☯☯ Kanakami glanced back to the armored man, hearing him sigh and nod to her, before he walked in the direction she indicated via pointing finger. At the moment, she idly noticed that Kaya had not said anything ever since being switched out during the past battle to let Kana fight. Maybe she felt bad about leaving Axel alone with the ghost, she had not even made any effort to switch back to her body, perhaps she was fine with having Kana deal with the current situation, maybe she was still slightly scared of the armored guy. Speaking of him, Kana wondered why he wore that helmet all the time, was that actually the guy's face? Or was he just shy about showing his real face? Well, she wouldn't concern herself on the matter, she probably wouldn't be around him any longer after this to find out anyhow. Sighing, Kana watched him, when he got about ten or so feet from her, when he suddenly stopped. Narrowing her eyes, she tilted her head, wondering why he suddenly just paused, seeing him plunge that strange, glowing sword of his into the floor, seeming to use it to keep himself from collapsing. Maybe he was in pain? Or just fatigue? He had said he had gone through a lot during the day, maybe all of that was starting to take its toll on him. She heard him grunting, saying that he had hoped the healing that some boy had done would have lasted a bit longer, reaching his hand down to his abdomen. He then attempted to stand straight again, but seemed to be having trouble doing so. Another sigh escaped from Kana, and she straightened herself, walking over to him and placing a hand on his shoulder. " Need a hand there?" she inquired, her blunt tone never changing, but there was an underlying sound of concern to it. Kana was showing a slight degree of kindness, since she didn't find this guy to be so bad, it was quite rare that she ever did so for total strangers, but she kept her hard attitude up, Kaya was a lot more friendlier than she was. But then again, it was Kana's job to keep Kaya out of harm's way, therefore, the more rough and tough alter ego had to be so, so that nobody would be able to try to exploit weaknesses found in Kaya.☯☯

The Eldar warlock felt a bit helpless in the moment. And, in a strange way, he was glad to not be home in this condition. Talnar was known to be such a great warrior that he would feel humiliated if the others knew how he had gotten hurt. But either way, back to the present moment, Talnar had a small twitch when Kana put her hand on his shoulder. In his mind he was thankful and spiteful, like any arrogant eldar. But he knew logic was always key and arrogance was what cost his race their current situation, so instead of saying something harsh he gave another metallic sigh and turned his head towards the girl." I fear, that i do. Thank you." He responded to her in kind. He fond humans strange, but now he found them a very interesting topic ever since he got to mitomi. He knew that human psykers ( psychics, in his universe those that use or psychic abilities as himself are known as psykers.) exited through out and such. But it was strange here, each and every single being he came across had something special to them. Kana/Kaya, he noticed two shared one body, and it wasn't some kind of demonic possession he had seen before but more of a mutual housing for two. Anyway, he shook his thoughts away, putting his attention to the current moment.
A thought came to him, while it seemed like a ridiculous idea to him, honestly he needed any help he could get at the moment, and especially now in his condition. " Child..." He started, but then paused to make sure he was sure on what he was going to request next. " You mentioned there being three types of housing, two are for separate genders, and one is for a mix. I am....as much as I hate to admit...lost and not in the best shape. And I would like...to request..." He stopped for a moment feeling that he was going to regret asking this but...." If you could get a mixed just so I can have some sort of assistance. I only request this as a temporary arrangement so you may go, it's just...I truly do need help." He said with a more softer tone of voice, as if he sounded hurt just asking the girl for sucha thing. Oh, how the mighty have fallen Talnar. Spiritseer of Ulthwe, asking for help. But I guess I truly have no choice if I want to see through this new dimension anyway. He thought to himself.

