((Alright XD))
Edge set his right hand on his left shoulder and rolled his arm around as if he were preparing for a work-out. He was a bit curious on why Delaine didn't want to try, but he shrugged it off and stepped up to the alter. He grabbed on to the blade's hilt and closed his eyes. Everything that had happened in his life, lead up to this point. He glanced back at Delaine one more time before closing his eyes again. "I want... to be the king. Please, Shining Force, give me your power!" He said, barely above a whisper then began to pull up. At first, it seemed as if his attempt was a failure as well, but soon with a loud 'pop', the blade was removed from the alter. He couldn't believe it, not one bit. He smiled incredibly wide and turned around as he lifted the blade into the air over his head. "I drew it!! I pulled Shining Force out of the alter!!!" He almost jumped for joy, until a bright light filled the room and the sword began to melt on to his arm. Edge looked down at it with a slight hint of fear in his eye. He wasn't expecting this at all, so it came as a bit of a shock. "What the!?" The sword soon became a red object, simliar to a large bracelet, on his right wrist. He looked down at it in awe, then began to yell in joy. "I'm the heritor!! YES!!" Everything seemed to melt away for a moment, until he gasped with surprise as the whole room began to shake. The sound of crumbling rocks and debri filled the air. Outside, the mountain began to crumble and reveal a large, metallic building. Where the caves had been that lead into the alter rooms, became balconies, overlooking the land below. Edge looked around after the shaking stopped, wondering what had just happened.

"Hmm...so you're the other one?" A cute voice suddenly filled the silence. Delaine looked to Zhirra. "So...there really is two?" She asked as she walked toward a balcony and took in the site below. This is... She looked to Edge, not believing what her eyes were taking in. She looked at the tome in her hand, to the small creature on her shoulder, then back to the land below them. How many surprises today...? She asked herself, rubbing her temple to ease an ongoing headache due to lack of sleep.

When the ground started to shake Sora dropped the force field so that he could avoid falling rocks and debris, but after it was all done he walked over to the balcony and looked at the angry Orcs far below him. "How peculiar?" He questioned venturing deeper into the newly shaped structure. "This place is very old...." He said touching the walls and admiring the architecture as he walked through the halls, as he got further in it got darker but he just used a light spell to illuminate his surroundings with an orb of light that followed him around as he wandered the halls. "I wonder what this place is..." He said to himself.

Edge looked at the ferret-like creature on Delaine's shoulder, confused on what was going on around them. First, orcs had attacked the camp, then, they had stumbled across this weird structure and soon, he had found the Shining Force. Now, some pink ferret creature was speaking to him, saying he was the other one. Edge was a bit dense, so he didn't completely get what she meant. "Other one...?" The whole room was illuminated by a light from the ceiling, the same thing happening throughout the whole building. "Hello, master. Please step through the door and come to the main room, please." A disembodied voice rang throughout the whole room. Edge looked around and prepared himself for a fight. "Who's there!?" He yelled. "All will be explained soon enough. Now, please, proceed through that door." The door where they had entered from had closed shut whent he shaking happened, but now slid open. Edge hesitated for a moment, looking back at Delaine once again, before walking ahead. He was still a little confused on what the creature was and when Delaine had obtained it, but he was sure he could find something out later.
Upon stepping into the large room, Edge gasped in awe. It was huge and there was a bunch of devices around the room. There seemed to be three floors in the room, the bottom one leading to a large exit that lead to a warp room. Edge had no clue of what these things were. He turned his head to see a black doberman with red markings on it's fur step down from the top set of stairs. "Hello, master." The dog said, "My name is Zenus." Edge looked down at the dog, slightly dumbfounded. There were many creatures in the world, but a talking dog was still weird. "Is there a problem, master?" Edge shook his head, responding to Zenus' question. The teen looked around, waiting for his friends to arrive. It seemed Zenus preferred to wait as well.

Kora followed Edge into the next room, if he was truly the one that she should stay on his good side. It could make her a much richer person in the end. When she saw the dog talk her first instinct was to capture it but she held back instead she just unsheathed her own blade and braced herself if something attacked. The room was surprisingly well lit and she felt a little uncomfortable knowing how much energy was being used just for that. If it where her place she would have at least one fourth of the light.

