what programs are people using to make these sigs it looks like it could take a long time to make one

oh and... here i made this one ^^ but i can't finish it i don't have the tek oh and can you make it smaller and change the "come to" to "come see" ?  i hope you like it!

Sorry for it. I normally make them or have a friend of mine who makes awesome banners do it but I have been so swamped with work now. And that one picture I was s'pose to look at isn't there anymore =/
