User Image "If you look at it that way, then yes." Ciri nodded "But looking strictly at hue tables, it's different. Usually you can use different shades from one hue and they match very well. But if you mix red with pink... Not so much, don't you think?" Not that Ciri was that deep into the argument. He just really, really enjoyed talking about clothes and everything related. And this was related muchly.

"So you'll, like, take me sightseeing?! Totally cool!" The blonde jumped happily, and gave Kasnes a quick, warm hug. It was always more pleasurable walking around with someone, wasn't it? And Kasnes' company, he knew he'd enjoy.
"Oooooh." ciri clasp his fist on his open hand. "That. Male bits then. Why?"

When Ciri finally got out of the bathroom with Hina, the first thing he did was searching for his guest to show off his new, fabulous outfit. But when he did found him, the man was...already asleep.
Too bad then.
He quietly asked Hina for help, and the woman, though reluctantly, agreed. Soon, both of them were carefully (to not hurt his wounds) carrying the man (Hinagiku really wanted to just leave him be, or even better, throw him out the door, but Ciri kept insisting that in his state that's really not a good idea), and placed him on the boy's bed. Then only some blanket action, and he could sleep soundly.
And the two of them had a fun girl evening for themselves.

A few hours passed, full of movies, snacks and gossips, but Hina finally left. And Ciri was sleepy. Much.
Kasnes will have quite a surprise, when he'll wake up next to the boy, sleeping on the same bed as him, in that special nightgown from his cellphone's wallpaper.
Ciri was SO not going to sleep on the couch.

He listened to the talk of colors without much comment, nodding and shaking his head in agreement or for the most part disagreement. He could feel his brain dripping from his ears, oh god how he would survive this if he didn’t get Ciri interested in something else. “Ok ok, you win no more about clothing else my mind go to the dogs!” He sighed rubbing the bridge of his nose.

“Ok, but wait until I heal a bit more ok.” He grunted when he was hugged reminding him of his back and rib problems very painfully, wow he was in some pain now. Oh so he was male then, which was a bit strange he was overly pretty in a strange way. “No real reason, at least now I know.” If any of his snakes found him he would be left alone unless they brought him back to the meeting place after all even the lower fangs heard of what happened between him and Marik. He did wonder why the boy dressed like a girl though, that was a bit strange.

As he slept he did not make at all even as he was moved into a bed and the two others people had a day to themselves while he slept in a dreamless sleep but as night fell and Ciri joined him in the bed to sleep, he started dreaming of black inky place and he was stuck in tar; and something watched him and soon he saw his mom and dad and he woke with a start sitting up only to just about scream in pain as his back pealed from the sheets and his ribs moved. Sweating and breathing heavily he looked around to see where he was but the sound of soft breathing beside him had him calming down as he recalled Ciri though he wondered why he was sleeping next to him and in another way how he had gotten in the bed.

There was hardly any light but he saw with enough clarity that Ciri was wearing the strange nightgown. Blushing he got off the bed and glancing down at the sheets he saw a few patches of blood where he had lain, that was perfect not only had he ruined the boys shirt but now his sheets. Groaning and feeling sick he walked to where he hopped was the bathroom and when he found it he flicked on the lights closing the door with a soft click, there he caught his reflection and he saw pasty skin and eyes that should have belonged to a raccoon. His shoulders were a deep purple color mixed with colors he was just seeing for the first time, the bandages around his ribs and back was brown with blood and so was the one around his head he could bet his knees were as well.

“Well don’t you look great?” Even his voice sounded rough and unknown to his own ears, he would kill those people. He glared at his reflection with a poisonous look but he soon looked away and started slowly stripping of bandages wincing as the peeled from him tearing of scabs, he would need help to bandage it again but first he really wanted a shower. When he got the bandages of his back and ribs he slipped from his pants and took the ones from his knees off as well, that done he started the water leaving bandages where they had fallen and went into the water muttering curses as the water touched wound after wound. He wanted a heavy pain killer.

User Image "Yes, yes, I'll wait!" The boy nodded quickly, a wide grin on his face. He hugged him a bit tighter, just a tiny bit, so he won't damage the bruises and wounds too much, and then he just let go of him. Too bad the man keeps making those hurt noises, or he could've give him a proper hug. Ohwell, there's time for everything. And time for hugs just ended.