☯☯ Kanakami felt the armored guy twitch a bit when she had put her hand on his shoulder, before he sighed and looked to her, saying that he feared his did require help, and thanking her. She nodded a moment, the slightest hint of a smile on her lips, before it disappeared, her hardened expression returning once more. Even if she was being slightly kind and helpful towards the guy she had been trying to pummel minutes ago, she was just helping him to a dorm to rest, it wasn't like she was taking him out to dinner with her or anything to THAT certain degree. At the same time, she was wondering who he was, if he had a name he went by. She figured she would just call him 'Ironman,' but decided that it probably wasn't the best of ideas at the moment. Kana's thoughts snapped back to reality as the armored guy addressed her, once again using the title of 'child.' She bristled a bit, she did not like being called 'child,' didn't matter how much older this guy was than her, it was just that Kana, due to her hot-headedness, refused to be addressed as a kid, but calmed herself down as she listened to the rest of what he had to say. He paused a bit, as if thinking of what he was going to say next, before he spoke, saying that she had mentioned there being three types of 'housing,' which were technically the dorm buildings. Her ears listened intently as he went on, talking about the two dorms for separate genders, Ghoda and Tattu, and one dorm for mix, Yutani, and that, as much as he hated to admit it, he was lost and not in the best condition, and he wanted to request something, stopping again as he spoke that last sentence. Kana's eyes narrowed slightly, and her head tilted inquisitively, wondering what he was trying to ask of her. He then gathered his bearings again, as asked that she get a mixed dorm, a Yutani dorm, just so that he could have some form of assistance, explaining that if was only a temporary arrangement so that she could enter the dorms as well, since girls weren't allowed in Ghoda dorms, it was just that he truly did need help. She noted how soft his voice seemed, almost as if he was pained asking her for said request, though she wasn't sure if it was from the physical pain he was in, or from the pain of having to deal with her much longer. Kana didn't exactly like to entertain the idea of sharing a dorm with him either, but he did need help, not to mention it was not permanent. She mulled this over in her head, thinking about the request for a good, long while, before she sighed, " Alright then, Yutani dorm it is, but it's JUST temporary," she spoke, putting emphasis on the word 'just,' knowing that she would only share a dorm with him for a certain period of time, which, in this case, was probably until he was good enough to not need help any longer. She moved the hand she had on his shoulder, putting her arm around him so that she could hold him up, and so that he could use her for support if needed, " Let's get going to the dorm then," she remarked, starting to move forward, though kept her pacing level so that he could keep up with her. ☯☯

With a sigh of relief, Talnar felt a bit more relaxed now that he had some kind of help. OF course, he would of felt much better off being able to help himself and such, but things happen for a reason. For all he knew, maybe he was suppose to meet this girl with two different sides. But, ethier way, everything was set and good to go. Mitomi being the magical school it was at times, had a key appear in front of the two with a room number for yutani. 106, it said." that's....that's just strange." He said as he let go of his sword for a moment, the glow leaving it, and grabbing the key and putting it into a side pouch he had. With the key now put away, Talnar grabbed his sword and the glow returned to it. With Kana supporting him, Tal also used his sword to help him move. " Housing number 106. That's what was attached to the key." He told kana as they moved. His mind still trying to figure out what happened when he got shot. pushing away the thought though, he looked at Kana and decided he should tell her his name. " It's Talnar by the way." his metallic voice with that same weakened sound to it as compared to earlier when they were fighting.

☯☯ Kanakami looked to the armored guy as he gave a sigh of relief, and nodded a bit, it seemed like the fight they had been having back at the Courtyard and Pond was put behind them, for now, at least. As she started to walk forward, she almost leapt back in surprise when a key seemed to magically appear out of nowhere, right in front of them. ' Such a weird school this is,' she thought to herself, reading the key, which had a number, 106, on it. Her ears twitched a moment as the armored guy spoke, saying that was just strange. ' Well, no shiz, Sherlock,' she thought sarcastically, mentally rolling her eyes a moment, watching as he let go of the sword he had embedded into the floor momentarily. She noted how the odd glow around the sword disappeared when he released his hold on, and figured that there was some kind of force between him and it that caused powered it, and, when he removed his hand from the sword, the connection was severed, and said glow would fade away completely. Focusing back to the situation at hand, she watched him as he grabbed the key, storing it away in some sort of satchel he had, before he grabbed the sword, the glow returning once more, and started to move with Kana, using the sword in addition to her for support. She looked to him again as he spoke, saying housing number 106 was what was attached to the key. " That would be our dorm room then," she said, nodding slightly as she moved with him, the two going over towards the Yutani dorms complex. Her ears twitched a bit as he spoke again, introducing himself as Talnar, his metallic voice sounded weak. " Talnar," Kana repeated, committing the name to her memory, which, technically, was both her's and Kaya's, being in the same body together. " The name's Kanakami, if ya haven't figured it out already," she said in return, " And ya probably remember my other from before, she's Kayakami." Speaking of her, Kaya was still silent, and was probably going to remain that way for the rest of the night. Well, she could come back out when she wanted to, for now, Kana would be free to roam about the school, since she had been mostly asleep when they had first arrived here. Sighing a bit, Kana kept walking along with Talnar as they made their way towards Dorm 106 in the Yutani complex. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: Okies~ :3 ))

