Okay! Makoto said with a smile, ordering to the waiter when they came by. We'll have an order of your classic buffalo wings, the...buffalo...of doom...wing things, and the potato skins to start. For him, he said, gesturing to Riley, he'll have a cheeseburger, he said, shooting a sarcastic glare in his direction. For her, he said, gesturing to Giovanna, she'll have the primal steak. And I'll have the cajun basil turkey. For drinks, he'll have a sprite, and we'll settle with coke, and three virgin bloody mary's, he said finally, the waiter disappearing.

Riley frowned at Makoto some and shook his head, shifting to sit up better in his seat. Thaaanks Makoto...he sighed, folding his arms over his chest before leaning against the table they sat at. His heart sank slightly as his mind pushed memories he'd tried to surpress at him, and he shook his head to himself and glanced in the direction the waiter left in, hoping he'd be quick with the sodas.

Giovanna smiled. Thank you for ordering for me, she said softly. Some of the names of these things are too silly to say. She looked to Riley and frowned, nudging his leg with her foot. Is something wrong, dear?

Makoto sighed softly, shaking his head. Riley, you need to get over it and talk to her, he muttered, annoyed with his siblings. He then put a smile on his lips, looking to Giovanna. You're welcome, he said, bowing his head to her. He bounced in place as their sodas were brought to them.

I don't even know where she is or what she's doing...Riley muttered in Makoto's direction. As a reflex he nearly nudged Giovanna back, but caught himself in time before he could. I just miss ... he paused and shook his head, taking a long drink of his soda in hopes he wouldn't have to say it.

She's not a retard...Riley muttered, shaking his head again before eyeing the mild-hotwings since he knew stuffing his face would keep him from saying anything else for the moment.

Makoto huffed slightly, nodding. Yes, she does...she has a major mental disability, he said, laughing softly. He looked over to Giovanna, smiling, patting her thigh under the table. Relaaaaax, he urged.

Riley sent a displeased glance to Makoto before shaking his head. You're really rude sometimes, did you know that? he muttered before moving his silverware and napkins aside to grab one of the small plates the waiter had brought with the appetizers. He grabbed himself two pieces from each of the dishes and rest the plate infront of him, pausing as he glanced around for a waiter. Do either of you want ranch or maybe sour cream for the wings or skins?

Makoto sighed softly, nodding to Riley. Yeah, ranch and sour cream sound good... he said. He looked over to Giovanna, his hand still on her thigh, without him really aware. It's okay, don't worry about it. So where are you from? How did you meet my mom? he asked, trying to start conversation.

Riley flagged down a waiter to request the condiments, then turned his attentions to Makoto and Giovanna while he took a drink. He didn't want her to be uncomfortable, but knew he wasn't doing much to make her comfortable. He stayed quiet and let Makoto talk to her, and simply watched.

I've had a conversation similar to this before, she laughed softly, looking under the table at his hand. I, uh... I'm from Europe, she started, keeping her eyes on is hand. I met your mom through your... sister? Arashi is it? I've already met your mother, and maybe three of your sisters, she finished, taking a breath. She wasn't sure if he realized his hand was still on her leg, and she didn't know whether or not she wanted him to move it. Giovanna mentally scolded herself for being indecisive on such a matter, but it had been, after all, a long while since anyone placed a hand on her and made her feel this way.
