Kir's hands moved away from his face. They groped the air for Lily, since he was keeping his eyes closed now. He didn't understand it, but he wanted that target.

Lily put her hands back on his shoulders. She wasn't exactly sure what he was trying to do, but she wanted to be close to him.

"Lily give me a pleasent memory." He was going to give Kir one more to help him calm down.

Kir's hands landed on Lily's shoulders as well. He pulled himself closer to Lily and hugged her, resting his head on her shoulder.

That was easy. She thought to the time she had put on one of her old dresses and they had danced together in her room. It was a nice, calming memory. "There," she said. Then she moved her hands to Kir's back and rubbed it soothingly.

Mana grabbed Kir's arm again only more gently this time. He began to give Kir the memory to calm him. "Kir you are in a different town. That man that attacked us is from the Academy. He wants you to go back so they can hurt you.

Kir shivered in Lily's arms, but he found a kind of comfort there. And although she was cold, he still got a weird kind of warmth from her. He hugged her a little more and tried to calm down.

Lily just continued to rub his back. She murmured some comforting words it his ear. "Shh.. It's okay. You're safe. I'm here. It's okay," she whispered, over and over again.

Kir was very much like a child, or even a newborn. Everything was new to him, and anything could be a threat. He clung to Lily like a frightened infant. Eventually his shivering stopped, but he still held fast to Lily.

Lily began to rock them back and forth a little, trying to comfort him. She continued to murmur to him. It wasn't that long ago that they did this, only the positions were reversed.

Kir soon sighed contentedly. He wasn't going to open his eyes, but he was calm in her arms. This really is a unique target.

Lily fell silent when he sighed, but she continued to rock with him. She would hold him until he was ready to let go.

Mana sat down letting Kir and Lily have their moment. "Lily what were they talking about when they mentioned blood crystallis?"

Lily looked at Mana. "When they say blood crystallis, they mean a crystallized part of Kir's soul. If they had it, they could use it to control him. But, recently, he's stopped listening to it. I don't know why," she replied.

Mana blinked. "That's sick. He stopped listening because he thinks Rick is his master." He looked at Kir. "Do you have the crystallis?"