Mariya Vorobiev The Fielder Well no one's around right? I don't need to worry about public indecency...It was early, REALLY early, but Mariya couldn't sleep, or more correctly, she hadn't tried yet... Mariya was quite happy to stay up and watch crap on TV, she'd slept during the day anyway so... Television it was. She stretched out on the sofa that was now claimed hers and flicked the channel over to some documentary about space, it was more interesting that teleshopping channels at least and they seemed to take up just about every second number! Yawning slightly, Mariya poured herself a fresh glass of cider... totally against school rules, but who cared at this time in the morning, it's not like she was interrupting anyone. " I vonder if spell can copy zhat... Interesting... Voahh! Hope zhat does not stain." she rambled in her thick accent, spilling a good splash of her drink over her top, well her chest and the couch, Mariya wasn't wearing enough of a top for her to warrant worrying about stains. Carefully Mariya put down her glass that she'd overfilled and scouted for a towel to clean up, eventually finding one inside the little restauranty area just outside the lounge. " Ahaha! Zhat shall do nicely." she exclaimed whilst pinching it from behind the counter of the pizza place, they wouldn't notice, hopefully... Wandering back to the spillage Mariya started by taking her bikini top off and wiping herself down before the cider dried in and got all sticky... No one likes to have a sticky chest

XEnough vith zhe beer, food is now zhe plan! With the spill cleaned up and dealt with, and her top drying on a nearby radiator, Mariya felt a bit hungry. She hadn't notice the time move on, and it was starting to get lighter outside. Maybe it was time for some food, or maybe sleep... Either way Mariya needed to move before any other students made an appearance. " God zhe mess... Better clean up." She said quietly standing up and staring at the various cans and food packages strewn around herself. Sure she'd made worse messes, but usually Mariya was a bit cleaner in public spaces. she walked carefully over to the radiator where her top had been drying, being a bikini top, all it took was for Mariya to give it a quick rinse in one of the sinks of the restaurant areas and it was good to go, if not damp... She'd left it to dry a few hours ago so it should be dry. Prancing between cans and avoiding a half eaten sandwich Mariya got her top back on and proceeded to clean up the mess... ~Ten minutes later~ With a bin bag full of rubbish in her hand, Mariya felt like she'd done enough. But did she leave the bag here for cleaners? Or did she dispose of it herself? she wasn't sure... Opting for leaving the bag next to a bin for a cleaner to collect, Mariya made her way to some breakfast. ((Exiiit to... courtyard))

† † Jexazra huffed as he padded over towards the dorms building, having been wandering aimlessly after having left the dining hall. The earlier conversation with Snow was still fresh in his mind, that had been the first time he'd ever talked to any girl without getting a punch to the face or some random heavy object thrown at him. Absently, he lifted up the paw she had touched, gazing at it as he kept walking towards a desired resting place, hopefully. ' Ohhhhhh, I'm so proud of you, Jexxy-kun~' chirped Chastity in his mind, seeming pleased with his accomplishment of talking to a girl while keeping his naughty instincts suppressed, ' That was quite admirable, I was sure you would break at any moment, but you held together~!' " Eh, don't get too used to it," he said in a rather rough tone in his mind, " That was only ONE confrontation, can't imagine I'll live to do a million more of those..." he had begun to wonder when she would start talking again, having not heard a word from her up until now. Really, he didn't see why she sensed such accomplishment in just one little conversation, it wasn't like he was breaking out of his old habits right now. But right now, he just wanted to relax and let off some steam, after all the crazy events of last night, meeting Tal, fighting Wrath, meeting and talking to Snow... yeah, s**t had been crazy... " Besides, if I hadn't controlled myself, I probably would've been asking myself what color underwear she wore," he said with a snicker, earning himself a stinging lash of mental pain from Chastity. ' Ahhhhh, you never change, do you, Jexxy-kun?' she sighed, shaking her non-existent head, ' You're just that much of a basket case then, I guess.' Jex's face scrunched up at the pain, but then it was quickly replaced with a smirk and a chuckle, " Now there's the Chastity I know in love~" he said in a mock happy tone, " Not easy to break a dog of his old habits, eh?" Yet another lash of mental pain, slightly stronger than the last one. ' You know, you frustrate me greatly, Jexxy-kun,' she chided harshly, ' It's a wonder how I continue to put up with you and your 'habits', really, I should've left this body ages ago, I guess it's just my deepest desires to steer you in the right direction that I stick around.' The wolfman chuckled, a sly grin crossing his face, " That, or maybe it's just cause you love me so much~" he replied, his grin widening, another lash of mental pain, this one stronger than the last two, and almost sent him stumbling. " Heh, that all you got?" he asked, right now, he felt like messing around with Chastity, just for the hell of it all. Distracted by talking with her, Jex didn't see the oncoming wall until he walked right into it. " Ow... What the hell..." he growled, rubbing his nose from where it had been bumped. ' Divine retribution~' Chastity said satisfyingly, much like how a bratty sister would remark to her brother that she had gotten the last laugh, giggling to herself as she spoke. Jex growled lowly in his throat at her remark, " Huuurf, 'divine retribution' my a**..." he huffed as he shoved his way past the door, glancing around at the area that lay before him. It seemed a bit empty, everyone must be over at the dining hall or something for breakfast and whatnot. Not caring in the least sense, Jex quickly padded over to the couch and flopped over onto it, his nose was still throbbing painfully from where it had been bumped. Pushing the pain towards the back of his mind, he reclined into the couch, at least Chastity had gone quiet again for the time being... † †

