Mika watched approvingly as Castello captured Amelia and brought her nearer. "You." She muttered. As she was about to make a decision regarding what to do with her, Rhys came out of the door of the mansion. Mika turned to look at him.
She thought for a moment, then spoke. "You're the only one inside?"
But before he could answer, the house erupted in a bright light. Mika felt FEFGA's power emanate, and felt her restoring the barrier.
Her eyes widened. "Wow..." She thought for another moment. "Keep a hold of the prisoners. Please don't allow anyone else to come near... Don't kill them." She approached the mansion as closely as she could.
"You want a fight?!" She called towards the mansion. "I'll give it to you!"
She held her staff high above her head. A sharp purple light emanated from it once again as she made an attempt to battle the magic that kept them from the mansion. She began to call out phrases from an ancient text. It gained an ominous feel, echoing and seeming to come from all around the area. A beam of blackness suddenly shot out, heading for the mansion.

As the beam shot out, it broke right through the newly erected barrier. However, a heap of power shot up through the walls and sliced the dark beam at its entrance point, causing it to crumble and fade away, a portion of it sizzling against the light of the barrier. Deep inside the manor, Fefga was giving it all she had. She had nearly released all her powers, and was striving to win against the borrowed power of the dark god. Her body convulsed, and spiritual pressure shot out from it, causing a wall to crack, and one of the stairs to crumble. One of the torches fell from the walls, and was instantly doused as it hit the small waterway, against the wall. On the outside of the mansion, it was more than just a spiritual pressure. Several beams of light shot out from the walls and launched toward Mika- or rather, her staff.

Mika's eyes suddenly began to glow red. In the instant that the beams began to shoot in her direction, Mika yelled out another ancient word, causing thousands of smaller black beams to shoot in all directions. They turned as if drawn for the light headed for Mika.
The magic collided, the darkness shattering the light. Many black beams disappeared, but there were still thousands left. The darkness that remained instantaneously turned and shot towards the mansion again. Interrupting her muttering and yelling of incomprehensible phrases, she yelled out "TAKE THIS!"
And with that, thousands more black beams shot from her staff. They seemed to have a life of their own, shooting and picking at weak spots in the newly formed barrier.

When the black orbs began to shoot out towards the manor, the magical walls began to shoot out it's own orbs of light, colliding into the dark ones, taking them out. Yet even with the defending light orbs, many of the dark orbs still got passed. A moment before the dark orbs crashed, power surged into the magical barrier, strengthening it briefly, causing the dark orbs to sizzle and fade away upon impact. Still, there were many orbs, and eventually the extra force behind the barrier was forced to release. The remaining dark orbs crashed into the barrier, making various holes and cracks.
But Fefga wasn't done yet. Suddenly, a large force of light shot over the entire manor, and raced into the sky. The holes and cracks made in the barrier were mended. A large number of light beams swung out from the barrier and lunged at Mika and the heroes. Then, smaller light orbs released from the barrier and hung in the air, suspended. They then formed into sharp scythe-like blades and whirled at the manor's trespassers. More and more blades emerged from the barrier, and whirled into action as well. It was almost impossible to move. This was the peak of Fefga's power. She could only hope it was enough.

"Watch out!" Screamed Mika, breaking her concentration for a mere moment. She sprang back into action, deflecting a nearby scythe with her staff. She flung out her hand, blasting another scythe with a burst of energy. She was losing steam. There were too many of them. She worried that she may lose. It was time to give it all she had or die trying. "This is it.. My test." She muttered.
She shut her eyes and pulled her staff closer to her. So close, she held it against her chest. Anyone watching would see something they couldn't quite identify... She was bending reality. One might be compelled to wonder how much power Loki had actually given her. The area twisted and became darker. When the crowd was able to see clearer, there was not one Mika, but twenty of her, holding their staffs in the air again. Dark energy amassed above them, joining the energy created by each Mika to create
One
Huge
Energyball.
But after a moment they could see that this ball was not a ball at all. It began to form. It began to take the shape of something... terrifying. It's eyes grew to the size of a house. It had gigantic hands with claws. It was all blackness except for it's gigantic red eyes. It touched down on the ground, darkness circling it like a tornado. It's existence shouldn't be. But it is. Mika had created a monster. The monster began to move toward the mansion. Once again, there was but one Mika. One unconscious Mika. And a monster.

