Dante's grin faded at the word of Ishoa, his eyebrow cocking as he spoke, his tone one of his famous defiance. Take care of her...? The has to be the largest understatement ever voiced in this school. Im going to simply walk out of here with Joy...and if ANY of you try and stop me, I will not hesitate to kill you. Your quarrels have nothing to do with me, but blood shall be shed by my blade if i deem it so. Dante heard a voice belonging to Aili and turned his head, his boysih charm fading to that of a stone cold assassin. Let Joy go...? Are you some kind of moron? I just saved her life, and there is no way I'm going to let her away from me. She gets into enough trouble on her own, all I need is for her to die the day I come back to this forsaken place! A strong wind rushed through the chruch as the bird atop the roof flew off, squawking with unsatisfactory cries of irritation. Dante's gaze did not falter from Aili as he watched a staff appear in her hands, half waiting for her to strike as he stood his ground, his resolve seeming absolute. Know one thing, Lady... I don't care who you are in this place, or who you are in the real world. You seem as hell-bent on saving her as I. But learn that I'm a bad guy to have against you. He didn't know if she would strike, but he hoped...prayed...she was on his side on saving the girl he fell in love with so long ago. He suddenly felt pressure on his arm and a soft voice like that of a dying friend. Turning his head quickly, he watched Joy wrap herself around his arm. He couldnt think as what happeneed over the next few moments passed, he was just relived she was living. Being Half-devil, the pain against him from the holiness was nothing but a mere sunburn, and he thanked his mothers willingness to follow the teachings or Aporia, the god of deliverance. He felt her body give way against his as he dropped his sword, taking her in his arms and lifting her from the ground. JOY! Joy please be alright! joy i came to save you, please dont leave me..not yet. DONT DIE HERE DAMMIT! he screamed out, energy surging through him and into her like lightning as he took a shallow breath, heading towards the church doors. He turned his head slightly, speaking to Aili as his glasses were half-cocked down, exposing his sapphire eyes that would have been better made of ambrosia. Stop me if you wish...But I won't let her die.... With that, he headed towards the door, and her salvation.

((HEY! We were in the middle of a battle you cant just take her away XP!!!!))
Mint landed gracefully on the marble floor. There was another shatter as the cross she had just hurled was broken by another intruder in the battle. The girl slid back and her blood colored eyes narrowed at the young man and Joy. There was some conversation between those present, and then Kurai melted through a shadow and out of a church. Mint's battle mode began to calculate and evaluate the situation. Kurai needed to be present. But if she must she could go after him, the only problem was if she could find him. Rene and her and been spending month attempting to locate him and Joy. Mint had little understanding on how to use Rene's powers of finding people.
As Mint went over her options her ears once more heard a hypocratic statement of love from Joy. A rotting depressing anger made her just stare at the pathetic girl callapsing after no fighting. She had already made 3 offensive attacks with no defense from either Kurai or Joy, only some stupid person trying to be a hero. That "hero" picked up her target and began to walk out of the barriers (( stare you shouldnt be able to leave.....)).
"Joy killed me!" She had entended to say it with soft uncaring speach but that was not how it occured. Her voice sounded so little, smaller than that for Rene's body. So young, so full of helplessness. "With what happened killing Joy even in this state would be acceptable." She paused for a response. If he intended to leave she would just go after her brother and come back for Joy later. She did not care about Mother Aili who was left with that lady and the little Mint. Rene's powers could let her escape.
"If you take Joy-san I will still kill her."

Dante stopped, hearing Mint's voice echo in the silent church. He smiled, laughing slightly as he kissed Joy's forehead, laying her down on the floor as he turned to face Mint. You honestly have NO idea who I am. It's not really that big of a deal... This just gives me an edge when it comes to ripping you apart. With a snap of his fingers and whistle, his sword seemed to snarl, suddenly flying through the air as he caught it in his right hand, twisting it around and placing it against his back. Why.... Why are you in such a rush to kill a girl as sweet as Joy? What has she done to you? I can't even imagine her hurting anyone other than herself, she's always thinking about the feelings of her friends. Dante's words were more in confusion that hate. He still was getting things straightened out in his own mind. He suddenly smiled, the smile turning into a laugh as he shook his head, his tone now one of the playful Cheshire Cat. Actually....I don't care to know your reason. Either way Its going to be some weak-hearted attempt to justify the death of a pure person. Joy may have evil in her veins, but she herself is NOT. I belive she is still the person we all befriended, and you are a fool for thinking otherwise. Dante's stance suddenly shift as he placed his weight onto his right leg, twisting his back slightly as he reeached around and gripped the handle of his sword, time moving slowly as he spoke. Because I am half human I fight for them, because I am half demon I have the power to defend them.... and becuse I have my own will I have the heart to die for them. I won't let any of my friends die eevr again... So If there is nothing else to say, I suggest you either make your move to try and take Joy from me, or leave quietly before I remove your heart. The sudden pulsing power eating away and the surrounding area from Dante's force was intense, seeming to be like that of intense heat. Why was he willing to fight so hard? Where has he been? And HOW was he able to pass through those damn barriers? Something had changed in him...and he seemed more dangerous than when he'd left.