#####Ieuan was feeling a strong desire to bolt. The little he'd seen of the school so far was strange and unnerving, and he felt wildly out of place there. After a half an hour of confusion at the registration office he almost had fled; only Diligence's insistence kept him in place. Go and put your things away, Ieuan, she had told him, her deep earthy voice kindly but authoritative. And - oh, just this once, I'll let you take a nap, too. You're tired. Don't make it a habit. He had gotten turned around several times in finding the dormitories, but now stepped warily into the dorm lounge, blond head buried deep into the folds of his hoodie. (He found modern clothing alarming and puzzling by turns, but he was getting rather fond of hooded sweatshirts. In his mind he rolled the sounds of the word he had been taught for them - huuuh dee. They weren't much like the cowls he was more accustomed to, but they offered some of the same advantages . . . and the pockets were, admittedly, awfully nice.)
It seems quiet, he thought at Diligence, who listened with polite interest. Think you that there are rules for how - His thought petered out as he spied Jexazra on the couch. A wolf? Here? Except it's . . . not a wolf? Unless the wolves here are very different . . . What. "Uh." Holding his small bag limply over one shoulder, the Welsh boy stared unabashedly at Jexazra for a moment, before awkwardly shaking himself out of it and starting to try to resume his path. No, no - you should stop and say hello! Diligence suggested, sounding like a proud mother coaxing her shy kindergartener on the first day of school. You should start trying to make friends here. "But sleeping?" Ieuan said, not fully realizing he was doing so out loud. He spoke English haltingly, with a strong lilting accent. "Would be, um . . . rude?" There was a pause as it slowly dawned on him: "I did say that loud - um, said that out loud?" Yes, dear, you did, Diligence replied.

