Though we could take the Futurama route and use "Welcome, to the WORLD OF TOMORROW!" Tsu's just too much fun. I came really close to making a "Ginger Pubes!" banner, too.

If Zelly has an outfit with glasses that looks really smart you could use that military template (the one you see spraypainted on boxes) and use the saying "Gatorcorp R&D"
A good one for the Gator face would be "You and what army?"

Done. cool I have outfits for all occasions. Said outfits may not match the occasions, but since the outfits don't usually match within themselves, that's not a huge problem. xd
