Contestants one and two turned their heads toward the Empress's voice, their ears drooping slightly as they were hurt by the fact that they were not called upon in this question. They then turned toward the third, the second one snarling silently.

Marcious's ears twitched and his tail whipped about him showing his aggitation. There was a great rush of murmurs as the crowd wondered what he was going to say, or do for that matter.

"I am not a rich man..." Marcious replied. "and I am not the best looking of creatures."

"You got that right," the host murmured quietly.

"I would take her to the very place I lost my heart to her, not in the forest, not at the edge of the Empire, but right on the training grounds when I first saw her....When I was young and still a soilder in the army. There I would ask her to be my wife. For without her, I am incomplete, as I always had been since we last said good bye. Though silently. She already had my heart all along..."

The Host took out a rather girlie looking fan and started fanning himself. "Oh my...." He said in an almost girlish way.

Everyone quickly looked in her direction shocked at such a question. There were murmurs that waved through the crowd, mostly of speculation.

Contestant number one fainted.

"Uh....uh....uh....I'd throw her a huge party and shower her with gifts galore and then when the little one comes, hopefully a boy, we'll throw a bigger party and I'll give him every advantage possible." The second replied.

"Wow, very impressive, Number 2." The host said then turned the Marcious. "what about you, Number 3? Truth be told you don't look like the Paternal figure."

There was laughter from the crowd, but they fell silent when they say him shift in his seat. He was very silent, the words and the laughter stung him bitterly. He sighed and under his blindfold his eyes were closed, the cloth soaking up his tears.

"First, I would fall to my knees before her, thank the gods that they have blessed us...and I would hug her in her middle. Then I would try to be the best father, the best husband I can be." He said rather quietly "And when the child, or children are born, I would throw them a celebration, not just because of their birth, but because our little world, of hers and I is a little bit bigger, and a little more complete."

Everyone was completely silent. Even the host was at loss for words.

The First Contestant was carried out, still unconscious from the last question.

"Hmm....this is a tough question..." Replied the second. "I guess I would throw her a big party with all of our friends and family and tell her all about her past and everything, and about us and everything. And hope that something would spark from there."

"That's sweet of you," Replied the host, but everyone was more interested in what the third was about to say.

Marcious sighed softly as well. "I would take her to all the places that meant the most to us, the place where we first met face to face, the place where I saved her life, and she mine...the village where we enjoyed the Festival of Lights, where we fell in love. And if she still didn't remember, then I would try to help her start anew and if she couldn't remember our love, then the best thing I would do, is let her go...for if you truly love someone... you would let them go..."

There was not a dry eye in the entire place... Even the host had to pull out his hankercheif and blow his nose.

"That was beautiful indeed..." He said, he then turned to the Empress. "My lady, now it is time you choose. Now think carefully about this, Your Highness... take your time on this decision..."

"Then you may proceed with your choice, Your Highness." The host said to her.

The audience were all bent forward in their chair waiting... waiting for whom she would choose. Many were rooting for number 2, because he seemed sensible. None were willing to go for the Demonic anthro...he was too dangerous looking, dispite his sweet words.

Marcious sighed once more waiting for her choice as well.

The host's fur was dripping with sweat of anticipation. As was everyone else's except for Marcious, who sat calmly his arms crossed. His tail swishing aggitatively.
