I'm pretty sure someone brought this up before... but shouldn't we figure out what blocks we're going to have (as in, the "theme" for each one) and who is going to be in them before we try and make the land grab?
edit: Okay, so I need to learn to read a bit more. This is what I've gathered thus far.
6 Barton 001115 - Speed Blitz Lane
8 Barton 001247 - Vertipals

The 'hood is already filled up... a good chunk are non-speedsters/random users though. I'll be joining you soon if d**k or Bruce don't get off their asses and reserve a Zip Code. Because technically Tad is Bat-Family (he's only ever appeared in Nightwing and Birds of Prey) but it doesn't really matter much to me.

Jesse was taking a stroll earlier, She saw that 4 Barton 01116 was empty if there needs to be an overflow for speedsters.
But yeah there is like 1 random user in Speed Lane or whatever we're calling it.
