Kilehye That's good, lol, 'cause he's supposed to be sleeping. XD Haha, yeah the hand is really ambiguous, I should've defined it a bit more.
The book's by Poppy Z. Brite. It's fantasy/horror/erotica pretty much, you can read a bit from it here.
