BUMP. btw i find it hard work finding ppl who will change their name with iv as the last letters of the username. tried to recruit kaos iv but he changed his name before i could ask him. but i think it's fun doing hard work like this. Cuz I'm usually bored

Pit IV IV is a dead guild you say? and you still say you wanna get promoted? its that kind of thinking "recruiting to a dead guild is pointless" that's what keeps us from growing and restoring IV. not necessarily... we need a better way of recruiting. like i mentioned earlier we have tons of people who are inactive or who have never posted at all. those need to be cleaned up. we need to find a way to recruit people that makes sure they are going to be active, if not we are just gonna recruit more people who will be inactive. we may grow in number, but that doesnt mean we will be restoring ourself, just making a bigger mess.

hmm i wish i was promoted but i stayed very active and still never been promoted even been close friends to one of the co leaders who got hacked and is staying low but still i didnt get promoted even a bit

I am against this.
When people get promoted they get added to crew. I see crew as a moderators position. I think you should have a title not a moderators position.

Tigger IV I am against this. When people get promoted they get added to crew. I see crew as a moderators position. I think you should have a title not a moderators position. I'll have to agree on this. But what if the promoted user deserves a moderators position?