† † Jexazra hadn't actually been 'sleeping' in the least sense, more like napping lightly. With Chastity having gone quiet for now, he could focus more on relaxing, though the throbbing pain on his nose still heckled him from time to time, but had gradually faded, so now it was a dull, fairly painless pulsing. The couch was oddly... comfortable, he remembered back when he used to sleep on a bed of animal furs, which was just about as soft and nice as this couch here. Even in his short time after having arrived here, Jex felt that he could look forward to really getting settled in, of course, the concept of dorms confused him a little. It was then that Chastity spoke again, " Don't look now, but, I think someone's looking at us, and by us, I mean you,'" " Huh?" Jex sort of mumbled, his eyes fluttering open a little, still feeling slightly drowsy and not exactly registering everything around him. His ears stood to attention and he gave a slight start as he heard the voice of someone else present in the lounge, considering it had been rather deathly quiet here, and he had not heard or seen the other person come in until now. The voice was that of a male, with some sort of strange sounding accent to it, was it English? Well, still being half dazed, Jex couldn't really tell too much. Sitting up from his previously laying position, he glanced over at the hooded stranger standing a bit of a ways away from him, who seemed... lost? Confused? He couldn't quite find a fitting word at the moment. " Go on and say hi to him, Jexxy-kun~! It's high time you start to make at least a friend or two around here, or else you could grow up to be an isolated, crotchety old man, er, WOLFman, for that matter," she said encouragingly to him, apparently having interacted with two other people today wasn't satisfactory enough for her. ' First it's girls, now it's guys?' Jex thought sarcastically to her, mentally rolling his eyes, ' I'm actually starting to question your intentions now, are you trying to break me out of my habit, or turn me into a homosexual? Really, I just don't know any more.' Another lash of pain from Chastity at his smart-assed remark as his reward. " Just try to be nice, he might make for an interesting friend~" she chirped, though she was also encouraging him to interact with the other male because she was getting some rather... familiar vibes from his mind. Knowing that Chastity would harass him to the ends of the Earth if he didn't at least say a simple 'hello,' Jex went along with her coaxing, and adjusted the leather jerkin he was wearing before standing up and cautiously making his way to to the other male. The wolfman easily stood taller than the boy, who was human, with what Jex could tell by his scent, though he smelled a bit different, he had that sort of... medieval air about him, despite the hoodie he was wearing. His eyes looked the male up and down a moment, before he spoke, " Uhhhhh, hi," he said, a bit unsure of how to exactly approach the other male, conversation-wise, but a hello was a good start. " Can I, uh, help you?" Jex then asked, a quizzical look in his eye as he tilted his head curiously to the stranger, the wolfman having mellowed out a bit after some good eats and a nap, for the moment, his usually short temper was passive. Chastity was watching all that was going on from her vessel's mind, her thoughts mainly concerned about the familiar presence she was feeling from this other boy, similar to what she had felt when they'd previously met Snow and Kindness in the dining hall. † †

#####Along with his vaguely 'medieval' scent (a result of diet, perhaps, since Diligence wouldn't allow him to get away with 11th century hygiene routines - even though Ieuan couldn't see the point in bathing when you weren't even dirty) a sharp canine nose might have detected a hint of something faintly but unmistakably magic lingering. Sharp, metallic - Fae magic smelt a bit like rubbing a lemon over a piece of copper.
Ieuan's own thoughts were not on his smell but on how easily Jex towered over him. It was - predictably - making him want to step back. It didn't help that he had been raised to view wolves as more or less unequivocally evil: a tall manlike thing with a wolf's face? There was no way that could be good. Feeling Diligence's gentle prod, for she was rarely willing to allow desertion of duty during his skittish moments (Ieuan was certain it would eventually get him eaten), he settled merely on frowning, not in anger but in intense concentration.
"No, I - no please, don't need help?" Ieuan said carefully, speaking slowly as he tried to make the unfamiliar sentences form coherent sense. "I am just saying hello. I was told I should - yes." Hurriedly he added, "So hello, I am Ieuan, new here, sorry if I was waking you." He started to take a step backwards. The Welsh boy's straightforward brain saw no reason to continue what was certain to be a really awkward and uncomfortable conversation. Oh no you don't, Diligence told him, suddenly. Like Chastity, she was picking up on a familiar sensation. Ieuan reluctantly paused midway through lifting his foot, but thought sourly at her It is a GIANT WOLF MAN CREATURE, what is possibly so important I cannot leave? That's what I'm trying to decide, the Virtue replied firmly. I think he has one of my, mm, I suppose you would understand it as kinsfolk. In his head. Go on and ask him, dear. You wish me to what, Ieuan thought flatly. Is this how you keep me from being eaten? By making me look to be diseased meat? Diligence rumbled warningly at him, a sort of mental foot-tap. The teenager huffed a sigh and reluctantly looked back up at Jex, fingers scratching idly at his birds' nest of a hairdo.
He decided on the straightforward approach. "This will be sounding mad but have you a, um. Spirit. In your head?"