Once Korsu followed Edge in to the following room, he stared around in awe. I never knew there was a place like this, he thought to himself. He then saw the dog and realized that it must have been the one talking previously. He did not make a move for his weapon, as he did not sense any evil intent from it. He simply looked at it, curious. Walking up to stand next to Edge he asked, "Will we get an explanation now?"

Zenus nary turned his head as Kora unsheathed her blade. He looked up at Edge and nodded his head at Korsu's question. "This is the Geo-Fortress, a customizable robot-castle. There are various functions the ship can perform. The only one operable right now is the warp system. To reboot the other functions, you must find a certain metal." Edge looked around in awe, smiling widely as he gazed upon a control panel up the stairs. He looked to the left slightly, seeing another flight of stairs. Zenus saw this and answered the question that was probably going through his mind. "That is the residential block of the fortress." Edge nodded his head and looked back at Zenus. "So, what else can this thing do." Zenus nodded his head and continued. "A couple of the system functions includes a healing system, a radar, cannon, a-" Edge cut him off as he crouched down, looking at the dog excitedly. "A cannon!!? No way! How do we get that one." Zenus looked towards the warp terminal near the stairs. "You must find Red Metal. It will activate the cannon." Edge began to proceed to the terminal. "It may not be wise to leave right now. The orc creatures are still invading Yi'el village. It may be wise to rest for the night." Edge turned around and laughed nervously, not afraid of the orcs, but noticing just how tired he was. "Guess you're right." He stepped back towards Zenus and waited to see if there was more to be explained. "I will explain some other functions at a later time." Edge nodded his head and smiled down at the dog. "Thank you, Zenus." Zenus' ears perked as Edge spoke. "It is my pleasure, master." The dog turned around and walked back up to the geo-panel which rested on the top floor of the room. Edge looked at the others and sighed with relief.

Delaine listened quietly, taking everything in. She slowly walked up the stairs, letting her hand glide along the smooth metal and staring at the control panel. "Unbelievable..." She walked back down, gripping the tome in her hand. "So, there are two Shining Forces, and now we have access to this 'Geo-Fortress'..." She thought of all the possibilities this could bring. What effect could this have on the War? Suddenly, a small paw went up to her face. "You're having a fever." Zhirra said calmly. "Too much excitement, huh?" The small creature said, obviously amused.

Dalcia had been woken by the ambush of orcs, and had shrewdly watched the battle from the safety and cover of the tree-tops. In particular, she watched how seemingly strangers had come together to fight off the orcs side-by-side. This in itself is not uncommon especially in the face of mass hordes of orcs. The thing that had peaked her interest, however, was the boy who had swiftly blocked an attack even in his shocked state. He’s almost as fast as me, she mused thoughtfully. Without actively deciding, Dalcia followed the group to the cave watching as they struggled with wave upon wave of orcs, but still she remained hidden. What was the point of helping someone, when the chances of you dying were great?
When the boy had suggested that they go further into the cave, Dalcia had stuck out her tongue in distaste. Even from where she hid, she could smell that the cave was a dead-end—going further in was as good as signing your own death sentence. However, her curiosity knew no bounds, and quietly staying in the shadows, she followed them. Her feet made little to no sound as she loped through the tunnel, all too aware of what might happen, if she became too close to the group ahead.
Dalcia watched wide-eyed in both cases of the dual swords. She had been in the camp for awhile, and no one had ever found the sword. Yet, here they were, and she was lucky enough to witness the events…from the shadows, of course.
Everyone had entered through the door, but Dalcia was still unsure. So, she stayed where she was for some minutes thoughtfully regarding the door. Then feeling since she had come this far… Dalcia entered through also.
The light was bright compared to the cave before, and it took Dalcia a couple seconds for her to let her eyes adjust. Her ears perked as she listened to the whirring of machinery, and the smell of metal wafted to her nose, confirming the sound.
Tilting her head slightly as she caught the last fragments of the ferret’s speech, Dalcia decided to announce her presence. “Nice place you got here,” her soft voice echoed strangely through the cavernous room. Her ears twitched waiting for their reactions as her light-brown tail lay visible and still as it rested near her feet.

