Those are games, not a system that would basically make a GBA into a PET.

MMBN 5 for the DS sort of does. I didn't realize you meant if it were like that in RL.
And yes, Haloid is Freaking sweet man. Thanks for sharing it.

MMBN 5 is the only one that came out for the DS. But the touch screen is basically the PET functionalities.

Well, I would think with current technologies it would be fairly simple.
Wireless/wifi, that would work where ever there is a hotspot. (No monthly fee, since it would only work with one website. For money new battle cards and upgrades to improve. There wouldn't be making it so older versions couldn't player.) (I had originally thought of plug into a computer(internet), into another GBA(cord), or into a wired network in a building(only the people plugged in there, think of a school bus and all the kids playing there).)
The game cartage would be the basic game. (long ago I thought of an addon to the GBA so that the warrior and all the battle cards would get a slot, and be about hte size of a GBA cart. Not real practical though) Switching warriors and uploading battle carts onto it would probably require a computer, that or a second cart slot that plugs into the handheld via the cord jack. The main game cart would have to hold all of that and have unlimited rewrites, impractical but using an existing gaming system would be best, then come out with a specialized handheld that does it better, looks cooler, but would add to the cost of playing and therefore be optional.
Then connect online or by cord and play. My guess owuld be wifi or wireless over any cords needed, but that sucks because I live IN THE MIDDLE OF FREAKING NOWHERE, where two stores 20 min away from here have wifi, so defiantly not the elementary schools.
So ya, I seriously thought it out, with some impracticalities like a network being added to buses (even adding wireless/wifi to buses wouldn't happen), and what I was thinking of was all GBA (even before the SP) and a long time ago with different technology. However, it should still be possible, and using modern tech be easier to start up, at least in metropolitan areas and many suburbs (at least the business areas). Right?

I think that Left 4 Dead is awesome!
But I have a question. While playing it on xbox. Are those plants and trash cans and other objects supposed to be a quilt of colors? It looks so weird.

You thought that out almost as much as I thought out me semi-virtual reality system. It's very complex... and not made very well emo but would have been fun. AND I just made it better in my head... go me.

I wrote it all out, did a lot more than I posts, a LOT more. Drew rough visuals, and I think made a prototype for the PET (not GBA addon) out of Popsicles sticks with cardboard for the carts. Oh, but the warrior one was just a drawn thing on paper. Oh! I even had it listed that they could be net navigators (Net navi, like what they were in the show) by being able to attach one to a search engine. So when you hooked it up to a computer it would jump to the monitor and be like a search bar or something. (This is more thought out than that feature was on paper all those years ago. I never fleshed this one out because it was jsut a bonus feature.)

I planned everything out for the Virtual Reality thing as well =3 I even drew out how to suspend people so that they weren't running around through the city, pretending to slice things in half and going places they shouldn't go.
It was a really cool Idea, gloves, boots, headset, etc.
I think Jessie should get everyone's xbox live usernames and put them in a list in the first post.
Then we can start clans through out xbox, and BPLB will take over the video game world as well as gaia twisted Then after that we can start invading anime conventions, then game conventions, then random malls, then T"HE REST OF THE WORLD (the part that doesn't matter)

I don't have an Xbox, and for the longest time my newest gaming console was the Sega Genesis. Then I got a GBA, and still had the Genesis. I got the wii, what, two years ago? No live thing though.

I want a saturn and the original NiGHTS. I still haven't played, let alone have, NiGHTS for the wii, but the saturn one is supposed to be better. I know I could get a Genesis at a flea market for $25 (but the one I've always had isn't broken yet so I just get games for quarters.), so I would think I could get a saturn and NiGHTS for under $50, the price for the new NiGHTS.
