My friends downloaded the trial version of Halo on their PCs and play online on that all the time. I can't, my CPU graphics card is 2 years outdated... sweatdrop
I heard that PS3 will be somewhere around $700! Holy crap!

No, no, it's maximum price will be $500. That is the most. They can't push it any higher, but I have been hearing people try to pass those rumors. Besides, how can you expect to charge more from these people when they just watched the Xbox 360 flop over and die immediately? No, they couldn't possibly raise it. $500 has been the estimate for a long time now, and I doubt it's going to venture far from said price. In addition, they can't expect us to take raised prices after delaying it. It was originally scheduled to come out early next year, but now they are unsure because of a... well let's call it a frying incident. I believe I have already mentioned it in this board.

I remember that. But I remember that it was supposed to come out sometime in the summer of 2006 always....
That still looks weird to me. I can hate the changing years because I get used to writing 2003 on my papers and then having to put 2004 instead. It takes me about an entire month to myself out of the habit. mad
I'm already saving up for the PS3. Thus far: About $300.

One month? IT takes me six.... then I'm still doing it by the start of the next school year.
I'm not going to bother to buy any of the new systems right off the bat. Wait some when the price drops, then I'm good. And, I should be getting Soul Calibur 3 soon, so I'll be happy.

Isarde One month? IT takes me six.... then I'm still doing it by the start of the next school year. I'm not going to bother to buy any of the new systems right off the bat. Wait some when the price drops, then I'm good. And, I should be getting Soul Calibur 3 soon, so I'll be happy. I'll probably be forced to wait anyway. But if I get a chance I'll buy it no matter what. The X-box 360 is supposed to be a complete failure. Because Microsoft released it so early the system doesn't work that well and everyone is disappointed. I heard that it freezes very often and over heats. I love Sony. All of the stuff that I've gotten from them has never failed on me. My portable CD player is from Sony and it has never skipped on me. Even if I jump around like a wierdo it doesn't skip. biggrin

Out of all of the systems I've goten, my GBA's and my N 64 have had the ruffest time. Cartragies rock! That and drpping it on tile, and still playing,..... Man, those are tough little puppies.

I heard PS3 costs about 300-500$ and also I heard roumors about it coming in the next four months or so.My brothers buying it and I gotta stick with Nintendo revolution....Only reason that I want to get it is that SSBM2 is coming there.Fore now I just stick with my SP...

I'll stick with my comp. I have the money to buy any system I want, but why bother? Most of those games come out on the computer anyways, and at least I know my comp works. The X-Box 360 was a complete failure. Because those fools at Microsoft tried to get it out before Christmas, they screwed up with the production of them. When the 360 spins the disc, the "vents" on the X-Box don't work properly, creating it to overheat and melt the games. I may get the PS3 though, I always have been a fan of the Final Fantasy games.

The X-box 360 was rushed bad....They didn't install the fan,so the games melt,also systems with DVD players screw up sometimes when watching too many DVDs,it causes it to mostly read the DVD codes instead of the game,which can screw up both the TV and the sysyem,plus GameCube can ruin your TV,giving you what I used to have....The rainbow screen....well that's for old Tvs,now I got a flat screen so it can't ruin my TV....I don't have a 360,those things are weak...So I stick with my SP,my favourite thing I have in technology...besides the computer...
Funny thing....My brother saw this really stupid person...He bought a 360,yelled"YEAH!!!"And smashed it on the floor,and nearby,someone bought a 360 and squished it with his car.Hehe...

That's a big waste of money.
But I'd love to do that myself. XD
I think that I'm going to buy Samurai Warriors. People say that it's just a cheap version of Dynasty Warriors, but I'm in a DW vs. SW role play so I have to learn about the characters anyway.

I'd love to do that also....But i'd waste money....But then I gain the courage to say X-Box 360 sucks....
I've seen some weird things in the sytsem world....Mostly all of them work on one catagory....You know what i'm saying?
Gamecube is the on in the kid friendly games,but also some neat fighting games.
Play Station Two's best catogory is the RPGs.
And the X-box is in the FPS(First Person Shooters)catagory.

Yeah, I've noticed that. The games in level usually go like this:
GameCube: Children (Sure, it has rated 'T' games but they're still mostly kid games.)
PlayStation: Teen
X-box: Mature
That's what I've found the games to be rounded out mostly. I think a lot of people know this though.

Gamecube though has some Mature games like True Crime,with the killing and the swearing.

True, but look at the Mario Parties, the Mario Games, Smash Bros, and others. Its more kid friendly then the others, Nintendo always has been. But, some of the games are still fun.
