-I walk out of the flames with Kyoko in my arms. I put Kyoko down and brush myself off- "We were still inside when they blew it up. I took most the blast though so she'll be fine." -I inspect my jacket back for dust and brush it off and put it back on- "Now where to next?"

Ki ran over, the boy in her arms and layed him down next to Kyoko. She looked at Kyoko for any major injuries, but saw none. She looked at Strider and saw several cuts on his face. "You should let me get those..."

-As you go to try to bandage them they heal- "No need I heal very fast. So what now?"

Ki looked mad. "Damn, i hate it when that happens, even though i do the same thing!" She laughed. "My father.." She shook her head. "Nevermind, i shouldn't have thought of that. I don't know what to do, now that we've escaped. Ki looked around. "It looks like we're in the middle of a desert.. Who knows how far until civilization.."

 The boy groans as he wakes up. When he tries to sit up to take in his surroundings, he just curled into the fetal position and groaned again. His body ached all over. All he remembered was blasting a hole in his cell and getting jostled around and beaten up by some other demons that escaped. He must've taken a blow to the head. But then, he heard the screams of a woman... A familiar woman... "Kyo... Ko... Wh-where... Are... Y-you...?" He said in-between pained gasps.

-I look at the boy- "It would appear he is awake. Ki go and tend to his wounds. I'm gonna go scout out the area see if I cant see any towns in the distance."

"Ayi, Ayi!" Ki ran over beside the boy and leaned over him. "Your okay, i'm ganna help you. If you mean to say Kyoko, she's right here beside you.. see?" Ki took the boys hand and put it in on Kyoko's hand. "She's right here, and she's safe, just unconscious. Now let me fix your wounds. Be still." Ki opened his mouth to give him pain pills. She started to work on him.

The boy looks over at Kyoko and smiles when he sees her sleeping soundly. He stretched his neck forward and kissed her lovingly on the lips, causing her to moan sleepily. placing his lips near her ear, he whispered to her, "Kyoko... I'm so glad you're safe. I've been watching you ever since you came to Japan. Always from afar, yet never too far away... I am you're guardian spirit... And you're future mate..."

Ki hit the boy on his head"DEAR JESUS! Keep the romance down! You can rape her when i finish this one wound and she wakes up!" She glared as she put the wrapped his leg and then went off. She wasn't good at watching romance... She wondered where strider was and went to go find him to see if she could help.

The boy stared at her in shock and slight anger. "You honestly think I would stoop so low as to do something like that?! I'm more proper than that! I'm not like the rest of those filthy demons that would take advantage of even the smallest child!" He would keep yelling at her... If Kyoko's sleepy groans hadn't have stopped him. Stroking her head comfortingly, he settled for glaring and all the inappropriate hand gestures he can think of.

"Hey, i was just joking. I know your different. I can feel it."
Ki caught up with Strider and laughed. "Yes, though his anger from being a demon can't be helped." She wiped her forehead, even though there was no sweat. And even though it wasn't that hot to her, she said, "It's hot isn't it? I wonder if there's and other civilization nearby.."

The boy tried to get up and walk to them only to fall back onto his butt. Cursing in slight pain, he looked around the area. "Hmmm... This is a mighty fine predicament we're in..."

"He is not a demon. As I said before he is a fire spirit." -I scan the horizin and spot a small town- "Ok I found a town. I'll carry the wounded. Make sure we stay in right direction. That way." -I point towards the little town-
