((Hell yeah!! A real enemy of angel and demon. Best way to get enemies to become friends. Give them a common enemy. Nice.))
Diablo, his red armor shining, he smiled as he stepped through the portal. He then bent down and began to sprint through the room and up a floor, looking for a guest of the Sanctuary. He was going so fast he could only see steps ahead of him.
Zeru focused and shut his eyes, he instead, was looking through all the shadows. He was trying to find the angels and Emims. Then he saw it... It was so... terrifying. It struck fear into your heart from it's sheer power level. You could feel it's darkness emanate from the mere vision of it. It was blasting through the floors! He sent a few lowly creatures of pure shadow, attempting to distract it, while he continued to search out the allies hidden in the house.

While trying to find the others--Hazel bumped into Diablo, nearly dropping Phoenix. "How did you get here? You have to leave--something evil is coming..." she said, trying warn him--though she was also trying to place who he was since she sensed he was a devil--yet not one that she had seen in the sanctuary. She only knew of Damien as far as 'good' devils go..
Sera had separated from Damien, when they both sensed danger, in search of their daughter. This isn't good, something is completely wrong.. She could sense the tremendous evil power crashing it's way down--she felt not only terrified for herself, but for her lover and child as well.

Diablo stood before a female. An emim that had apparently been running from something. He had heard of it's battle with itself. Most of the devil's had watched. "You need to get out. There's a portal opened at the bottom of the sanctuary. Get there and get lost. We've been sent by Anfang. You need to go, now," he warned, though his mind couldn't help notice her looks. She wasn't half bad looking and in a better predictament... He focused his mind on the task at hand though. He had a race to win. And this girl counted as two points including the baby.
Zeru found a woman(Sera) from the shadows and stepped out of the shadows nearest her. "Please, come with me. Anfang wishes you safety, as do I. We need to get you out of here. I've seen the evil. The shadows serve me as a transport and many other things, and there is a portal waiting to take you to Anfang. Please!" he said, hurried. He was three feet from her, but kept his distance, just offering his hand out. He didn't want to scare her off. He wanted her to come by choice. His eyes showed his care and worry for her safety... just because she lives. He may not have known her, but she was a living being. That's all that mattered.... that and her staying that way.

Sera gave a rather stubborn yet pleading look, "I won't leave without Damien or our child. Until I know they are both safe, I will not leave. If you're here to help get everyone out then I will help as well."
Hazel nodded, and in exchange for the direction on where to go, she gave him a bit of advice. "If you encounter it, don't let it near you--don't even try to fight it. It seems to absorb any living thing it touches. And as of yet there isn't a way to separate one who has been absorbed." Hazel then ran down towards where he said to go but took a slight detour and found Zeru and Sera. Handing Phoenix to Sera, "Get out of here--I'll find Damien for you." When Sera took Phoenix and then nodded at what Hazel told her, Hazel then turned to Zeru--"I'm not exactly sure who you are, but I take it Anfang sent you as well? I'm not leaving until everyone is through that portal--I won't loose anyone else to that thing.."

Diablo saw his girl run towards the exit. "Yes," he whispered to himself, chalking up the points. He ran off, in search of anyone else.
Zeru nodded to Hazel. "Who else is left and where might they be? I'm here to help and shadow teleportation helps alot. I'll take you wherever you wish in the sanctuary," he offered. They needed to get out, but he understood her feelings.

Hazel looked him in the eyes with a serious look, "I'm not exactly sure where the others are-some of them had left earlier to the mortal world.. And with this strong presence of evil--It's impossible for me to detect anyone.. We will have to search for them by looking through each room quickly.."

Zeru nodded and went back into the shadows, back to searching for people. Ugh, this was the worst part of the job. Saving them was great, finding them however... not so much.

