Daishi quietly followed Josh and Vain along the way, staying alert for any movement around them.
"I'm from Makai, Demon World. I was born there shortly after The Fall, when the Guardians left the Realm of the Gods for the mortal plane of existence. And what of you?"

Josh: Well, I was born in the underground kingdom of the Earth Elementals. It was there Dragcoon was looking for young recriuts and kidnapped all the newborns. I remembered every fighting style I used in my past life, and was taught many news ones. Name a style, i can do it. Hence why I am known as the Master of Combat. What about you Vain?
Vain: Me? Well, I was captured by the Elder Gods as I was being reborn was was put inside a human host. I then broke out thanks to the Red Moon. But I dont remember what happened at that time period still... But I have gained many of my past life memories, as the Dark Knight.
::As they looked forward they saw an outpost, unmanned::
Vain: looks kinda fishy... should we stop here and have a look around?

"Yes, let's. For some reason, I don't sense any auras in there. Either they're cloaked, they're too weak, or there's no one there..."

Vain: Ok.
::Vain started to go around the left side, while Josh went around the right, checking out the surroundings::
Josh: I cant see anything...
Vain: And I cant sense the elementals...
Josh: Somehting is up... MIND LINK!
::Josh sent a mind wave to Bardok::
Josh: How is it at your end?
Bardok: Empty and queit.
Josh: Maybe they retreated after I invaded, incase i died.
Bardok: That'd make sense, Elise isnt the one to leave things to chance.
Josh: So lets just get going.
::Josh severed the mind link::
Josh: Looks like no one is here...
Vain: or not...
::A figure luanched out of the shadows and stabbed Vain and disapeared into the shadows as quickly as it happend::
Josh: What the ******** just happened?

Daishi simply stood at the front doors, concentrating on his senses when Vain was attacked. He spun, and his sharp eyes caught a figure disappearing into shadow. He smirked, his voice taking on a sharp and cold edge.
"Travels through shadow and moves nearly too fast for the eye to see, fun. Why don't you stay and fight, or are you too afraid..."
As he spoke, he positioned himself in a shadow, waiting.

Shadow: Hm, I am not stupid, you could easily kill me, but I will make sure to take the one who is the true master of shadows.
::The shadowy quickly appeared again and grapped Vain, and disapeared again::
Josh: ********... I think he's going to the main base up ahead, lets go!

Vain: Uh... were am I?
::Vain shook a bit, but he was completly chained to a wall::
Elise: How long has it been?
::The female elemental stepped forward. Her short purple hair was all messy. She was wearing an all white attire with black boots, black scarf, and the hand parts of her gloves were black. She also had a holder for her arrows::
Vain: E... Elise?
Elise: Yes. How are you?
::Vain tried to rip off the cuffs and chains, but couldnt::
Elise: You can't break out of those, they restrain your element.
Vain: But, I thought I was the last of the Darkness, how is it there are others?
Elise: Because, their all clones of you, just modified.

With that, Daishi grabbed Josh and teleported to the base ahead.
"Send the others a message and tell them to come here. What do you know of this place?"

::She lead him past the guards and into her seceret chambers::

Daishi nodded staying hidden in the shadows of the building while they waited for the others. Unlike the other buildings, this one was well protected and guards could be heard marching along the walkways above.

Bardok Hey, were here!
::Izumi tackled Bardok::
Izumi: Shoosh! THis place is heavily guarded, do you WANT us to be killed? stressed
Bardok: No, but i WANT a good fight. biggrin
Josh: As much as I hate to say it, we should stay hidden for now. We will wait an hour, that is when the guard rotation is, and that is when we march.