A pair of sunglasses were at times useful. Not only did they make you look cool, they would be absolutely perfect for a spectacular yet deadly laser show such as this.
Sadly, Rhys had none, and opted to turn away from the spectacle at hand, holding his head in his hands. All this magical energy was starting to make his head ache... where on Earth where they both getting all this power!?
"Oooh... HIT THE DECK!"
He grabbed Amelia suddenly and pulled her to the ground with him as the Light Beam Armada passed overhead. One beam neatly singed a few orange hairs on his head into nonexistence, but none came any lower than that.
He closed his eyes and just lay on the ground, hugging Amelia mostly because he sure as hell did NOT want to see any more of this "Star Wars" business.

...Perhaps remaining in the attic hadn't been the best choice.
As mentioned beforehand, Neros was particularly sensitive to this sort of thing — the presence of spiritual influence or movement, which magick normally altered or manipulated. And all the spiritual pressure, the immense conflict between Fefga's power and this foreign elder magick, emitted such surges of excess energy that it poured through his being, permeated his very existence which was unstable to begin with.
He was tightly curled up, his wings securing him in that position, his breaths frantic and ragged. His vision was going haywire again, but he didn't want to witness what other hallucinations there were to hallucinate, and so his eyes were tightly shut, but he couldn't shut out the catastrophic noise that was grating and screeching and groaning and growling in his ears. Every sensation spared through his nerves. He felt flames on his arms, ice in his lungs, claws on his cheeks, needles in his eyes, scissors under his skin, water at his fingertips, clouds around his ankles. In the chaos of those major senses he could barely distinguish what was going on with smell and taste.
And of course there was the sixth sense. He couldn't perceive any true form, and so his mind was forced to hide exclusively in the mental and spiritual planes, although those were in turmoil as well. Wherever he turned, wherever he ran, there was no hiding from the chaos, the havoc, the discord...
It was overwhelmingly agonizing, yet somehow overwhelmingly soothing...
He passed out on the floor, lost in the colors and the non-colors, the sounds and the silence, and existence and the void. And the severed head rolled away, and all the corpses strewn around him watched their killer and master, and the ones still alive writhed in their cocoons without a voice to help.

With the creation this new abomination, the beams of light diverted from attacking the heroes and rushed at the monster, trying to hold it down, or push it back; something! But it was too strong and shattered the beams with ease. The scythe blades of light then whirled around and shot right into the monster. It wailed, but did not waver. The scythes did practically nothing.
The monster kept approaching closer and closer to the barrier, fully capable up decimating it. It seemed like there was nothing left that could be one. But, there was one last thing. The light that soared high into the sky suddenly was drawn back in. An immense spiritual pressure was then build up, and a huge spirit creature of light emerged from the barrier. It looked at the monster approaching and met it head on. Fefga had put part of her very self into the spirit creature of light. It was her last gamble. It was all or nothing. She had to end it... She had to... but her power was waining. She gave it one last burst of power, and directed the spirit creature to push back the monster. Whether she won or not, was up to fate.

Melethia stayed still as the arrow hit her. "Looks like someone found me." She thought to herself."I've got four options: fight, run, stay, or surrender. All of them don't look good for me. Fighting and staying aren't wise to do. I could run but I think the sniper will get a good shot it. That just leaves surrendering. It will leave a blow to my dragon pride, but it's better than death." She tossed her Dragon Fire tome out in the open and walked out with her hands up to show that she isn't a threat anymore.
"You got me." She said. She was also getting dizzy from the magic that was being used. She fell to her knees."So much power. I haven't felt this much since I fought my brother Shadowclaw."

