For Momo-Con this year (or rather, next) in March, I plan to cosplay as Taiwan.
My friends are going as Seychelles and America. I can't wait! I get to wear a Qipao! Which, though being Chinese, I never once owned one...

Next year I will be going as Russia to Anime North 2010 and in the summer I'm planning on going as Gakuen Russia to Fan Expo 2010 ninja

I'm goin' to AX '10 this summer as HRE
it was either him or Chibitalia because I'm the only one in the group under five feet tall. oh well, i get to be baby Germany and wear a CAPE!
*cape obsession*
I think i may have time to scrounge up a Latvia cosplay as well.

I was ChibiRomano at CNAnime 2009, and I plan on going as either ChibiRomano or regular Romano to Anime North. c:

i didnt dress up though..
i hugged lots of Russias though 8D
oh, and i might be going to FanimeCon (maaaybe...))

My club from school is planning on going to a con in Las Vegas this year, but they said it was going to be in August and the only con in Vegas I can find is Blizzcon in July.

 I'll be going to A-Kon 21 come June 4-6~!
I'll be going as N. Italy, as well. I have a few other friends who will be Russia, Lithuania, Latvia and... Oh dear, I don't remember the other...
But we shall all be there~!

Well, I just went as Prussia to Anime Boston.
I'll be going to New York Anime Festival and AnimeNEXT, maybe ConnectiCon, maybe Otakon, and maybe Anime Boston again next year.