† † Jexazra's eyes kept on the boy, telling just from the slight body language and the look in his eyes, the guy definitely was feeling uncomfortable. His nose twitched slightly, and he could pick up something else among that rather 'medieval' smell, something like... metal? Surely it couldn't be a sword or weapon of the sort, Jex probably wouldn't have been able to smell it in the first place, but then what WAS it? He was quick to notice the frown on the boy's face, and his ears flicked about as the accented speech of the lad sounded in his ears, noting how he said each word slowly and carefully. The wolfman raised an eyebrow at the boy saying that he was 'told to say hello,' by who in particular? Jex hadn't seen anyone else up until now after he'd quit the dining hall, and this boy looked as if he'd just arrived here himself. Introducing himself as Ieuan, and stating that he was new here, as well as apologizing for waking him up, the boy made as if to leave, but seemed to be stopped by an unseeable force. " Ieuan," Jex repeated, tapping his furry chin thoughtfully with a clawed finger, trying to get the sound of the name out correctly. It was definitely a rather odd sounding name, perhaps even more odd than Tal's, but the wolfman snapped back to reality as Ieuan gave a huffy sigh, and asked if he had a 'spirit' in his head. " Huh?" Jex asked, his eyes averting as a fake innocent smile spread across his face, " I don't have any idea of what you're talking abo-" he was promptly cut off in midsentence by Chastity, who made a very painful feeling, similar to a severe migraine, spread through the wolfman's head, causing him to attempt to subtly put a hand to his temple. " Jexxy-kun...." she said firmly to him, being even more severe than she usually was, " Tell the truth, you're just making things worse for yourself by lying." Jexazra could only give a deep sigh in defeat, Chastity, giving a mental nod of approval, let the migraine pain die away so he could focus back on the conversation at hand. He returned his eyes back to look at Ieuan's face once more, and he spoke again, " Sorry about that, what I meant to say was...yes, I do have a 'spirit' in my head. Her name is..." he paused a moment, then finally finished it, seeing as the Virtue was giving him the mental 'evil eye' look, " Chastity." Chastity nodded again, though she was focused on figuring out the familiar vibes from the spirit inhabiting Ieuan, it definitely wasn't a Sin, she had yet to come upon her rival, Lust, mind, which could only mean it was another Virtue. Jex then raised his eyebrows a second time at the boy, " Wait, how do you know about this 'spirit' in my head? Unless..." he thought on it a moment, the only way this boy could've asked that question out of the blue might be that... could he possibly be inhabiting a spirit himself? Telling from how Chastity wasn't going into absolute freak-out mode, it was most likely another Virtue, which probably was good, Jex had had enough of bumping into Sin hosts for the day. " Unless, you wouldn't happen to have a 'spirit' in your head too, hm?" he finished, the quizzical look coming back to his eyes, before a thought came over him momentarily. " I'm Jexazra, by the way," he added, having remembered Ieuan had introduced himself, but Jex hadn't gotten the chance yet until now. After introducing himself back, the wolfman's paw hand lifted up towards the boy for a handshake, at a gentle, but firm, prompting, courtesy of Chastity. † †

#####Chastity! Diligence said, sounding pleased. I haven't spoken to her in ages. Be good and tell her hello for me, Ieuan?Ieuan had watched Jex's attempt to lie and the subsequent reluctant explanation with completely blatant distrust, a small frown starting to furrow his brow. At his resident Virtue's patient but unyielding prompting, he warily nodded his head. Ieuan burrowed his fingers further into his hair as he spoke. "Yes. Uh. I have Diligence?" A further mental prod coaxed him into adding, "She say - says - hello to Chastity."
His mind turned the situation over in puzzlement. A wolfman who was . . . chaste? It was somehow not really what Ieuan would have expected. Although really very welcome, his brain tangented, because chaste wolves meant no wolf cubs, which meant fewer wolves in general, which meant fewer dead sheep. And - Ieuan, you aren't paying attention. That's very rude, Diligence scolded. Ieuan gave a guilty shuffle from foot to foot, reluctantly returning his attention to Jex. "Um. Is Chastity a . . . guide? To you? As Diligence is to me?" He had never met anyone else who was playing host to a Virtue (or a Sin, for that matter), though Diligence had occasionally mentioned the possibility that he might, and even told him a tale or two about her past charges. But his own relationship with Diligence was affectionate and voluntary; he saw no reason to assume it was any different for anyone else.
Jex's offer of a handshake made Ieuan's frown deepen as he stared at it, looking a little like the other had offered him a half-rotten dead fish. He'd been introduced to this newfangled custom, but the idea of actually touching a wolf(man) was more than he could bring himself to do. Ieuan settled for a quick jerking bow and a mumbled "It's nice to, um. Met - meet - you."

