My saddest was when Lorelai and Chris where about to get back together before Suki's wedding, then his girlfriend got pregnant. Lorelai looked so hurt.

I was crying when Jess said he loved Rory...
And also at Movie Night, when Rory and Lorelai heard Babette and Miss Patty gossiping about Jess leaving ... it was so abrupt ... sad
And when Lorelai found out Sherry was pregnant.

The only episode that really made me almost cry was right after Rory broke up with Dean, it might have been the Second time, and Rory went to Dean's house and his sister answered the door. Then Rory told her that she was a Girl Scout, and ended up making her cry, then running just before Dean showed up.
