ok so this was a long time ago, but there was a 7thh grader that got put into concert band because of the sceduling. (concert band is only for 8th and 9th graders) So some people locked the 7th grader into a tuba case. he was stuck there the whole period. So funny

weridest thing that happened to me in band, when our band director wasn't here, then in 3rd period, everyone(but me an 3 others) played truth or dare. some one was dared to kiss me on the cheek, Oo (this year)
in 8th grade, we found a piccolo! since i played flute, and i'm really small, everyone race to me and said "kitty! we found you a flute thats your size!!!!"

Me and my friend got locked in the bari sax locker before band. the assistant band director was furious when he found out why we werent able to march that day. he had to let us out, we were in there for an hour. It was hilarious!

i think the weirdest thing that has happened to me in band was after i moved from my old high school.
i was on facebook one day and one of my old band buddies/friends/mates sends me a message - we send messages back and fourth for a while and eventually he says to me (and i quote) "To tell you the truth. I've actually liked you for a while. I mean you weren't like most girls. You had very womanly features but you also would kick back and have fun."