† † Jexazra watched the boy, Ieuan, a mix of wariness and curiosity in his eyes, seeing the boy nod in response to his explanation about Chastity. His ears swiveled to listen more clearly when Ieuan said that his 'spiritual inhabitant' was Diligence, confirming his thoughts on the other spirit being a Virtue, well, it was a Virtue, right? A pause in between for a moment, before the boy added that Diligence said hello to Chastity, eliciting a mental squeal of delight from Jex's own spiritual other. " Oh my oh my~! It's been far too long since I last spoke with Diligence~ This is a very nice turn of events, hm, Jexxy-kun?" asked Chastity, sounding absolutely jovial as she reveled in the news of coming across an old friend from across the eons. " Well? Tell her I said hello back~ Wouldn't want to be rude now, would we? And I must say, she seems to have chosen quite an interesting host~" she added, giving another prompting to her vessel as she spoke. ' Well at least ONE of us is happy...' Jex thought sarcastically at her, returning his attention as Ieuan inquired if Chastity was a guide to the wolfman himself, as Diligence was to the boy, having been a bit distracted with Chastity, and hadn't really noticed the boy had spaced out a bit earlier. A slight frown spread across Jex's face as he thought on the question for a moment, then gave a small nod, " I guess, when you put it that way, she sort of is like a guide to me." In truth, Jex thought of Chastity as he would a nagging lady telling him what to do when he didn't wish to do it, but at the same time, he thought of her as his mother, sort of, though he wouldn't actually admit that. He had seen the look on Ieuan's face when he had offered for a handshake, the boy instead making a rather jerking bow and saying it was nice to meet him. Shrugging, Jex returned his hand to his side, not wanting to cause Ieuan any further discomfort, " It's, uh, nice to meet you too," he said in response, scratching the back if his head with a clawed paw-hand, feeling Chastity prompting him to include something else, " Oh, and Chastity says hello back to Diligence, she seems quite excited to, um.... 'see' her again," he added, giving a slight smile at that. Really, he didn't know how these spirits could 'meet' each other, since communication through their vessels seemed a bit...awkward, he was quite glad no one else was in the lounge at the moment, or else they would've seemed like they were crazed in their heads. Jex momentarily glanced about the lounge, which was about as empty as it had been before he had arrived, and Ieuan shortly after, before he returnedhis gaze to the boy, " Where you heading somewhere, Ieuan?" he asked, remembering that the boy seemed to have been heading to a certain location before the wolfman had started a conversation with him. He could see that the boy seemed rather uncomfortable around him, he couldn't blame the guy, really, who wouldn't be if you were standing face to face with a potentially dangerous wolfman? Not that he really took any offense to it, he was quite used to getting impressions like that, if there was anything potentially dangerous about Jex at all, it was his weapon and his short temper, but at the moment, said weapon was hanging at his belt, and said temper was calmed, for the time being. † †

#####Sensing an opportunity to make a break for it, Ieuan nodded hurriedly at Jex's question about whether he'd been on his way somewhere. "Yes, um. Bedroom? My things." He half lifted the arm his bag was looped over, making the duffel flop limply. "And sleep maybe," he added vaguely, not quite sure how to express in English that he was planning on unplugging every unnerving electrical device in his quarters, burrowing under the blankets, asking Diligence to please shut up for a bit, and spending a few hours in a blissful state of determined ignorance about the entire weird, confusing universe.
Unfortunately, a certain Virtue was not altogether on board with this plan. Diligence's thoughts were still on her sibling virtue, and she was far from willing to let her host walk away until she'd satisfied her curiosity. Ask her how she's doing, Diligence told Ieuan, in a tone of kindly but unchallengeable command. Is she having a good time managing her current host - no, that might not be tactful, try asking how they're getting along instead. And has she seen any of the others around?Ieuan reluctantly nodded assent, but before he forwarded Diligence's comments decided to take a few steps to make himself slightly less unsettled. His orange eyes settled thoughtfully on the nearby couch, eyeing it for strategic value before ruefully deciding that its only real value was as a place to sit. Still, that was as valid an excuse as any to stop being towered over by Jex. He meandered over, settling lightly on an armrest but not quite relaxing.
Speaking slowly and carefully, to try to reduce the number of grammatical errors, Ieuan asked: "Diligence wishing - wishes to know how, um, Chastity is doing? And if you . . . um, get along? And if any others be around."
What is Chastity? he thought at Diligence as he waited for Jex's response. It was a virtue, obviously, but the word had yet to come up in any of his English vocabulary lessons. Diweirdeb, Diligence translated into Welsh for him, before adding, A useful character trait. I'm sure her host will accomplish plenty with her to keep him focused.