((Inactivity's a b***h...))
"Two shining forces?" Edge said, excited and still quite ignorant of the fact that Delaine had removed the other holy sword from the alter. "Where's another Shining Force?! Maybe I can get that one, too!" He began to run around the fortress looking for the other sword, but eventually he walked back into the main room, rubbing the back of his head and his eyes closed; his face filled with a hint of irritation and curiousity. "I couldn't find it..." He looked up to see a new presence in the fortress. She didn't seem hostile, so he didn't reach for his sword. "Who're you?" He asked, being rather rash. He sighed and sat down on the ground indian style. He propped his head up with his hand, placing his elbow on his leg, then looked up at the wolfling girl, waiting for a response or something along those lines.

Dalcia merely stared at the boy. His blunt question had irritated her slightly. She regarded him coldly from where he sat on the floor. He did not make a move towards a weapon, which was a good sign though that was probably because she was not obviously armed. Humans were so foolish in forgetting about her claws—many had fallen victim because of their ignorance.
“I believe it is polite to introduce yourself first, before asking another.” Dalcia responded her voice edged but still impossibly soft. Walking over to where he sat on the ground, she crouched down till she was at his level. “But since you are disregarding that rule, I will follow it myself,” she continued her voice taking on a dangerous tenor. “I am Dalcia Rani, the estranged daughter of one of the many wolf clans in the country of Fyrlandt. And, you are?” She uttered the question nonchalantly regarding her claws as one would regard nails, but her eyes narrowed slightly giving a different impression.

"Hmph." Edge simply shrugged his shoulders as she spoke about his lack of manners. "Formality never was my strong point, Miss." He listened to her as she spoke, seeming as if he were somewhere else by closing his eyes and yawning. He looked at her when it was apparently his turn to introduce himself. He looked at her dully as he started to speak. "Edge." It was simple enough and the most she needed to actually know. He stood up, and stretched his arms, feeling exhausted from the day's events. He had been about to go to sleep when the attack happened, after all. "So, is there a reason you're here, Dalcia-san?"

As he seemingly ignored her throughout her short spiel, her jaw tensed in an effort of self-control. She had an even harder time keeping her cool as he barely responded to her inquiry. Tensing further, she averted her face looking away from him as her eyes narrowed even more. When he stood, so did she. Dalcia would not let herself be at a disadvantage to him in any way.
His next question was understandable, so she let herself relax…but only slightly. “I saw you fighting. You’re fast. But you see, I have never seen anyone as fast as me especially a human, so understandably, I was intrigued,” she grinned a feral grin at that and a minor predatory gleam shown in her eyes. “So, I followed your…” she paused letting her eyes wander to the curious assorted band before coming back to Edge, “…group, and after witnessing the immaculate displays of finding the Shining Forces, well…I have no intention of leaving. I will join your…quest, whatever that may be and help in any way a young wolfing, such as myself, can.”A swish of her tail, and a hand placed on her hip was all that Dalcia showed in emotion in conjunction to her speech. Her face was blank of feeling not revealing anything.

Edge grinned and lifted his hands to eye level as he shrugged. "What can I say, I'm a badass." he stated quite arrogantly, responding towards her comments of his speed. "Shining Forces?" He itched his head, wondering what she was talking about. Only one had been drawn to his belief. He looked around the room, then let his gaze lock with Dalcia's after a moment, smirking once again. He lifted his pointer finger up to his chin and looked up, acting as if he were thinking, but kind of gave it away with the toothy grin on his face. He shrugged and closed his eyes. "I doubt you'd take no for an answer anyway." He looked towards the stairs that lead down into the residential area, then in the direction of where his sword had been drawn. "I'm going to rest, I guess." He yawned and began to walk towards the alter room. Robots were running around the place now, cleaning and the sort, so he had a few put a bed in the alter room. He went outside on to the balcony while the robots were at work.