::Vain laid there in bed, a nude Elise clinging to his body::
Vain: I still don't understand...
Elise: I can never hate you...
Vain: WHy? WHy are you with them? Why are there clones of me?
Elise: I can never hate you, because I love you. I was with them because I knew it would be the only way to survive long enough to see you again. And there are clones of you because Dragcoon had some Netherrealm wraith use these powers of his to generate shadow clones of you.
Vain: NOOB!
Elise: You know him?
Vain: Yes...
::There was a knock at the door::
Gaurd: ELISE! We heard a lot of screaming are you ok?
::Elise just blushed for a moment::
Vain: See! I told you that you were loud.
Elise: Dont pick on me... Let me go take care of them.
::Vain rolled off the bed so he couldnt be seen as Elise wrapped herself in the blanket and answered the door::
Guard: M.. Ms... Miss Elise, we uh... heard some screaming and...
Elise: Oh that? I was just enjoying myself... If you want, you can join me.
Guard: FOR REAL!?
Elise; Mhmm...
::She led him inside her room, Vain quickly ambushed him and snaped his neck::
Vain: Lets get dressed and get out of here.
::They got dressed and started to walk out when Elise relised::
Elise: They know Im a traitor now. Looks like we have to kill everyone.
Vain: Sounds good to me.
Elise: Ok, but let me do it. HOLY JUDGEMENT!
::A huge wave of holy energy engulfed the base, the attack was identical to Vain's Shadow Flare, only it was Holy instead of Darkness. It then went silent, the base was left a bloody mess as Vain and Elise walked out::
Vain: Hm... I could have swarn they would have been here by now...

Daishi arched an eyebrow as he watched the two come up.
"Thank you for trying to alert the entire base to our presence..."
Just as he finished speaking, a wave of holy energy engulfed the base and a few moments later, Vain and another female walked out.
"Apparently you didn't need to be saved...Had fun?..."

::Vain had a sly look on his face and looked down to Elise::
Vain: Just a little.
Elise: Josh! Your with them too!
Josh: Yup. Vain got the Undead taint out of me.
Elise: So Vain, who are these newcomers?
Vain: Thats Bardok and Izumi. I'm surprised you havent foughten them yet... And that is Daishi, he is lending us a hand. So everyone, what should be our next move? We got three options.
::Vain knelt down and drew doodles in the dirt::
Vain: We're here. There are 2 bases directly ahead of here.
Elise: Base 1 is guarded by one of this realms gods, Maar. Base 2 is guarded by Dragcoons best fighter, Sakura.
Bardok: She's been reborn!?
Elise: yes, and so were the others...
Josh: WERE? What happened?
Elise: Dragcoon sacrificed them to impower his "Almighty Jewl". I don't know what it is, but that is the source of most of his power. Either way, both are dangorus.
Vain: So we could hit one at a time, split into 2 groups and hit both of them, or we could just wait out the bases and then just pick off everyone one by one.
Bardok: Take them out one at a time
Izumi: Split into groups.
Josh: Pick them off, on by one.
Elise: One at a time would be best.
Vain: And I really don't care. So what about you Daishi?

Daishi gave a polite bow as he was introduced to the young woman.
"Pleased to meet you miss."
As Vain laid out their options, Daishi stared at the ground in though, his dark eyes shielding his strategic mind as he gave each plan an overview. Finally, he looked up at the others and voiced what he came up with.
"Well, attacking each of the bases one by one may not be the best idea, since if we attack one, the other may get wind of our presence and be ready for us when we arrive and thereby give away our element of surprise. The other two plans sound all right, but taking everyone out one by one will probably take longer than splitting into two groups. If we split into two groups, infiltrate the base and kill whomever we meet while trying to maintain secrecy for as long as possible, that could give us the best edge. However, I'm ok with whatever you all agree on..."

Vain: Hm... you have a point. Alright, we'll split up into groups.
Elise: Ok, Bardok, Izumi and Josh, will go after Sakura. Sakura is wind and Bardok is Thunder, so they will be an even match, plus Josh's mastery of every fighting style will help to counter her spear moves, and Izumi can attack with his spells form a distance to keep her moving.
Josh: Wait, I thought you didnt remember Bardok and Izumi?
Elise: Vain and I have been talking in our minds this whole time, getting me caught up on everything.
Bardok: Sure...
Elise: Anyways, Maar aint a walk in the park either. He is one of the Gods of this realm. He uses a great sword, but is actualy very fast with it. Vain and I are both Dual Swordsmen, so that alone can handle Maars physical abilitys, but I still don't know what you can do Daishi, but something tells me you are very strong in both magic and brute force. So you will defanitly come of use. As for now, lets rest here at my base, till morning.