Mint groaned in her mind at this stupid boy. His ego was too high. Had he not just heard her say that Joy had KILLED her! Maybe because she was using Rene as a body for movement, he could not grasp this fact. Yet, she was did not care what he said. Her mind was tinkering with tatics for getting Joy out of this place. She had no reason to kill innocent people. She was only here to avenge her death. Dante paused, probably to let her plead for life, to tremble, to collapse to her knees as both Kurai, Joy, little Mint and that other girl had done with out putting up even one bit of a fight.
No, you don't know who I am. And I am sure you don't know who Joy is. Haha, and he doesn't know who Rene is. She'll protect me if it comes to that.Mint knew that if she got herself into a corner, that she would retreat and Rene would come back. No one had a need to harm Rene. Ofcourse if she retreated she would probably use Rene's body to disapear.
And that's exactly what she did. The tall slender body altered to a muddy brown and fell away into a goopy pile on the floor that vanished.

Dante lowered his sword, sighing as he shook his head and placed his sword against his back. He walked back towards Joy, the look in Rene's eyes gave him a feeling of dread he hadn't felt in a long time, like there was someone inside those eyes looking at him. He watched the body completely dissapear from the corner of his eye as he knelt by Joy, smiling and caressing her hair a little. You'll be ok now, kidd-o... He stood up again, hearing the voice of Aili and he shot her a defiant look. Made a mistake? Next time be careful where you swing those big words around, lady...you're gonna end up in a world of trouble. Not with me though... Dante walked a step towards Aili, extended his hand like he was waiting for something. You're cute, so I won't say much.... but how about you let me walk outta here. You're welcome to join me if you'd like. His tone had taken a turn for the better, now friendly and almost trusting. Do as you wish, but I hope those barriers are down, because Joy needs to leave here right now, and i can guaruntee my safety....but not hers. I need those gone. He couldnt tell if they were down, but he sighed, risking it as he picked Joy up. Joy...please say something to me...let me know you're alright...

Aili pinched the bridge of her nose where her headcold was starting to throb when Dante knelt by Joy.
"I only swung 'those big words around' because you suddenly barged in when I was trying to protect them. I had a right to be suspicious of you. My barriers are down so you're free to touch her."
Aili looked at his extended hand "You're charming, but I believe I don't fully understand what is going on so I'm not going to take any sides yet. I care for Joy, but I also care for those that oppose her. I thought they were on the same sides, but this fight proved me wrong."
Dante picked Joy up with care and she walked over to the two. She leaned over and place a hand on Joy's forehead and stroked the cat-girl's sweat-soaken hair. "Joy..." The cat-girl's painful expression was heart-breaking to the priestess. "Aili-mama can't not worry about you Joy cuz you're like a daughter to me." Aili pressed her forehead to the girls' before taking a step back remembering her own sick state of health.
"Dante, I don't feel like I need to tell you this, but you should leave now. I have to clean up this mess."
Aili swiftly left the room and as soon as she was down the stairs, she brought a hand back up to her head. "Stupid me. Getting sick at the worst time." She leaned against the wall resting herself before heading back down to the minds of the worried church members.

Joy was having trouble breathing, she knew that Mint was right. She had killed her, not in a way with a knief in her hand. But it was true, the blood was on her hands. Her dress was stained with blood, from the cut on her hands, as well as her long green hair which had become untangled from the ribbon's grasp.
Minty-chan.. Joy knows. She'll wait for you, not here, not now. But shes been waiting for you ever since... Joy opened her eyes at the sound of Aili and Dante bickering slightly, her eyes searching for Mint. "Aili-mama...Dantenii-chan..."

Joy hovered in the hair as she glowed faintly.She opened her eyes as her hair whiped around her body which was lightly wrapped in her white bedsheet. She had a pained look on her face, and her eyes glowed a bright white light. Then everything around her exploded, her computers, her books, the little furniture. And most importantly, her loved andriod family.
Shards of glass rained down on her as she dropped to the ground, her forest green hair waving out in small ribbons, her eyes glowing. Walking on the broken glass she looked around dazed, her eyes unfocused.
Joy's hideout was no more. Just sparkling wires laying on the floor, shards of glass covered most of it though. Android body parts were everywhere. Momo laid on the bed of rags where she and Joy would cuddle together, sleeping. Her eyes were dead as her stomach showed her wirings and metal frame.
Hideki was cracked in half, missing half of his face. Shota was actually lodged through the camera she had used to take pictures for Joy to help her get money to support her little family.
The wall was crumbling, the whole ceiling gone, showing the star lit sky. A small bit of Momo's dress floated in the air, and drifted off.

