It wasn't my fault. someone rearedned me when i was trying to merge onto the freeway. xp well i was already merged, but trafic was slow and not going anywhere and i had to stop and someone else comming off the off ramp was going too fast and hit me form behind and made me go into the car infront of me sweatdrop my back and front ends where banged up. my back tire was flat and the tailpipe was draging. tho my front end was banged up the guy i hit had no damage at all...his was a BMW...not even a dent. Go BMW. stare tho the chick that hit me got her front end banged up pretty good too. we were all ok. that's the upside i guess...It could have been alot worse tho now i have no car for a while...we'll have to see what the insurance does... sweatdrop

Tsuki Chan Sempai Gah! i was in my first ever car accident crying I'm Pefectly fine. Just way shaken when it happend. Go BMW. stare tho the chick that hit me got her front end banged up pretty good too. we were all ok. that's the upside i guess...It could have been alot worse tho now i have no car for a while...we'll have to see what the insurance does... sweatdrop Oh, man, that really sucks, I'm happy you're okay. I hate how one car will get messed up, but the other is fine. My friend was driving in the snow and someone pulled out right in front of her and stopped, so my friend hit her. The car she rear-ended was perfectly (she tried to get money from my friends insurance for a dent on the front bumper, they told her to get bent) but my friends car was basically totalled. I had a pseudo accident this week. I was backing out of my driveway, I saw someone coming from down the cul-de-sac so I stopped, but for some reason she swerved (I wasn't in her way at all, I think she thought I wasnt stopped). It was super slippery and she lost control and hit the parked car across the street from my driveway. But she just barely hit it, she knocked off one of the hubcaps, but otherwise the parked car didn't have any dents or anything. So I asked if she was okay, and she said "I need to replace this hubcap, and I broke my side mirror, so you need to pay for that." I didn't know what to do, so I fumbled around a little, and she asked if I was late for school, I said yes, so she was like "well, I get back at 5pm so we'll figure this out then." I said I'd give her my phone number, but while I was looking for a piece of paper, she just, and she didn't even leave a note on the car she hit. I ended up telling the owner of the parked car what happened. So then it's like 6:30pm, and that woman had the odacity to come over and ask for my insurance info. She's like "yeah, my mirrors broken, and my cars a little wobbly so I might need an alignment." She also was like "Oh, you were skidding out of your driveway (WTF?) and the snow wasn;t knocked off your windows." I brought out my big guns, a.k.a. my mom, and my mom was like "You lost control of your vehicle because you were driving too fast and swerved unnecessarily, and now you want us to pay for an aligment?" Eventually, the lady said to me, "I'm sorry I let you go to school, I should have called the police right then." Ha, whatever, they'd really be happy if they got called out for a broken hubcap and side mirror.

Wow sorry if I seem late, but I was reading about the whole car wreck thing (wow I can't believe I missed that). Freak it wasn't your fault and you should NEVER say it's your fault- when techincally it is . . . because then you'll end up paying for everything. Anyways it was that lady's fault. Really in cause and effect she saw it as your fault. I mean because SHE thought you were backing up she swerved. Though you had braked and wasn't out in the road (wereyou?). Anyways it's all her fault you don't have to take the blame.
I've gotten in a car wreck. I hit a parked car two houses down from mine. I was only coasting and didn't even has the gas on. On a scale of 1-10 of wrecks it was a 1. sweatdrop And I experienced road rage the other day. Long complicated story and the road rage was on me I wasn't the one doing the road rage.

Yeah, fortunally there just wasn't enough damage for her to try to pursue anything. It was weird, the woman didn't seem shaken after she hit the car, it's like the wheels were turning in her head, "How much can I hit this girl up for?" Her car was old so she probably doesn't have collision insurance, and even if she does, I doubt the damage would have gone over the deductable. Whose ever heard of that? It's not like if you swerve to avoid hitting an animal or a kid you can then make them pay, I mean, come on.
I was in a much more serious accident when I was 17, an old woman ran a red light and t-boned me at 30 miles an hour. It could have been a lot worse, but it still sucked, my grades went way down cause I would get bad headaches and not be able to focus, and my arms would go numb holding my flute so I couldn't play much. But, like I said, there were a thousand ways it could have been worse but wasn't so I'm grateful for that.

I wanted to . . . to a certain someone . . . but I'm too shy to so I didn't. redface Yeah, I'm over getting sad when I'm single on V-Day (which so far, has been every v-day biggrin ) I decided to be totally geeky and give my Japanese classmates those little kid valentines (hello kitty, if you wanted to know) and a piece of chocolate. It was funny cause I was being such a little kid "okay, gotta give the guy I like a special one." 3nodding I'm hording my Gaia Chocolates, as you can see. You have a little Gaia crush? that's so adorable.
