Ryuuki saw the shinobi coming, ready with his iron sand. He threw ten kunais at the man, and fell to the floor. He performed a few handsigns and once again sunk into the ground.

Ulquiorra sped through the kunai, deflecting them, and travelled for about another 75m. He stopped and released his armor and Chidori Nagashi. "Time to use another one of my special Jutsu." Ulquiorra focused a large amount of chakra all around the destroyed village. Ulquiorra remained out of radius of his Chakra

Ryuuki created a few handsigns whilst underground, suddenly, earth rose up at an incredible speed, and grabbed the shinobi's legs. Ryuuki then sprung up from the ground right below the shinobi and sent an uppercut aimed at his chin as he did so.
Doton: Kyuu Tsuchi dageki (Earth Release: Sudden earth strike)
Description: A much more advanced version of the Tsuchi Shouaku, a Jounin can cause the earth to rise up at a much faster pace than the Tsuchi Shouaku, in fact in a very sudden manner fast enough to catch most shinobis off guard. Also, instead of just grabbing an opponent’s leg, this technique can cause the earth to rise up and form an ‘arm’ to strike the opponent from behind. Alternatively, one can also control it upon the earth mass the opponent stands on to suddenly spring up such that it acts something like an ejector or catapult to suddenly launch the opponent into the air by suddenly jerking up with a tremendous force. The durability of the earth risen is nearly as thick as rock, meaning that now, even taijutsu specialists would encounter difficulty in breaking out of it. However, like the Tsuchi Shouaku, the disadvantage of this technique is the fact that it can only be used with natural earth.
Note: to learn this technique, you must already know Tsuchi Shouaku no jutsu (Earth holding technique).

Ulquiorra let the mass of Chakra return to him instantly and then he rose a arm of Iron Sand from the ground that grabbed Ulquiorra and attempted to block the attack.

Ryuuki once again performed the handsigns from before, and created another hand which came out of the earth. The hand countered the iron hand, and smashed into it. "Whatever you do with your iron sand" Ryuuki said to the shinobi. "I'll counter with my earth." Ryuuki jumped further away from the akatsuki and pulled out a scroll. He bit his thumb and scrawled his name across it.

Ulquiorra sent a Magnetic pulse into the hand of earth to cause an opposite attraction between it and Ulquiorra. Ulquiorra used the push to hurl himself into the air. He went up about 20m more and he ended up being about 60m above the ground. He focused his chakra around the village again, making the chakra most powerful near the center of the vilalge. "Universal Pull." Ulquiorra made his Chakra suck in all the rubble and destruction of the destroyed village into the center. He tried pulling the Kazekage into it as well.

Ryuuki saw the akatsuki go up into the air, and perform a few signs. He then felt a magnetic pull, which originated from the center of the village. Ryuuki quickly performed a few handsigns and earth came out of the ground, binding him to it. Ryuuki quickly performed a few more handsigns and created a spear of earth, which he lefted from the ground with his chakra. He shot a bullet of water at it from his mouth, giving the spear a mud like consistency. He hurled the spear at the akatsuki member, to prevent him from continuing his attack.

Description: By using chakra to basically control the earth below and around them, the user turns it into sharp spears. This jutsu can be used both offensively and defensively. The user can either create a spear to block an opponent's movement, or they can hurl the spear at their opponent using chakra. The drawback here is, unless chakra is used, the spears cannot be pulled out of the ground manually; they are always set in place.
Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)
Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist. The higher the rank, the stronger the attack will be. at Kage lvl the pellet will be strong enough to knock someone back and create a crater on the ground.

Ulquiorra concentrated Magnetic Chakra and created a metal platform that also acted at a shield against the spear. He floated in the air and looked around. "It seems there is nothing left of Sunagakure."

the spear splattered against the metal platrform, and slid to the other side of it due to it's mud like consistency. Ryuuki used water manipulation to reform the spear, and kept it hurling at the akatsuki with his chakra.
Meanwhile, a giant silver rod popped out of one of the kunai which Ryuuki had thrown earlier. Upon closer inspection, the kunai had a seal n it, which is where the giant rod originated from. The kunai had njow been completely replaced by the rod, which gathered the high amount of static and electricity in the area.

Ulquiorra performed and few handsigns. "Chidori Nagashi." He sent waves of Lightning into the spear. It should disable the Earth Chakra and evaporate the water. He looked at the rod. "Metal, eh?" Ulquiorra used Magnetic Chakra and forced it at the Kage. "I don't have anymore business here. Its time for me to take my leave. First, I will repair your pitiful village. If you allow me, of course."

[[The rod is actually silver, so you can't magnetize it. Also, earth beats lightning, so you didn't do anything to the spear other than maybe deflect it.]]
Another silver rod appeared out of the ground, on the opposite side of the other one. The two rods started to exchange electricity with one another, causing an electrical field around the entire area. The electrical field caused the iron in the area to lose it's negative charges, causing them to no longer be magnetic. As this happened, the platform that the akatsuki member was on started to slowly fall.
"You killed a lot of innocent people... Care to explain how you will bring them back? I will make you pay for your crime!"he said, as he flung himself towards the akatsuki using the earth that binded him as a catapult. As he flung towards the akatsuki, he grabbed the spear which had been deflected, and hardened it by taking out the water which was inside of it.

Ulquiorra let the platform fall. Before it hit the ground, Ulquiorra jumped off. He performed a few handsigns. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu" He created 3 clones that spread out to three corners of the destroyed village. "I'm giving you a chance to bring back your village. I cannot resurrect people, but I can repair the vilage. If you do not accept my offer, then I'll have no choice except to finish the job and remove this village from the map. I will use the Limelight Jutsu."

Ryuuki looked at the man. "You are a fool." he said. My village is already utterly destroyed, and performing the limelight justu on your own will only kill you. Even the best lightning shinobi passed out for three days while performing it together. He said to the shinobi. "Lets make a deal." he walked up to him. "I won't kill you right now, and you won't attempt to kill yourself just to further destroy my village." he said. As he spoke, the third lightning rod came out of another kunai,on the other side of the training grounds. "I'll forgive you for attempting to kill my citizens." Ryuuki said "You on the other hand, will never come back here, unless you want me to kill you."

Kain walked in calmly.
"I will not have you destroy this village anyway...."
Kain took out his knife.
"Dark Fog!"
A dark fog covered sunagakure it covered the sun and only the electricity surrounding this place could be seen.
"I will have my shinobi rebuild the village and retake it afterwards but right now you must leave. Most of the people are already being sent to my village. If he plans to kill himself atleast you should escape."
Kain whispered all this to the Kazekage quickly.

Ryuuki looked over to the Aneikage. "I knew that peace treaty would come in handy one day" he said, smiling. He then looked over at the akatsuki member. "Even if he attempts the Limelight jutsu, he would either kill himself in the attempt, or merely pass out trying." Ryuuki looked all around his surroundings. The training grounds was partially destroyed, due to all of the fighting they had been doing. He can't use his magnetic bloodline anymore, and I'm sure he depleted a lot of his chakra during the fighting. He thought to himself. Ryuuki looked towards the destroyed Kazekage tower. He suddenly remembered something, and immediately jerked his head to look at the aneikage. "I almost forgot, he seems to have an ally in the village with him." Ryuuki told him. "He seems to have a bloodline that allows him to control paper, so be cautious, who knows when he may interfere..."
As Ryuuki spoke, the fourth lightning rod appeared out of the ground, appearing opposite to the third one, so that now the rods created a square.