Joy felt herself being lifted up and getting patted on the head, forcing a smile but her eyes were dead, lifeless, she knew that she had to show appreciation for affection. But she seemed pale as she just looked over at the cross, her face blank. Thank God it had stopped, this wretching realization, that she actually enjoyed all of this, not in hurting Kurai, but just the thought of her having the power to hurt someone so profoundly, to create chaos physically and mentally, to be able to break invisible bonds between people, it thrilled her so much that it terrified her. Joy was just sinking back into the darkness that always had its arms wide open for her to fall into them.
"Don't say that Dante-chan..please..don't make the truth just worse for Joy then it already is. Joy's just been in a dream state, acting out her ideal personality, her ideal school life, and making her ideal friends. Being here was a dream, a dream that Joy never wanted to wake up from. Joy's only reality in this imaginary world of mine.."
Slipping from Dante's arms Joy landed on her feet; she needed to talk to Ishoa and she knew she had to go back and get yelled at by Ella. Her hair created a shadow so you couldn't see her eyes as she looked upwards, a small thoughtful smile on her face. "Maybe after another dance...Joy can keep on selfishly dreaming."
Joy could feel the barrier had already broken, no wonder why she was able to move by herself as she walked by the benches and opened the doors, her figure now just a dark shape, her long green hair glistening like a river in the wind. Thank you Dante-chan...for maybe now Joy can break these chains Fate has put on me.

Dante couldn't muster words as Joy simply stood up, walking off. he'd risked a fight with friends, death, and the killing of those who were once his only counsel for him...and all he got was Joy walking off to deal with things on her own, when it was apparent to him she couldn't. He sighed, lowering his head as she exited the church. Dante fell to his knees, taking a deep breath before lifting his jacket sleeve. He moaned painfully as he reached into his coat, pulling out a dagger and sifting it into his forearm, digging out a piece of his skin which bled to the ground. he tossed the piece aside, a large pentagram-design melted off of it as he pulled a bot of tapestry from the floor, cutting it and making a make-shift tournequet. he stood up slowly, realzing that it seemed that Joy didn't need him after all. Maybe no one did. he turned, seeing Aili behind him and remembering her words. He slowly walked towards her, stopping in front of her and witha heavy heart, picked up a large piece of the wodden cross that had almost crushed Joy and herself. Stop standin' around.... and let's get this place clean, Lady... His words fell from his lips, his eyes trained on the floor to avoid eye contact so she could not sense his inner pain. He tossed the piece behind him, reaching for another and sighing slowly.

Etsumi's footsteps echoed as she slowly entered the Church. She sighed, for she had finally seemed to escape the noisiness that seemed to be everywhere on campus. No matter where she ran, she heard chatter and battles taking place everywhere. I did not think this school had so much violence. Etsumi thought as she walked off to the side of the church and sat down in a dark corner. She rested her chin on her knees and wrapped her arms around her legs. Then again, all high schools I've attended seem to contain violence, with or without magic.
Etsumi yawned, her headache never did go away, and it pained her. It will go away eventually, she assured herself and closed her eyes. The room was peaceful and quiet, and soon Etsumi fell asleep.

Sachi had been laying on the front steps of the church's living quarters for a few hours. She had been trying to figure out how she had gotten there, and where she had been going. Finally giving up on recovering her memory, if it had been there at all, she stretched her tiny arms and legs and stood up. Her tiny hands barely reached the door knob to the building as she reached to open the door.
Just as her fingers finally touched the knobs, she noticed a beautiful blue and yellow bird perched on a nearby tree. Interested in the tiny creature, Sachi ran over to it with her arms outstretched as if to catch it. Unfortunately, the bird was startled by her sudden arrival and flew away from her. She watched the bird's movements in the air and began to move her arms up and down, trying to fly like the bird. Sachi then ran around hoping to jumpstart her flight, but had no success. Eventually, her playfulness led her away from the church.

Etsumi woke up and wiped a bit of drool trickeling down her chin. How long have I been asleep? Etsumi wondered as she stretched her arms and stood up. She picked up her violin case and looked around, the living quarters was quiet and a bit empty. Etsumi then turned her heel and walked out of the silent church.