Ciri was sleeping a calm, steady sleep, curled on his half of the bed, knees touching his chest and arms hugging the pillow. He dreamt dreams of song and colors, and dark silhouettes passing in the background. She was there too, far away, far away, her tall back, steady and straight. Her long hair, falling down in courtains. The song, the song, loud beats changing into a quiet lullaby, she turns around, she turns around, and just when he'd see her face...
...he woke up.

He kept lying like that, eyes closed, without a move, hoping for just one more moment of dream...But it was already too late.
And his new friend disappeared in the bathroom.
The boy stood up, humming quietly the melody from his dream, one step and two, and a pirouette, louder and louder to a full-fledged song...
...the moon was staring at him...
He opened the window, taking a breath of fresh air, singing his worries to the moon. He put out his head and torso through the window, but then just laughed and hid himself back, only to sit on the windowsill a moment later, waving his feet in the rhythm of melody outside the window, his voice getting softer and softer...
...such a beautiful night... Maybe he should go somewhere?
PostPosted: Fri Mar 13, 2009 1:12 pm

Kasnes was finishing his shower when he heard the singing; he had been trying to clean his hair of the dried blood finding the back of his head was swollen and tender and the slightest touch made spots float in front of his eyes. The singing was getting lower and so he finished and simply grabbed a pink fluffy towel and walked back toward the bed room where there he saw Ciri sitting at an open window looking outside. The chill night air caused goose bumps to raise on his wet heated skin where the shower water had been hot the air was that much colder.

He looked at Ciri as flashes of memory returned, he knew he was lucky to have woken up since most people with bumps on their heads were kept awake because, well sometimes they went to bed and never woke up again. Ciri, he looked like a girl but was a boy, liked pink way too much and was friends with the cat she demon. Now he, or was it she; was singing though humming more like it, and staring outside as if at any minute he might jump outside. Checking his towel to make sure it wouldn’t fall off, he walked to him without a noise; and simply picked him up bridle style walking both of them to the bed.

He was bruised everywhere and hurt like hell but the boy weighed so little it was easy to pick him up, still not making a sound he set him on the bed before going back to close the window drawing curtains closed as well. “Sleep, outside later.” He mumbled as if he himself were still tired but judging from his heartbeat he was still half asleep or possibly just in enough pain for it to act like a drug of sorts. He stood there looking at Ciri his eyes hooded and his face blank but soft though the lack of emotion in both eyes and face, was a bit scary to most. Many did not like him when he became this, but for him this was his normal state almost like a doll with no real emotions until something pressing happened and he needed a reaction to it to keep people off his case.

User Image The boy yelped surprised when he was suddenly picked up. The half-dreaming state he was in softened his senses greatly... But not his reactions. His right arm moved instantly, with the palm straightened and firm, rushing straight at the man's face...and stopping milimeters from it. "...Prissyfingers?" He confirmed quietly. So his guest went out of the shower. With still clouded eyes, he smiled at him, and looked at the window. "...the moon is pretty, isn't it?" The blonde sighed "...I want to have it for myself..."

He kept observing the man as he was closing the window, and sighed... He can't watch the sky like that...
"...but I totally want to go for a walk..." He sat up, hummed a few tones, and looked at Kasnes in his fluffy pink glory, slowly waking up. "You totally took your bandages off. Should've taken me with you or something... Now I need to fix you up again."
The boy yawned and stretched his body, then finally stood up. "Come...let's bandage you again and stuff..."

Kasnes was shocked when the hand flew to his face, it was not too good of an idea to do that but since Ciri didn’t hurt him he remained calm and blank faced. “Not prissy.” He sulked a bit before he poked Ciri unhappily in return for the name calling. Kasnes looked at the moon glaring at it, he was fond of the moon himself the full moon always had him hyper as if he drank gallons of coffee and he simply wanted to run outside and scream, but the moon also scared him. He hated the new moon. “Ciri no one can have the moon.” No one ever should as well, it would be like taking away the sun and holding it only for yourself; everything but you would die slowly and painfully.

