So basicly make it look like he ran threw very the forest and collected some samples in his fur and mane/tail. Also can you make it so there's tuffs of fur sticking up every where. His base consists of different shades of dark reds, with an underbelly the same color as an Arcanines mane (pokemon) on the dark red, he has a lucky black stripe in the form of many black spots which also stretch out down his side where the bones of his rib cage would be, fading the more they descend.
His eyes have thick black markings around them, with two lines running down his muzzle like leaky eyeliner effect. Also the spots on his back but smaller ones running down his cheek like black inky tears. Black fading up along the bottom front of his face, joining with the two lines. a criclet of spots run around the top of both his eyes and a thick v marking is in the middle of his forehead.
His mane and tail would be 'forever foal' in the same color of his underbelly markings. He has bright blue eyes.
Another way to describe him would be like a raptor. IDK if you have inspiration on the design feel free to 'play' or mess around with it to look wow. <3

Dimitri is going to be highly based off of this avi (I created it myself). I also drew this reference picture of him so you can get the image in your head a little better. His base color should be a pitch black with shiny gold tribal markings on his legs. All other skin that is showing (not on his legs which will have those markings) should be black. His hooves should be the same sort of shiny gold as the tribal markings.
He should be wearing the shirt as seen on the avi (and can slightly be seen on the soq I drew). The shirt has a white base, and the sleeve on the closer front leg (the strait one) is long, while the one on the farther leg (the bent one) is short. The cuff on the long sleeve flare's upwards and has two gold buttons. The front of the shirt has two gold parallel lines and TWO rows of THREE buttons between the lines. The shoulders had sort of flaring covers that can be seen on the avi if observed closely. There are two shirt tails flaring out from the shirt (can be seen in the avi but not in the ref horse because I fail. I still want the shirt tails on the soq, but flaring to the sides and down across his body from under the cape). All edges on the shirt should look somewhat like a gold cord that follows all the edges of material.
He will have a black cape that is not as black as his body, it should look a bit like silk but not quite as shiny. The cape should go all the way down his back and end right were his tail starts. There should be a thick edge on the cape, and this edge should be shiny as though studded with really small diamonds (sparkly basically). The cuff of the cape (around his neck) should be thick and slightly bulbous like in the soq ref picture. The cuff should also be covered in small diamonds (again, basically sparkly).
His mane should look like the mane from the "forever foal" in the mane/tail guide, and the tail should be the "medium" tail. It should be silver, and... you can ignore my bad artistry on the ref pic horse. ^_^;
The final detail is the mask. His mask is based off of one of the poses from picolitrosso's urn. It is a large golden sun. Its very difficult to explain, so you will mostly have to operate off of the ref pictures offered. It should cover the upper part of his face and eyes, leaving just his nose, mouth, and snout uncovered. Unfortunately, I made it TOO short on the horse ref pic, so... if you could just play with how much face is covered, I trust your artistic skizzles. The eye holes should be blacked out, as if you can't see the eyes. The rays should be strait and altering in size, big-small-big-small-big-etc... The middle ray (strait up) should be the biggest, but not like, HUGE, just, some what noticeably the largest. At the bases of each of the rays should be a diamond who's size correlates with the ray size. So, big ray=big diamond, small ray=small diamond, center ray=biggest diamond. Then on the tips of each sun ray should be a little +'sign sort of thing with a diamond in the middle. All the ray tops should be identical in size.
