I think Hayashi Yuki is fit to try for a captain. Remember we assign temporary not full fledged right off the bat, unless they have proven them self's worth in some extraordinary way, or they are an old captain from CCS.

For a short time, mind you... but still. xd
ANYWAY... I agree with both of you... They do seem godly and I'd hardly consider them for the seats. Not unless they tone some crap down. ...in search of lost wings. Yes that is quite a power. 3nodding I can only create tornadoes and throw projectiles at your face...So, regarding the profiles. Were they PM'd or will be PM'd? @Contra: Yeah I was wondering about that too. Do we actually send PM's saying that 'Your request was declined' or do we just leave it at that and not inform the person?

I sent a PM to Tsume regarding his profile and its overkill shikai abilities. He'll be changing it soon. As for Animi, I think Peebles should send him one 'cause he's his captain. Although he'll be gone for a while.
Don't send them PMs to make them feel hopeful when they didn't have a chance from the start. twisted

Actually no. There is no point in sending someone to say that their request has been declined. If someone had sent in a formal "Application" for a captain yes, but in this case they merely placed their names down on a forum giving it a shot for a spot, there is no need to waste time sending them a PM as they will learn as the captains spots fill up until they are gone.
