my leather with canvas top infantry boots for everyday and special occassions because they are in a lot better condition, and my reapers for when I want to feel like a rock star or just generally special. I love all my boots I don't wear, or even own any other type of shoe.
