Zetshimaru Since the last gym tournament had week long rounds Zetshimaru would have to guess that it would start on Monday. It is up to Kyrenx though. Who knows maybe Kyrenx will ask people to wait a week for the few people who are still breeding. But then again to Zetshimaru that says they may not be ready to be a gym leader confused Zetshimaru made a horrible gym leader though, so guess that doesn't really matter does it? sweatdrop Well, this guild does enforce the very strict "All gym leaders must talk in the first person" rule. pirate

It's nice to see the types not really used in previous tournaments. I believe this is the first time having dragon and steel? Psychic and Electric weren't really popular either, and we have those.
I'm surprised that there may not be a water team this time around. I personally think water has one of the best range of pokemon to choose from. They're very rounded, but I'm interested in how this is gonna turn out.

That is true. People are ecstatic over electrified pokemon and their puns. How can you not love the energetic rodents and weasels (an whatever Electabuzz is)?

Okay guys, Round 1 has officially been posted!
... as the issue of wanting to give some time to those still crunching out their teams, Round 1 will be a free round and won't count towards the inactivity rule, though I urge those of you still working on teams, to get your teams ready to go at least by Round 2.
As usual, Round 2 will begin (at latest) on the 21st.
Edit: To further clarify, you will still need to battle the match-ups, but missing the deadline won't count against you unless it still hasn't been completed by the start of round 3.

Woo!!! The tournament for the next GL's has finally begun! I have to agree that it is going to be interesting to see fresh types this time along. (Though I am secretly hoping for an electric user to win. ninja )
