Someone told me once that someone under the age of consent having sex is technically being raped.
Even if they WANT to have sex.
So if both of the people having sex are under the age of consent, then they are technically raping eachother.
Or the guy who told me was just making s**t up.

I'm thinking he was making s**t up... If they're both consenting, then it's intercourse. If only one isn't consenting, then it's rape. If both don't want teh sexorz, then it's being forced by someone with a gun.

consentual sex between minors does sound like rape both ways legally, but logically sex between two persons regardless of age is consentual sex.
to rape you must have someone who is beign forceful, and someone who doesnt want sex from the attacker. a culprit and a victim.
you cant have culprit and victim playing the roles simultaniously in a double way forced sexual encounter! it just defys logic!
either the guy who told you that is dumb as a sack of s**t, or he found an absurd law.
