Veer not a cuchillo and soutaichou. Animi, yes as long as he changes his profile; Aka, no for obvious reasons; Levits, sure, I see no problem. Any one else? No?

Sorry for inactivity, I have College classes and Kitsu pretty much speaks for the both of us. As I said, we like to avoid redundancy. I haven't even been online in several days. Die in mine.

On Veer, since he has suspended his Cuchillo character, I'll say yes.
On Levits, I already stated about what happened to bLeaCh 98 so that's one. Another thing is he's showing that he's an inactive member, meaning he's not a good choice for a captain.
On Akaiko, I know that he's Shinji from before and that he submitted an RP sample that was stolen from another RP [which he didn't even make]. I say absolutely no to him for doing that.
@ Yuki: It's still different when it comes from you, even if you and Kitsu do have the same view on things. And you still have to be active for your squad. We can just be so busy at times so it's alright if you lag behind for now.

On Animi, seems like he whipped out some new Shi Kai ability of his on 3rd squad's training grounds. Either it's my own misconception, or he's actually making things up as he goes.
... So yeah, his application is still on rocky grounds.

I never approved of Animi as a captain anyway, and that just adds yet another negative point for him. I don't see any changes in his profile either. Is this not enough to void his application? Well unless majority of the crew still think he is deserving of a captain spot, even after all this.

On Animi, his profile is the only problem... which is kind of troublesome. Alright, if he still hasn't changed his profile within a week, I'm changing my vote to a no. I'll PM him regarding this later.

Animi's application has been declined based on the fact that he has not yet changed his Profile. He may not submit another application until that is taken care of.

On Zeke: I believe he is capable of being a Captain, it's true I barely know him but I think his application form can speak for him.
On Rene: Well she's competent, to say the least, and I also believe that she would make a valuable addition to our crew.

Rene's shikai seems a bit godly for just shikai... depending on the degree it can copy a power, of course. Then again, Hei's power suppresses and a copy can never be as good as the original, so I'm not worried in the slightest. rofl ...in search of lost wings.

Alright, let's start with Zeke. Although he has some typos in his RP sample here and there, it's still better compared to the other members in the guild. He appears to be a literate member and so I approve of his application.
As for Rene, I recommended her so obviously it's a yes from me. I know Rene knows the limits of her shikai and won't godmod with its abilities since she's a very experienced role-player. I also find the abilities of her zanpakuto cool, because I'm a fan of masks. XD
And lastly, Spiral. Despite having very short samples, he also appears to be a literate role-player, or semi-lit at the very least. He also mentioned that he'll be active so I'm looking forward to seeing him around every day, or every other if ever. Approved.
If ever the three of them get the three remaining captain spots, I'd like to put them under temporary captainship as of the moment and see if they are active enough and if they can contribute to the guild as crew members. If either one is lacking, I'd demote them back to a regular member right away.
