Schraeder nodded, still withdrawn. He pulled himself to his feet and went to stand next to B.

Adela looked at Schraeder to see that he hadn't spoken much. She gave him a slight nudge and murmured, "Hey, you sure you're okay? You don't seem all that okay."

Schraeder rubbed his eye with his hand and smiled slightly. "Yeah, I'm good."
No point in thinking on it anymore. There'd be time for that later. For now, he'd observe and learn.

"We'll meet you tomorrow," Lizzie declared. "Go home and handle that as briefly as you can. You need to sleep and we'll catch up with you tomorrow." The helicopters came in from low over the mountains, and while the Eves and Agents piled on, the Adams disappeared through a wall-mounted portal to places unknown.
The evening was spent in trying to argue with family members or other such relatives about where they had been and what they had been doing; if necessary, they were accompanied by a suited man who wrote off their activities as government-funded testing at the workplace. If any still remembered what the Hosts had been doing for the government, it wreaked minor havoc on their state of mind.
The night was spent sleeping, and early in the morning - barely past dawn - each of the Eves awoke to their cell phones ringing.
It didn't matter whether they had silenced them, let alone turned them off, or left them in another room. Each now sat nearby and was ringing.

Jon sat in his comfortable leather chair, viewing the town from the top floor of his rented suite at a very expensive hotel. He continued pondering the idiocy that was the shock and surprise and disappointment of his subordinates in the company. He had to set several procedures in place in the event that any of them would attempt to usurp his small fortune, he still held enough power within the company to prevent such a coup, but one could never be too careful.
The young entrepreneur turned his eyes to the phone which was now ringing far louder than he recalled setting it on.
Unknown Number
The display just continued to flash as he picked up the cell and flipped it open.
"Maxwell speaking," he said as he answered.

Adela had had a very fun evening with her family - and by fun, she meant Hell-ish. They kept asking so many questions, that the man provided had to do most of the talking. After that, there was a lot of hugging and family love...still, Adela hated lying to her loved ones. But if this keeps them safe, then I'm all for it.
Once dawn came, she heard her phone ringing annoyingly. With a groan, she answered, "Adela speaking. Who's this?" She was not a morning person.

Oddly, they heard each other's greetings.
"It's Lizzie. Get dressed and go outside and we'll pick you up. We need to start hunting."

"Hmph, on my way."
The young businessman closed the phone and slipped it into his pants pocket. He grabbed his stylish red coat and spun it on as he made his way towards the bed, where he picked up the antique sword and attached it to his belt.
Sealing the door behind him, he began his trek down the stairs. He never bothered with the elevator, such things were a mystery to him as to why someone would deprive themselves of the opportunity to exercise their hearts and legs.
He now stood outside the front door of the hotel.

Adela nodded, but then remembered she was using a phone. "Right. See ya then." She hung up and groaned into her pillow. I hate early mornings. There was nothing to be done about it, so she got up and changed. Before leaving the house, she grabbed a cup of coffee so that she could actually stay awake. Not to mention, it might keep me from being my usual snappy self in the the morning.

Finnegan grabbed the phone, "What's this, now? I left this at home, I thought..."
He nodded in response to the caller, "Alright, I'll be right down, I will." He stood, stretched, and yawned. Shortly after that, he seemed bright and alert and ready to go.

The others simply heard, "Schraeder," from his end. No explanation; seemed he had been up for a while.
After hearing his instructions, he gave a noncommittal grunt and hung up. Grabbing a cup of coffee and a butterhorn on the way out, he stood outside of his college dorm, waiting.
---
There were suited (presumably) Agents outside of each house, discreetly keeping an eye out.

She was sipping her cup of coffee when she greeted the Agent. "Good morning." She offered her cup to the Agent, but the offered sip was declined. "Eh, suit yourself. So where are we going?"

Each agent told each Eve the same thing. "Turn around and go through the door." They did, and...
...this wasn't their house, this was the warehouse they had first congregated in.
All the Adams were already congregating. "We obviously need to figure out where The Thief is going, but we... don't have any clear idea. And... we're stumped. He could be anywhere at this point, so we're probably going to be splitting up and hunting, then regrouping when we find him. Any objections to that idea?"

"Explain the teams to me," Schraeder said, "because that's probably where objections will arise."
