"Esme never runs from a fight!," she thought to herself feeling highly upset. Grinding her teeth, she swallowed her pride and instinct, called to the dog and began to run. She decided the safest place to go was home, which was only a few streets away. "I'll just yell at the both of them later...," she thought as she got through the gates with the dog tailing behind her.

only the twitch of nightmares legs did save him that blow and turns to him, jumping back nearly collapsing grinding his teeth together, "theres not such thing, i refuse to believe you have it or are one. i refuse" his voice was vehemous. "i am the son of teh sandman i do not die but live in ur mind, do not tempt me" he touched the blood rolling down the back of his leg and winced, hed have a nice pretty scar if he lived thru this "besides you said youd forfit if i got a hole in ur cloak. i did by the way. you loose" he looks at the open knife hole under hitans arm letting out a breathe
vlad took a step forward but forced himself to stand firm against his wanted desire, he whispered nightmares name, and of course nightmare ignores him. he looked worriedly between the gate where he left her and his brother he needed to protect both of them

Esme grumbles under her breath, "Darn dog!" as she runs over to it, hoping that she could drag it away without it causing too much ruckus or bringing too much attention to themselves. Tugging on the dog, she whispers, "C'mon...let's go...nothing-to-see here!" She's tugs as hard as possible, but it seems as though the darn thing's bottom is glued to the ground it's s comfortably planted on...

vlad seems to glued on nightmare and hitans fighting seemign to miss she was there at all

Continues to pull on the stubborn Coyote, hoping that it doesn't get aggravated and decide to turn on her. "C-mon! I've got-food!" she manages to blurt out in between grunts and frantic pulling.

vlad paces slightly watching them nervously, he could see the leg wounds perfectly from there and he was worried

Lafleur Soleil Continues to pull on the stubborn Coyote, hoping that it doesn't get aggravated and decide to turn on her. "C-mon! I've got-food!" she manages to blurt out in between grunts and frantic pulling.
Okay. Just a few more minutes. With one big tug, Coyote pulled Esme down to her level, which was the ground. She gave her a big sloppy lick in the face. "Come on, this is exciting!" she barked.

"Sshh!! Ssshhh!!!" Esme whispers frantically as she tries to quiet the dog while she's laying on her back, praying that the battle continues to not pay the loony duo any mind.

Smiling slightly Hitan looked down at the hole and laughed. "I was so caught up in killing you I let down my guard." He said as he razed the blade to him lips and licked the blood from it. "You win boy. Now you can call your friends back I wont hurt them." He said still laughing as he slid his blade back into the sheath now clean of nightmares blood. "And I would get that cut checked out traitor's edge is made of darksteel thus it is very poisonous." He then told Nightmare now finally able to quell his mirth.

Esme had gotten up off the floor, she noticed that the two battling forces had stopped, but wasn't sure if they were done battling. She remained there, with the stubborn dog, waiting to see what was to happen next.

nightmare swayed and vlad was at his side in an instant holding him, nightmare stood on his own by will power and vlad stood beside him and glared at hitan his eyes full of icy hatred. nightmare "you cant kill a nightmare simply by opening your eyes hitan. im not worried about his cut in my flesh, if im meant to live it shall be so" nightmare reaches up and drops the hood of his cloak, under it the regal baring of a man who knows nothing but of his trade. his eyes blindfolded and hidden by black cloth. his hair was sheer black/brown, with a copper shining to it under his skins murky pale tan. his lips oddly are a deadly shade of pale blue and faded pink "what has summoned you here?"there was something extremely wrong about nightmare which put most on edge
vlad steadied his brother and then looked to esme silently with his eyes asked that she and the coyate to stay where they are for now and then silently vlad looks away from them.

Esme feels chills run along her spine as she catches Vlad's glance. She stays right where she is, partially because the dog had no intent on missing a second of the action, and she had no intent on leaving it nor Vlad and his brother.

nightmare dismisses vlad with a wave of his hand and vlad habitually moves between esmes place and nightmare and hitan. he assumed nightmare didnt want him around to hear the answer to his questions

"I am here on a personal mission. I had a friend I needed to visit." Hitan answered simply as he studied Nightmare's face. "Do I know you?" He asked calmly seeming completely emotionless.