“Walks are for when the sun is out, and it isn’t dark with creeps… and other things about.” He listened to the humming his eyes flicking to look back to the closed window making sure no light came through. “I had to take them off; they were dirty and smelled of old blood.” He glanced to the sheets where he had laid, waving a hand in their directions to show the blood stains. He frowned and looked down at himself wondering why bandages would be needed again. “You should change, I already ruined a shirt.” He spoke solemnly before walking back to the bathroom and picking up the pants he had worn thankful for them being black and unable to stain.

The dirty bandages he slowly gathered huffing as he had to lean down to picked them up. Finishing his cleaning he looked around for the first aid kit and placed it on the toilet seat before taking a set on the tubs edge as he had before. He didn’t know if it would bleed again when poked or prodded, he was tired and grumpy, he wasted to hug a pillow and go back to sleep.

User Image "Very prissy." The blonde laughed, and hugged the man who was carrying him. "Like, totally. Much." The laughter slowly went quiet, transforming into a simple smile. "But why?" He looked again at the window, the smile suddenly having that weird, sad feeling into it. "It's smiling at me...and calling my name. It wants to be mine, doesn't it?" One of his arms let go of Kasnes, slowly reaching out the window, touching the image of the moon on the sky, gently moving his fingers, like he was caressing it...
"...it's so pretty..."

"...but I often walk around in the dark..." The boy smiled "The lights are shining, and everything looks so nice..." A sigh escaped his lips, when he nodded to the comment about bandages. "...I guess so... But it should stop getting so bloody soon, so, like, don't worry."
He quickly took off his nightgown, and went to the main room, and from there to the wardrobe, looking for a shirt that he won't miss much if it'll get ruined too.
As soon as he got that done, the boy followed his guest to the bathroom, and started browsing the first aid kit for all the things that were needed to patch Kasnes back up. And as soon as he had them ready, he began his work.

He sulked unhappily at the name, only huffing as he was hugged by the laughing boy who seemed to be drunk. “The moon belongs to the sky and stars not us.” He was trying to reason with him but it was a bit hard when really it was strange thing to need to explain. “Ciri the moon smiles at everyone, she is kind but cold often causing many to kill themselves simply because she is bored.” He noticed what Ciri was doing and moved away so he could not reach out for the moon. “So are cobras, but they bite and you die.” He glanced at Ciri and covered his mouth careful to balance him at the same time. “No more moon talk.”

“You are lucky then, no night walks!” He gave him a small stern glare not wanting to be argued with. “None more, speak of the sun and light things; but in the morning else I will make you stop.” There was a number of ways to make someone stop talking but one worked the best for both genders. “I hope it will; it hurts.” Pain was annoying, not very useful when you already knew it hurt. Now pain that hurt in a good way, which was always welcomed. He sighed as Ciri started working on his bandages, wondering if the boy would continue his moon talk here. The moon was nice but it was dark, he disliked the dark.

“Perhaps instead of speaking about the moon you could try thinking of sleep again.” As if on command he yawned enough for his eyes to water. He would see if he couldn’t drag Ciri back to bed so he wouldn’t need to worry; why he worried he didn’t know but he did.

User Image "Aw..." The boy sighed. "...maybe they'd give it to me? Like, what do you think?" The later comment made the boy smile warmly, and send the moon a longing glance. "...you think she's bored..?" the head tilted slightly, his thoughts clouded too much for him to see the difference between the real moon, and the person he was thinking about. "But she never really seemed bored... Even that bored face of hers, her eyes were showing it's not true... But she's sooooo pretty... You think I'll be like the moon one day..?"
The hand suddenly covering his mouth made the boy blink, and send the man a slighly sad look.
"...you don't like the moon..?"

"...But I, like, like my night walks!" The boy whined, and shook his head. "Many interesting people show up at night, it's so fun to talk with them!" with another sigh he was going to nod, but the last comment made him look at the man curiously. "You'll -make- me? Yeah, that's like totally not possible!" The blonde laughed, and sent Kasnes a wide grin.

He was working with the man't bandages, this time a lot faster since the wounds were already clean. "But I like the moon. And I'm, like, not sleepy. That much."

