Heaven Dansu I'm not sure if she's apart of utau or not but I know she work with it and she is a designed for GarageBand. But here she is Nana Macne in regular and petite form.  That's a cute picture >w<

LenNightmare Wasn't her vocal program done by Crypton though? Specifically for Macintosh computers I believe she was put together by a company called 'Act2,' which seems to show no relations with Vocaloid. Hence why she works for GarageBand, and isn't a separate program altogether. Act2 is probably just another partner with the Japanese version of Apple. O 3o

On a semi-unrelated note, I came across my very first drawing of Beth. She used to be an elf O.o The skirt doesn't have to be exact and the sleeves are very nice poofy <33 I'm going to draw a CGed version of my UTAU when/if I get my new Touchsmart....Impossible to do it with an nonfunctional tablet >.< An elf is a nice touch for an UTAU, we need more unique characters here after all, I mean it's your decision if you wanna give it elf ears or something.
