The soldier happened to be Falman. He looked at K'van as the boy sat down.
Roy's skin crawled at the boy's statement. He turned his head.
Falman leaned over to whisper in K'van's ear, "That's Mustang's niece, Elysia Evans. She's a State Alchemist. If you're entered, she'll be one of the ones judging you."
"What was that, Falman?" Mustang demanded.
Elysia giggled.
"Calm down, Uncle Roy," she said. "I think he's cute." She winked at K'van.

he winked back and pulled a hip flask out of my pocket, taking a swig. he shook his head and said "wooo! thats good stuff." he put it away

Elysia giggled at sat on the long conference table in the middle of the room. She looked at her uncle, who was fuming at the boy.
“Uncle Roy!” she said, sounding annoyed. “He’s fine. Cut him some slack; at least he has spirit, unlike some of those stuffed shirts out there.” She fanned herself and removed her jacket, revealing her no-sleeve turtleneck, dark red shirt. She sighed. “So, when does this start?”
“In about an hour,” Roy said. “Mr. Flirts-a-lot came early.”

Elysia tilted her head at K'van. She shrugged and looked at Riza, "Hi, Hawkeye," she said. Riza returned the greeting with a smile. "Is Uncle Roy giving you a hard time again?"
Riza chuckled. "You're one to talk, Mythical," she said, just like how she'd address Ed as "Fullmetal". She stood up. "Good luck."
Elysia shrugged.

K'van walked up to lieutenent hawkeye and took her hand. he gave it a light kiss and said "it is nice to meet such a beautiful lady", though my eyes never left Ely.

Roy was about to rip this kid's throat out.
Elysia rushed up and put her hands on Roy's shoulders. "Uncle Roy, why don't you go help...uh...Falman with some...military stuff..." she glanced at Falman pleadingly.
Falman nodded. "Y-yeah. C'mon boss..." He and Roy left. Elysia slammed the door shut after them.
Riza smiled at the boy and slowly took her hand away. "You're polite. I'm going to make sure Roy and Falman don't get into too much trouble." The lieutenant left.
Elysia sighed.
"Typical," she muttered.

"ow a paper cut!" yelled ely as she handled some paperwork. kvan's nostrils flared and his eyes gleamed. he slapped his hand over his face and controlled himself. when he was done with his little fit, everyone was staring at him.

Mina looked up at Sarianne and grinned at her. "Sure am!" she said, standing up and putting a hand on her hip. "I rushed down here, so I'm happy I'm not late." She looked around. She had been here a few times with her family, but everything was still fairly new to her. "So, what's my assignment? Tell me!" she asked eagerly.