He had no idea what he was taking about with the moon, for all he knew he was speaking about something totally different. Still after he had covered his mouth he stopped with the talk only asking if he did not like the moon. Sometimes he hated it so much it hurt but other times he loved it, it was just different at times he remembered and other times he didn’t. “That’s all good and all, but dangerous. People like me are not nice, I am just calmer than most.” What was with Ciri and doing stupid things, was the boy never beat or even struck; maybe he was one of those scary lamb sort of people who accepted apologies for the answer to everything. “Oh I can, I know a very good way that works” He gave a lazy half hearted smirk but his attention kept bouncing from place to place as he looked at things that seemed interesting.

As he was being patched up he again heard the moon and sighing he turned to face Ciri staring at him for a minute. “Not one more word of it last warning. Its night, night means sleep for everyone but night animals, we are light ones we sleep at night.” All his words were lacking of proper structure, as if he was too lazy to make complete sentences or just forgot how. “I will help you fall asleep, being warm always makes someone tired. “He was tired now, just holding back yawns that threatened to happen every three minutes.

User Image "You do..?" The boy smiled, and grinned. "Like, what? Tearing out my tongue or something? That might work I guess, it might be pretty hard talking without a tongue or stuff..." Ciri pondered it for a moment, but then tossed the thought aside as unimportant. "Like, whatever. Do you like it? Do you not like it?" That thing, he wanted to know. After all, he wanted to be like her one day.

"...well, if you promise, I can, like, stay home today..." Usually he'd just go out, but since his new friend wanted company and stuff... "But only today. I like nighttime. So many more interesting things happening then. You should totally try that someday too."
With that, he put the last of the bandages on the man, and smiled. "Well, I guess you're done."

“I will not rip someone’s tongue out, gross.” He looked at Ciri wondering just what the boy thought of him if he thought he would do something like that. ‘A scary gang person.’ His mind supplied an answer to his unasked question, not making him any happier for the matter. “I don’t know if I love her or like her, both at the same time but love always wins out.” Why was he so interested in the moon, it was like a magnet to him, Kasnes was pale of skin and hair but it was the sun that warmed him and let him sleep feeling safe where the moon kept him up with troubling thoughts.

“I promise.” I he was glad he got Ciri to stay and sleep, but when he said only for tonight he glared angrily. “I have tried it many times, I am always going out at night but it doesn’t mean I like doing it and it isn’t safe.” Great he was getting angry, always when he did that people around him seemed to get hurt, or die whatever the case was. It came to him that despite him not saying anything of the moon he was still talking about it and he had said he would stop him next time. When Ciri said he bandaging was done he glanced down at himself again to see once more that his skin was wrapped like a mummy.

He shifted his weight testing the binding but finding it tight but not constricting he turned back to Ciri and gave one of his coy smiles but a sort of pleased look about it. “I did warn you; even if you didn’t say the moon you still spoke about her.” Careful but quick as if Ciri might break, he tugged the other blond forward and pressed his lips again his soft and warm before pulling back licking his own lips happily content as a cat that caught the bird. ‘See, other fun ways to make people stop taking.” He could always do it again, but he now wasn’t sure just how Ciri would react, he was bracing himself for a slap at least or shouting.

User Image "Gross..?" He pondered, carefully taking hold of his own tongue, and pulling it. Not too much, but enough to feel a bit of pain since he quickly made a definetely not amused face. "Ow. Not fun. Guess it might be gross and stuff."
"That's good." The blonde smiled happily to his patient. "It's good to love her. She's wonderful. Totally great." After all, she deserved love. Everyone should love her.

"...why isn't it safe?" The innocent, questioning eyes looked into Kasnes' own pinning him down and awaiting an anwser. "Nothing un-safe ever happened to me." Which wasn't really truth, though to Ciri it appeared so. After all, so far there was no danger that he couldn't protect himself from...

When Kasnes smiled at him, the boy instantly anwsered with a smile of his own. But at the comment, what did he mean? He opened his mouth, wanting to ask about it, only then...then...
...he...
...kissed...
...him...
It took a long while for what really happened to process to the boy's mind. For the moment, he was sitting there like the man left him, eyes widened, mouth slightly opened.
A minute has passed.
And then, suddenly, his whole face became completely red.
So did his shoulders.
The boy quickly lowered his head, letting his hair fall down on it, covering most of his face, as he attempted to analyze what just happened.
He kissed him.
Him. Of all people.
Why...? He never though it would happen to him, it were other people who were always kissing, and that someone would do it to him....
..no. Stop. It's too confusing.
The boy stood up, his usual smile on his face, even though his face was still completely red. "I, like, think I've forgotten to turn off the water boiler... I'll be totally right back.
And then he fleed.
And closed himself in his wardrobe room. He totally needed time to think.
PostPosted: Sat Mar 14, 2009 4:02 pm

