Andromeda Phoenix this one. There's quite a few others. I'm adoring the one when the user said something along the lines of "I hope you drown in your bills and choke on some pennies." Problem is, the people who are complaining are not only picking up the RIG to see what it's like, but they're also buying the items that come out of it. In the end it winds up looking like people aren't as mad about the deal as they say they are. I'm getting tired of the people who b***h saying that RIGs are keeping the site afloat. bullshit. If that were the case, Gaia would have crashed months ago.

Another user also said, that staff hasn't said they're in the red in months, just that it costs a lot of money. It's mainly the users saying Gaia's in the red. So, yeah, I'm pretty sure they're just using users to maximize their profit. And once again I'll say, "And people wonder where others get this Gaia is money hungry view from."

And I don't really believe that it's costing Gaia a single s**t-penny to give 40 gc to every user. It's freakin' virtual dollars. They don't really spend anything to give virtual dollars.

I've not heard them say it recently though.
It's more about them not making money they haven't earned yet. Sad that that was the first thought in many of the complete Gaia lovers heads. "Aren't you worried about how much money you're gonna lose? Who's making up for these costs?" Even the supporters hinted they think Gaia's money hungry. Nice job Gaia.

Sadness. I hate what this site is becoming. And there's no way to make my voice heard, because as much as I hate to admit it, the only thing Gaia hears anymore is money.

Did I mention I had more fun playing tetris on the wii by myself for 3 hours straight the other day (got a high score of 4+ mil), than I have sitting on Gaia all day every day for nearly a year (since about the beginning of 2k cool ? Mind you, I think tetris is a very boring game, and I was playing it 'cause I was bored. rofl The Gaia that was there when I joined in 2k7. Long gone. And I highly doubt it's coming back.

Yeah. Gaia's just one huge cash shop now. It's not really like they need to listen to us either. This is probably one of the fastest ways they're getting money, so they figure, why stop? I get the feeling the stuff that the users buy is more than enough revenue for 'pocket change' than anything else.

That just disgusted me. Bleach? Sailor Moon wig? Have these not been asked for for ages?? And this...is this like some pathetic appeasement for all those anime lovers who screamed bloody murder on the anime portions of the site that were DYING?
This is pathetic. I really wish I had it in me to quit because this is the height of hypocrisy. And does anyone even bother to remember their little "reason" about why they couldn't have those items before? Because it was close to violating copyright laws?? God, Gaia, you're asking to be sued. Idiots...

The thing that bothers me so much...is that I can't see an end to this. I have a terrible feeling that the backwings we've been requesting for god knows how long will be shoved into a RIG.
....oh god, the mere thought of the Insta-flood of the SF is making me quite uneasy.....

If they did that after spending so long saying "Backwings are coming as a quest" then I'd have to go to L.A. and go postal on their HQ. :/ If my not spending the money I earn on their crap isn't going to send a message to them maybe a person angry enough to pull a crazy-astronaut-woman on them will.

So it wouldn't surprise me in the least if this was going to be a common pattern. It allready is a common pattern, ever since these god forsaken RIGs came out in the first place. Take what Users want, make it, then make it FREAKING HARD OR EXPENSIVE TO ACTUALLY GET. Kick sands in Users eyes, laugh at their pathetic devotion to dead gods. Repeat. :/
