Pretty much all military forces use standard recruits, aside from the Confederacy which still focuses on droids as primary units (however, slightly more advanced). But, even they use living recruits, of course. Those mostly belong to a member world as opposed to the primary CIS military. However, they also donate a percentage of their military to the primary Confederate defense force (typically around 40%).

Thanks you guys for all your help! But, I do have a question: why would more clones be being grown if Kamino dissolved ties with the Republic?

1- They wouldn't. It's assumed they left the Republic a few years afte 19 BBY (give or take 17 BBY or so), so if you're a clone, you have to be activated before then
2- You could be a Spaarti-grown clone, which is completely different than Kamino

Spaarti CloningThese things can grow a clone in a year, 10x faster than Kamino, and still be effective. They can even be grown in as little as three weeks, although unless very specific precautions are taken, you'll end up going insane and being sickly.

I might recycle my character ideas from the other RP into this one if I can, but that depends on what everyone else is gonna do character-wise.
As it stands, I don't see myself getting involved in the major plot, so ATM I'm going with a Jedi Dancer type. Basically, take Saria from CotS only as a dancer instead of a Healer. Her way of keeping the peace is by easing people's minds by being easy on their eyes, with subtle uses of Force Persuasion to convince them to relax, etc.
At least as a dancer, she'd have more to do than just sit on her a** all day than as a Healer, since Saria's practically inactive up until getting a message from Siren, since as a Healer, she's useless unless someone needs patching up.
My only concern with this RP is when it starts. IMO, I'd say wait until sometime after Task Force Resolve is underway, maybe when it slows down some, etc. Just my 2 cents.

Task is just starting, and we're still very much discussing this roleplay I also just did research on cloning. According to this article. As of 19 BBY, 40% of the army was being grown from Spaarti's, with minimal training and Mandalorian heritage. Cloning was still the only way of maintaining the stormtroopers, until 9 BBy, when open recruitment started. Even years after that, cloning was still a fairly common, if officially outlawed in practice. So, if you want to be a clone still, it's possible. Just don't expect yourself to be as good as Jango's clones.

Yeah, like EK said, it's going to be a bit to finish planning this RP, particularly since it's on such a large scale. I'm still looking for help with plot holes and any other constructive criticism. For instance, I didn't even consider Jedi casualties from the war. Speaking of which, what should the numbers be? I believe they were at approximately 10,000 right before the war.

Jedi right now are estimated at about 6 or 7,000 I'd say. That doesn't count anyone who turns or leaves the Order