He nodded in reply, yes if he ripped someone’s tongue out it was really messy and the person could choke on blood and die, that was no good. He snorted watching Ciri tongue on his own tug making a face that could easily have someone in a fit of laughter; however he was not a normal someone so he just watched amused as Ciri declared it no fun then switch to saying the moon was nice and he loved her. He gave a small glare at this not going to answer because he knew it would only get him heated up if he did, plus he was sure Ciri would give no ground in his opinion of the rock in the sky.

“Because, people like to kill people and rob them afterwards, plus you are cute so who knows what may happen to you.” He now felt like a rabbit looking back to Ciri, creepy guy. He seemed like an innocent little fellow then he goes and does something like that, it was like being caught in the head lights of a train rumbling toward you dead on. “Yet you saw my body I have small scars there but those are only they because I have yet to see my doctor and he will just skin graph it to hide the damage.” He had so many scars, but they all disappeared after a doctor visit.

For a long while he saw no reaction to what he had done, he wasn’t sure what was going to happen but he almost jumped when Ciri suddenly turned a bright red even to his shoulders. Blinking slowly he watched the boy as if he were a strange creature, but when the smile came and he scurried off to turn off a boiler he became confused. Ciri hadn’t left his sight; the water thing wasn’t even on. Frowning he sat there for a minute, he didn’t understand the reaction he got it had never happened to him before. Normally girls or boys would return his kiss, brush it off, or hit him playfully or angrily. Ciri did neither of these things instead he turned all read and ran off lying about what he was doing.

He got up slowly wincing when he forced his tired body to move, but when he got going it resided to a dull throb again. He started looking for Ciri but when he didn’t find the boy he started to panic thinking he might have gone out but when he looked he saw now shoes take and the nightgown wasn’t laying on the floor somewhere or the bed. ‘Wardrobe.’ He looked for the door and finding it he meant to knock but something stopped him and he pulled back his hand before it could touch the doors surface. Not knowing what to do but not wanting to give the blond boy a chance to go outside without him knowing; he sighed and lowered himself to the floor painfully until his back rested on the wall beside the door.

He would simply nap until Ciri decided to come out again, still he wondered what kind of reaction that had been.

User Image "I wouldn't get killed or robbed." The boy insisted, still looking into the other's eyes. "And I won't get scars. I treat myself with care." With a wide grin, the boy closed his eyes for a moment, finally letting go of the stare. "So I'll be totally fine."

He was sitting on a sofa in the wardrobe, all curled up almost to an embryonal position. The room was very big, yet without any windows it made a dark, secluded place. One of the smaller lamps was lit, giving just enough light for him to see himself, and the contours of the enormous amounts of mannequins and hangers with clothes everywhere around him.
But he wasn't looking at anything. He was, what rarely happened to him, deep in thought.
Not about what happened. He already understood that no matter what happens, he just won't get it. He was simply thinking on how to react.
Beating the s**t out of the man was the first thing that came to his mind, but for that, it was a bit too late now, wasn't it? Besides it took to much time to patch him up, ruining all that work of his would be not amusing at all.
For changing the topic it was also too late, besides wasn't it kinda changed already?
"..maybe I should move out?"
Hey, hey, but it's, like, my house or something!
Or maybe he should just find him a girlfriend. Someone who likes kissing and stuff. There were lots of people like that, he saw them everyday and...
...and why did it feel so weird to think about it...
...probably cause the bed's too small. Yes. Maybe if it was a bit wider, but with three people on it it might be totally not cool. And stuff.

Well, thinking didn't help much. It never did. Why did he even bother... The boy stood up, and stretched his arms, slowly walking towards the door, and from there to go back to his guest.
Let's just pretend that nothing happened. Nothing at all.
Though when he almost tripped over Kasnes sitting on the floor, he tilted his head and blinked slowly, back to his usual self.
"...couldn't you, like, take a chair or something? Why are you sitting here anyway?"