Legion stood up and looked down to the second floor One more floor and then we will be free and all that delicious energy that has just arrived will become part of us. Legion laughed as several small shadow beasts appeared "So one of the fools has control over shadow! What an interesting power! It will become ours!" Legion found himself laughing histarically as he slaughtered the weak creatures. He raised his hand to his mouth and licked a small drop of the senders energy, which he had managed to collect from the monsters, from his index finger. "Do you hear US, oh master of shadows! We now know your energy and we will not stop till you join us." Legion then leaped down the hole only to his surprise to find himself hitting an energy barrier. Legion was sent flying backwards and hit sollidly into the wall of the third floor. Legion in a rage rushed the barrier and began to pound away at it. Legion grinned and knew he was winning when cracks began to appear in the barrier.
A voice then rang out on the first and second floors "Everyone please leave this place immediately through the first floor portal. I am the Caretaker and the abomination Legion is about to breach the second floor. I am now begining the last resort measures and activating the knights please stay out of their way or they will attack you as well." Deep from within the sanctuary a power churned and on the first floor a door burst open revealing a vast army of suits of armor with glowing blue flame inside them. Within an instant some of them vanished. They appeared arround Legion surrounding him "So Now the fight to escape truely begins. But we will show you our power!" Legion began to laugh meniacally as he vanished and ripped several of the knights in half their flame slowly dieing afterwards. Legion felt a balde pierce his shoulder, spinning arround he broke the blade in half "Damn you." Legion was begining to have many thoughts about how fast he was losing energy, that when he finished here he would be unable to absorb anyone for a few hours. When he felt an ace show itself, he was now feeling Silver's hidden power, the power Silver didn't even know about, the power of an emim in their fused state. With a sudden rush of energy he desimated the hundred or so that surrounded him with a single blast of pure energy. "Such power the boy had. Lucky for us he didn't realize it when we had fought him." legion paused and laughed again "Now we know that we must have the power of those inbred emims. They must become part of the LEGION!" As more knights appeared Legion smiled and began to fight them and try to get through the barrier at the same time.

Hazel tried to mentally contact the two devils, "If you haven't found anyone by now, then they have probably already left. We need to leave now! That thing has absorbed another emim's power.. I'm not sure how long it will take for it to use it--better not try our luck." Hazel then headed for the portal which she had made her way to the other side before Legion had crashed down.. Realizing she was more or less stuck on her own. "Shadow jumper, I think I may need your help getting to the portal."

Zeru's hand shot out of the nearest shadow, palm up and hand open. He was offering her a lift to the portal.

Hazel didn't hesitate to grab his hand. "You should get your friend out of here as well. That thing is, for now, unstoppable."

Zeru spoke to Diablo, Two to Two. Our game is over and a tie. Head on back... Now! he demanded of him. He folded his fingers around Hazel's hand, holding on to her as he dragged her though the shadows. He pulled her out next to the portal, himself coming as well. "Okay, he should be here any mom-," he began before being cut off by a red blur that zipped into the portal. "Good, let's go," he stated, wishing her to hurry out the portal.
Diablo had heard the message and almost flew from the speed he was running. It was a race. The first one back would win in the case of a tie. He wanted to win. He rushed by them and through the portal. (back to Lucifer's domain for Diablo)

With a violent outburst of energy the portal shattered sending all the knights that had surrounded Legion flying. Legion stood over the hole "Like father, Caretaker, you have both grown weaker over the years." Legion then leaped down the hole finding that the energy release had nearly broken through to the final floor with joy he slammed his fist into the ground bursting straight through. Flinging debris into the air around him Legion landed on the first floor of the Sanctuary. "It has been to long." Legion scanned the room quickly and, before the debris had cleared, saw the shadow master exit a shadow with Hazel. As if by instict his body contorted and molded as if he was made of putty. When the dust finally cleared Silver stood where Legion had been. Silver had a look of pure terror on his face and looked like he had lost much of his energy. His clothes were torn and he looked like he had just been in a fight and barely escaped alive. With a limping movement and holding his chest he began to hobble towards Hazel and Zeru "Please...Help. Legion is comming. I managed to escape from him but I am to weak. I need help. Please hurry we must leave this place before Legion catches his breath and returns." He then reached out his hand asking for some help to the portal. Silver spoke as he always did and even acted as if what he was saying was the truth.

Hazel's eyes widened and then pushed Zeru into the portal. She then felt a strong urge to help her friend and started to take a step towards Silver--somehow she knew it was a trap.. and she only took one step. She looked Silver in the eye, "I know the real Silver is in there somewhere and I hope he's listening. I won't stop until I find a way to free him and all the souls that thing has absorbed. So don't worry--I will return!" She then jumped through the portal, it closing completely after her.

Legion flew into a frenzy and rushed the portal as Hazel saw through to who he was only to miss her and the portal by seconds. "NO!! WE WILL HAVE ALL OF YOU!!! YOU WILL ALL JOIN THE LEGION!!" With a burst of energy a swirling portal opened "We all wonder how much Earth has changed since our childhood years." With a devilish smile he stepped towards the portal, killing another small army of knights that blocked the portal with a single blast of plasma. As he stepped through the portal he felt himself free for the first time since his creation. The portal closed after his entry stopping the remaining horde of knights from proceding through it. Caretaker then materialized in the center of the horde looking deeply troubled. "It seems that Legion once again roams the Earth and this time Anfang alone doesn't have the power to contain him or even stand a chance."