The power..... It was too powerful. Too tremendous. Too much to bear. With the power of ancient magic battled against another, it made the ground shook so much.
Fearing of the power ahead, her horse neighed and tried to get away. Isadora held a firm grip as she tried to get her horse to settle. As much as the battle was too powerful for her to join in, it would take more than that to make the paladin turned tail and run. As a knight, it was her duty to protect not only the people, but also the country too. And running away from a fierce battle would not do.
Gripping hard on the rein, Isadora raced her horse to the open area. Her sword was still in her hand firmly. Once she was out of the forest, she stopped immediately. Fear and shock crawled up on her spine. Her face paled from what she saw.
Two enormous creatures. Both light and dark. Towering over the manor as both creatures headed on each other. Fear if the power may overwhelmed her strength, the paladin pulled her shield from her back and wore it in case the power may burst and hit her. She prayed to St. Elimine that whichever creature was on their side would win.

Amelia could do little more than stare as light intensified all around them, from Mika's staff and from the manor itself. Light poured out of the windows, the walls and each directed themselves towards the young Druidess. Amelia threw one gauntlet-covered arm over her eyes as Mika retaliated with her own magic, a power of dark magic that made Amelia wince in fear. She wasn't good with magic, she could feel the apprehension prickling down her spine. I can't tell if this will end well...
She cried out in surprise as Rhys suddenly had his arms around her stomach, and she hit the ground with a slight noise. The intensifying light shot everywhere. One beam brushed over her breastplate, leaving behind a sharp shine that made Amelia wince. When she opened her eyes once more, she found herself staring at the creature of darkness and creature of light facing off, and suddenly she was painfully reminded of Rei's use of his Apocalypse tome. Amelia clung on tightly to Rhys; were either of them going to be okay, after the travelers' heel-face-turn and their capture? Amelia hoped so, holding tightly onto the orange-haired priest and staring at the battle between the two ancient powers with wide eyes.

The monster of darkness had begun clawing away at the barrier. Suddenly, the light creature had begun to fight it. The darkness monster turned, glared, and then let out a gigantic roar, emanating through the very ground. The darkness monster lunged at the light monster. The two collided, battling it out for what seemed like forever.
It became clear to the audience of this fight that the weaker monster was that of the light. The darkness monster forced the light monster back, Causing it to stumble. The crowd had to scatter to avoid being crushed.
The Darkness monster steered the light monster away from the unconscious Mika, into the forest so that it tumbled backwards, crushing the trees beneath it. It roared again and fell on top of it purposefully, ripping and biting at it.

Shento opened his mouth slightly and paused as he looked upon the one who was hiding. "...A-aljonahlte... dorshah ardlo ga...!"
He relaxed his bow, and lowered it. The look on his face was one of shock. He did not blink. He couldn't take his eyes away from the woman's face.
"... ...Katalis."
He spoke, as if addressing the woman. Just then, beams of light and scythes appeared from the manor and began attacking. Shento instantly reacted by rushing over to the woman and grabbing her, and darting off, away from danger. Apparently, there was something about her that he felt he had to protect.
He stopped a good distance from the manor, and looked down at the woman. She had apparently passed out, either from one of th manor's attacks, or from Shento's speedy actions. He laid her down on the grass, and stared at her. "...Alshebah amoraska... Katalis." He stroked the side of her face, tenderly. He though he knew her, but there was more than met the eye.

Inside the manor, Fefga's body flew into a wall, just as the light creature crashed to the ground. But she got back up and floated in the center again, as did the light creature get up, and face the monster of darkness. The light creature shot out piercing streams of light at the monster then charged at it. Inside, Fefga's constant cries kept up and got louder, as the light creature swung its arm at the monster, with great power. When the darkness monster recovered, each of their mighty hands met. They each pushed against the other, putting might against might. But Mika was no longer controlling this monster. Mika may had brought it forth, but this monster... was from Loki.
Fefga couldn't do a thing.
