Tristi gave him a wierd look. "Talking to me was...refreshing?" she asked him curiously, cocking her head slightly to the side. She almost looked childish, her eyes sparked with interest.

"Yes. Most the people that I train just want to fight. So actually talking about something other than weapons or fighting is better for me," he said with a kind smile towards her.

Tristi tried to stifle a laugh but found it almost impossible. She laughed softly as she thought about what he said. Once she calmed down, Tristi looked at him. "You know, I believe this is one of the longest conversations I've ever had with someone near my own age."

Rayne smiled softly at her. He looked away not insulted by her laugh. "Well, then this had been a better experience for the both of us," he said gently.

"Mmm..definantly," she said, nodding in agreement. "You know, you're really a good person to speak with. I don't believe I've ever spoken to anyone of such things before, being that I'm not exactly liked around here." She gazed back out at the land before them, wondering what she should do next.

"I don't see why. You're a pretty girl," he said with a sweet smile. Rayne stood up, stretching a little bit.

Tristi blushed lightly. "Not according to most people. I'm more feared just because I'm a Gerudo," she said sadly. "They're used to seeing me out on a battle field or reading up on any possible opponents instead of socializing like a normal person. I'm mean, my own sister seems more human in nature than I do."

Rayne gave a heavy sigh, shaking his head. "I don't see why people need to use racial preferences," he grumbled. The weapons master leaned on the balcony, looking out. He had a soft smile on his face.

Tristi smiled and nodded. "You must go through some similar things too, huh?" she said softly. She wanted to look over at him but found that every time she did, a blush would threaten to tint her cheeks.

"A little. Mostly people think that because I'm Korean I know many things about the Japanese and Chinese culture," he said with a sigh, shaking his head, "even though our culture derived from the Chinese." Rayne put his elbow on the balcony and his chin in his palm. He looked relaxed.

Tristi nodded again. "Some people are just annoyingly ignorant of the differences between cultures. Just because a few races are given a general label doesn't mean they know the cultures of their cousins."

"Mmmm," Rayne agreed. He looked at the woman and just ended up smiling. Then, he stretched out his legs.

Rayne hesitated and looked away. He was silent for a long time. Then, he sighed lightly. "I don't know," he replied calmly.

Stifling a giggle, Tristi nudged him playfully. "Oh c'mon...you have to know why you're smiling," she said teasingly.
