ive tried a wired connection before, and for me wireless works better so i use wireless now.

The Full English I was wondering how many of the guild have their ps3 connected to the internet using a wired or wireless connection?Update. I've changed from a wireless connection to a wired one and I've notice a massive difference in download times from the PSN, far less lag when playing online and i sign in quicker, when i first turn the ps3 on. i never did at my old house and i had both. i cant do it in my new house the internet are in the back of the house and the ps3 is in the front of the house.

I wired up after my first few days trying to download things and having it be painfully slow and having serious lag in online play.

Wireless. My PS3 is two rooms away from where I can wire it in. Also when I tried using a wire in the living room, the connection didn't stay and people would've tripped over the wire.

Wireless. I don't really play online games anyway, so I only ever need it for Netflix and downloads.

Wireless, I've never used my PS3 wired since I got it, it works perfect for me so no problem.

Wireless. Although, I would prefer wired connection. Wireless does fluctuate in connection.
Recently, I heard there is an device that makes your wireless connection just as great as wired connection.

Wireless is more common nowadays, but anyways I rather play wirelessly.... i hated to untangle the ethernet everytime i went over to my friend's house
