After a long moment of simply standing still with her eyes closed, Ellandra felt her way over to the couch - never one opening her eyes - and sat down, dropping her head into her hands once again. She shook a little, small, quivering shudders that went from her head to her toes, and Rhian's humming increased in volume accordingly. The little flutterby really was looking quite worn out by now, but since she was needed to keep Ellandra functioning, she wouldn't rest until her owner did. The Proto had flipped around to Ellandra's front as she sat down, so as not to be squished into the back of the couch, and brushed the brunette repeatedly with her antennae, looking around for Ziazan to come back out of the bedroom.

Ellandra shook her head, just barely peeking over the edges of her hands to regard Ziazan with reddened eyes, her mind's eye superimposing an image of Faolan over the alter's form for a moment. Then she blinked and the image vanished. "N-no, Ziazan, I'm . . . I don't need anything. . . .b-but thank you. . ."

The brunette shrugged a bit, not saying much in way of response - she really did want to get to Faolan as soon as possible, but was also somehow dreading the moment, afraid of what she would inevitably see. Instead, Rhian was the one who spoke up. "Mama, you should lie down and rest. I know you're worried but if you don't rest it will be harder for you." What went unspoken was that it would also be harder for Rhian to hold her together, and the little proto could probably sleep for a week as it was already.

Ellandra reluctantly made herself more comfortable and let her eyes start to close, though she muttered a soft, "If he's a fool, then I'm a fool twice over, I suppose. . ." before her tiredness truly made itself known and she drifted into a relatively peaceful slumber. Only once the brunette was asleep did Rhian fully stop humming, and fluttered over to Ziazan, somewhat crashlanding against her sibling. "Sibling. .. Ziazan," she murmured, wings looking a little faded and her antennae glow flickering now and then, like a lightbulb trying to go out - both proof of how hard Rhian had been working during the entire time of separation.

"She needed to think," Rhian said sleepily, snuggling up to her older sibling. "And maybe this will keep them both from making so many stupid mistakes. . . maybe." The flutterby yawned widely then, and dropped into a doze of her own. Just a little longer, then she could rest fully.
